Came in here inquiring about their highlander, spoke to the BDC manager and she was very knowledgeable and she mAde sure that I got all my questions answered correctly. It was a very informative conversation. She told me lease options and gave me the best way to go about on acquiring the vehicle. This place Was a no pressure zone which I appreciate because after my conversation with the manager. I told her that I will let my wife know about the numbers and will need to get back to her. she was very understanding and pleasant. Will be speaking to my wife about the car that I looked at and will definitely come here when we are ready to move forward!! read more

FRAUDULENT DEALER! They commit fraud and lie constantly. They lie about dealer fees and then when you come in person they tell you they have fees and have no idea what you're saying. Under the Federal Trade Commission this is illegal and they should soon be closing down. The receptionist who always answers the phone insisted that there are NO fees only tax and document fee. She is lying and the whole operation is a fraud. read more

Just avoid this place at all costs. They're only interested in making their commission, they will screw you bad, as you can see from the comments. My story is just like every one else's, market a car for 19k, then put you in a 30k plus loan. Don't even bother speaking to the lady either, they're just gonna try to get you into an even more fucked up situation read more

Bad dealer ship false advertising the car is 10,000$ more than advertised. You don't get your temporary regs when you leave the dealership with the car. You have to contact your sales man and he tells you when to pick it up they don't have a dmv on site to give you the permanent registration the same day. They let your temporary registration expire 2xs and they say they will pay if you receive tickets because of it and don't . You have to file a dmv complaint after 4 months in order to receive the permanent registration. Then the dmv inspector has to get involved after 5 months without a registration. No one answers the phone and there's no manager there's different managers allegedly every time you go or they are no where to be found . I honestly don't know how this place is even open. Take it from me I got my car in April and just now getting my registration in September. I don't care how good the car is don't do it it's not worth it if I would've know this I swear I would have purchased somewhere else read more

Hey Jess - your reply just confirms that you are predatory douchebags. Seeing the price go up in the process? Spare me. Absolutely the worst dealership experience I've ever had. The staff at Victory Mitsubishi in New York are extremely rude and shockingly unprofessional. The salespeople are either clueless or intentionally misleading. All the prices they advertise online are completely false, and the cars they list don't even exist in their inventory. They just post fake listings to lure you in. I called twice before leaving my house to confirm the availability of a specific car. Both times, I was told it was there. I drove 4 hours with my elderly father, only to be met with arrogance and lies. When I gave them the stock number and showed them their own ad, they laughed and said, "Have you ever heard of marketing?" Yes, I studied marketing -- and nowhere does it say that lying to customers and bait-and-switch tactics are acceptable. That's not marketing -- it's a scam. I wish I had read the reviews before going. Save yourself the time, energy, and frustration -- stay far away from this place. read more

CHEATS! LIES! NO PROFESSIONALISM WHATSOEVER! Had been in contact with them for about a week for a vehicle. Mentioned 5+ times I will be driving 100+ miles to pick up the car so make sure its ready. Called on the day of the pickup to confirm car is ready. Representative said it is. Reached there after 3+ hours of driving and the sales manager in the store says it will be another week before the car is ready and the price of it will increase as well compared to what it is listed as. Ended up leaving the place, and then had a friend call them for the SAME car. The representative said it is ready for pickup THAT DAY. Either they are lying and withholding information or have no sense of running a business. Please help yourself by staying away from them. They scam you by listing false information online, saying incorrect details over the phone, and hiking up the price once you are in the store. read more

Absolute scam and completely disorganized. Saw a vehicle online, reached out to confirm and set up a test drive. When I showed up, the person I set the appointment with was not there, the vehicle was not available, and they tried to sell me a model that was 4 years older. Wasted over an hour of my time coming back and forth. Pick any other dealership, this place is a joke. read more

READ THESE REVIEWS THEY ARE TELLING THE TRUTH! I tried to reported this company to the BBB for their fraudulent activities and called the police to which I was directed to take them to small claims court! These people will tell you anything you need to hear to get you to sign your name on the dotted line! They lie about everything from the fees of the percentage in financing to their actual inventory! They will scam you into a car and then drown you in debt with a vehicle priced 3x the value of its worth. read more

!!! EVERYONE READ THIS BEFORE COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I wanna put O stars, but i just can't. It's not okay to put the price "$26,995" on the website and when the people came - tell them that's the price is for 30% more, without taxes. We were driving for 3 hours to see and buy the car for cash right now, but when i heard "it's for 30% down" - I just came confused and I should go back home for 3 hours because i am not going to buy a car that way. Also, i was calling to that dealership at 4:00-4:30, asked for that car, if you have it and what's the price - and no one told me about this 30%. And by the way - the woman told me that the car is going to be ready when i will come - but when i came - the car was standing at the back of your parking and also there was a water on the flor from the right passenger seat and no one knew that. That was very interesting to see and to know. You do not even treat the cars right, so I also know now how you treat to a customers and your desire to sell the cars. read more

I had a horrible at this dealership. They used the tired old 'BAIT & SWITCH' approach on my wife and I and our children. We stepped into the dealership after making an appointment for a test drive - 10 minutes later - while the salesman pretended to be 'locating the vehicle' they pull up with 'it's being serviced'. Then their RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL manager, Kevin Zamora, told us "you can leave now' and showed us to the door. DO NOT waste your time at this DECEITFUL business!!! SPEND your hard earned MONEY at a reputable business; VICTORY MITSUBISHI is NOT THAT PLACE!! read more

This is a very disorganized operation I feel. Also what is the deal with you having to put down a sizable deposit for a test drive? Ridiculous. I got the hell out of there. Buyer beware. read more

LIES AND TRICKS. I told them all week that I was going to drive 5 hours each way to purchase a car. I had the auto loan ready. They said they'd let me know if there was movement on it. I had a 48 hr online reservation. I call this morning because I noticed the car was not on the website anymore. They tell me IT WAS SOLD LAST NIGHT?? on about hour 24 of my reservation. I am pissed. I am now looking for a different car and called a dealer on Long island. I explained why I'm looking for a new car all over again. The guy laughed and said no way... Victory Mitsubishi is notoriously bad and they were just chatting about it today! Anyways I found this out at work after prepping for the road trip all week and then had to excuse myself and cry in the bathroom at work. Dinged my credit, planned a road trip with my boyfriend and was about to get road trip snacks. Thank god they don't accept deposits because I bet they would've stolen the money. It was a Tesla with full self driving for life which are quite rare. I hope NY attorney general's office has a consumer protection office, and will go after these scheisters. read more

If I can give a 0-star I'll definitely do it. Worst experience ever talking to these scumbags and liars. Put fake list and bait you there then say it's not in the system and pressure you for another car. Thank god I said I just need that specific one so they left me alone without more bs. The manager is another random person came out from nowhere pretend to be sorry and say that the car is in service. You know what this place will be shut down for sure after all these scams read more

Avoid Victory Mitsubishi - Classic Bait and Switch Victory Mitsubishi (4070 Boston Rd, Bronx, NY) is completely dishonest. I spoke with four sales reps, each confirming two vehicles were on the lot for my 5 PM appointment. I travel over 100 miles only to find none of those reps were there, both cars were "sold" or "in transit," and just 3 of their 16 online listings of this model were actually available -- all $10K more. This dealership is a disgrace with false listings to upsell. Avoid at all costs!!! read more

Scam ! They posted the price of $31K on CarGurus for GLS Mercedes, I drove 1h and 30min one way to see the car so they told me in person that their price is $42K. Before I left my place, I confirmed over the phone with their representative, that there are no other fees. Stay away. read more

I came in ready to buy, but what Victory Mitsubishi did was dishonest and aggressive. I was pressured to send a $1,000 deposit and $200 insurance fee via Cash App--before signing any contract. Once I saw the outrageous price ($700/month for 6 years), I declined the deal. I never signed any paperwork, and they still refuse to refund my money. They've been running unauthorized credit checks and even opened an insurance policy in my name without permission. I've contacted GEICO, the BBB, the NY Attorney General, and my bank--still no help from them. The worst part? Every time I call, no manager is available. Salespeople lie, stall, or just stop answering. Victory Mitsubishi is the definition of predatory and unprofessional. Protect your money and your credit--stay far away from this dealership read more

Bait-and-switch tactic - wasted 3 hours round trip I confirmed with the dealer the morning of 8/5 that a specific car was available and in stock. I drove over 1.5 hours only to be told the car was "in service" and wouldn't be ready for a week. Then they immediately tried showing me other cars--classic bait-and-switch. I was paying cash. If you're not financing through them, don't expect honesty. Total waste of time and trust. read more

I drove all the way from Pennsylvania after calling Victory Mitsubishi to confirm the availability and pricing of a car listed on their website. They assured me it was available -- only to get there and be told a completely different story. Not only was the car "suddenly unavailable," but every alternative they showed me was priced thousands higher than what was listed online. Classic bait-and-switch tactics. On top of that, the in-person service was extremely unprofessional and rude. No apology, no effort to help -- just attitude. Don't waste your time or money here. Their online listings are fake bait, their pricing is misleading, and their customer service is completely disrespectful. Total red flag dealership. read more

Will never purchase a vehicle from Mitsubushi. For 2 wks I was calling to cancel a warranty & I was given the run around. They would transfer my call & I would leave msgs. No one ever rtned my calls. I continue to call Mitsubushi, was given an email address to submit my request. I was told that the system was down & that's why no one called me back. Finally I was told that I have to come in person during the wk to cancel the warranty. Very unprofessional. read more

Run from this dealer! They lie. I drove 2 hours based on a text confirmation of the out the door price and was told the car would be waiting for me to test drive it. I offered to put the $500 deposit to make sure the car was not sold before I got there since I was taking such a long drive. The woman told me that would be no problem and that the car was in very good condition. I arrived to be told that the car was shipped to another dealer because it was sold that morning! Their attitudes were rude and indifferent and try to sell me a vehicle that was over $10,000 more than the price quoted in writing. This operation is dishonest. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to do business with them. read more
