After being told it would take about two hours I returned to the service department to be met with "I called you. They need you to drop it off when you leave it all day." There was no voicemail from the number and it does not come up as a Nissan number (how was I supposed to know it was Nissan). They needed 5 hours to be able to do the diagnostic (my car had been there since 10AM and I told them I was available to 4:00PM--6 hours). I told them I was unavailable to return before my end lease date because of personal health issues and scheduling to still to be met with no resolution (other to take the car home and try to have it towed to another Nissan while recovering from surgery) and wasted time. This is completely unacceptable and I am happy they're closing.

In September 2017, I returned my car to this dealership (with plates on - I know NOW that this was an error but I wasn't aware then) after my insurance payment nearly quadrupled and my car note was unaffordable. They texted and called me relentlessly to come back and take the car. They admitted they had the car in their possession and proceeded to drive it around NYC and Westchester, accumulating over $1200 in parking tickets and $700+ in ezpass violations. I had to find out from ticket notices mailed to me about tickets/violations almost going into judgement. I went to court twice and luckily because they sent me proof, on their letterhead or in text messages, that they had the car this whole time, I was able to get most of this vacated and dismissed. It's only coming up again EIGHT YEARS LATER because there was a 2017 ticket that fell through the cracks from New Rochelle that I'm also getting dismissed now. It's really ridiculous that the statute of limitations expired already. But I'll be taking this to the Better Business Bureau also because this operation is fraudulent and they scam you here. Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience at City World Ford…read moreFirst, this dealership provided me with a written price for a vehicle, but refused to honor it when I arrived to finalize the purchase. Changing the agreed price after the fact is unprofessional and misleading. Customers rely on written quotes when making purchasing decisions. Not honoring them damages trust and credibility. I cannot recommend doing business here. After that, I was given a new quote and was asked to come in to finalize the purchase, only to find out when I arrived that the vehicle had already been sold to someone else. That alone was frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Then, they took a deposit from me with the promise that they would locate a similar vehicle. They did eventually find one -- but at a significantly higher price than what we had originally discussed. Instead of honoring the original terms or taking responsibility, I was given excuses and spoken to in a condescending manner. The sales manager continued to insult my intelligence with explanations that simply didn't add up. The explanations given were inconsistent and felt dismissive, as if I wouldn't recognize what was really happening. Taking a deposit under one understanding and then presenting a higher price later feels misleading and unfair. Customers deserve transparency, honesty, and respect -- none of which I experienced here. It was clear there was tension and lack of coordination between the sales manager, Claudia Pacheco and the sales representative, Rafael Sosa which negatively impacted my deal. Instead of presenting a unified and professional approach, I felt like I was caught in the middle of internal issues. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used constructively to improve future customer interactions. Respect and integrity are critical in maintaining long-term relationships and a positive reputation in the community. I cannot recommend this dealership based on how this situation was handled.

This year, I'm hit with a coolant and brake fluid/brake fluid charge. - obviously I have realized that the service department doesn't top off the levels and they want you to be below so they can charge you $300 a piece for everything when it goes way below. I am Very disappointed, and I will only use them for what is included within oil change service and nothing more in the future. Get a call this evening from a guy who says he's the sales manager who rather than make a sale with me he just argued with me while I'm trying to eat dinner. I understand in the world of car buying they always want a car then an approval but I was told they already have my approval. (Not pre-approval not soft approval but approval) I would have gladly given him my biz today and he could have made a solid sale no haggle sale from me immediately. I literally need a car this weekend, had he not cut me off and argue with me about why was I looking for a car if I didn't want his cars blah blah blah. Clearly I'm interested in financing first and foremost that's been explained from the beginning. Listening is important when you ask questions if you want the answer. All the SUVs that would work for me in my low end price range are Mercedes oddly. Personally I do not want a Mercedes. The sales and finance team was extremely courteous and helpful. They made sure that I understood all of the terms and everything before i signed. The finance team sought and got me a better rate than one from a pre approved lender. I have owned and purchased several vehicles over the last 25+ years and never have I walked into a dealership and was able to make a deal and drive away in a new vehicle the same day. I gave this dealership five star due to extremely attentive to my needs as well as professional and will recommend my friends and family.
