What followed was about 10 days of confusion where Nissan said GEICO never contacted them while GEICO said they had called multiple times. GEICO eventually sent an adjuster, who was told the car had been moved to another location. When he went there, they said they didn't have the car. Meanwhile the dealership told me it was still at the original location. When I finally went to pick up my vehicle after 10 days with no work done, staff said they didn't know where it was parked. I had to use my spare key's panic button to locate my own car in the lot. Very frustrating experience with poor communication and organization. I would not recommend this service department.

This year, I'm hit with a coolant and brake fluid/brake fluid charge. - obviously I have realized that the service department doesn't top off the levels and they want you to be below so they can charge you $300 a piece for everything when it goes way below. I am Very disappointed, and I will only use them for what is included within oil change service and nothing more in the future. The leasing side is still 5 stars but the service department side drops down to 2 stars because they don't top off fluids.

Get a call this evening from a guy who says he's the sales manager who rather than make a sale with me he just argued with me while I'm trying to eat dinner. I understand in the world of car buying they always want a car then an approval but I was told they already have my approval. (Not pre-approval not soft approval but approval) I would have gladly given him my biz today and he could have made a solid sale no haggle sale from me immediately. I literally need a car this weekend, had he not cut me off and argue with me about why was I looking for a car if I didn't want his cars blah blah blah. Clearly I'm interested in financing first and foremost that's been explained from the beginning. Listening is important when you ask questions if you want the answer. The sales and finance team was extremely courteous and helpful. They made sure that I understood all of the terms and everything before i signed. The finance team sought and got me a better rate than one from a pre approved lender. I have owned and purchased several vehicles over the last 25+ years and never have I walked into a dealership and was able to make a deal and drive away in a new vehicle the same day. I gave this dealership five star due to extremely attentive to my needs as well as professional and will recommend my friends and family.
