I was misled about the financing terms and later discovered I had been charged for an additional coverage that was never disclosed to me and that I did not authorize. When I raised the issue, I was assured that the unauthorized charge would be refunded. Weeks have passed, and instead of resolving the matter, the company has stopped responding entirely. Being ignored after raising legitimate concerns only reinforces the lack of honesty and transparency I experienced. I am now forced to consider legal action to recover what should never have been taken in the first place. I strongly urge potential customers to scrutinize every document carefully and think twice before doing business here. Buyer beware.

I was looking for a Honda Odyssey Touring for my growing family and wanted a straightforward process with the best possible price--and Michelle delivered beyond my expectations. Within just a few hours, she presented a deal that was *thousands* of dollars cheaper than anything I'd been offered elsewhere. Michelle's no-nonsense approach was a breath of fresh air. She made it incredibly easy for us to walk in, sign the paperwork, and drive out in our new car--all within 20 minutes! In total, I probably spent only about an hour communicating with her because she was so efficient and attentive to my needs. Jordan guided us through the signing of paperwork and he was a pleasure to work with as well. I cannot recommend Honda of Yonkers and Michelle highly enough. If you're looking for exceptional service and unbeatable deals, this is the place to go. Thank you for making the process so seamless and helping us get our new vehicle!

When I asked the manager if there were any 2022-2025 Honda Pilots available for a test drive, he told me none were available. He asked me to leave my name and number and said he would call when a vehicle became available, but I never received a call. (500 Yonkers Ave location) The experience left me feeling dismissed and undervalued as a customer. I eventually went to New Jersey and purchased a 2024 Toyota Highlander instead, where the dealership treated me with professionalism, respect, and hospitality.

That's not just bad business, that's deliberate deception. It's borderline fraud. Alberto's sales tactics were laughable--amateurish, manipulative, and clearly targeting anyone he thought he could fool. Unfortunately for him, I'm a grown woman, a mother, and someone who's seen enough of life to spot a con-artist from a mile away. I wasn't born yesterday, and I definitely don't fall for high-mileage lies dressed up in cheap cologne. His explanations for the numbers on the car were ridiculously absurd, it made no sense at all, I felt like talking to a 4 years old toddler trying to explain physics to me, the little guy was shaking as he was desperately trying to convince me to accept his scam. To make matters worse, there was a man outside the entrance screaming and spitting, smoking like a chimney, acting recklessly with weird manners, ticking, and wearing a horrible outfit making the entire environment feel unsafe and unprofessional. This is supposed to be a place of business, not a circus sideshow. The dealership may have decent-looking cars, but it's staffed with reckless individuals who operate with no accountability. This Alberto guy is a walking Joke! Tried to push me a broken vehicle, put me in financial trouble and probably scammed a lot of people before me If you're thinking of buying from them, document everything. Bring a witness. Record your interactions if necessary. If someone knowingly tries to sell you a car with concealed mechanical issues, that's not just unethical--it's grounds for legal action under consumer protection laws. I'm seriously considering reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau and filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office. Enough is enough.

I came here just to look around because I was thinking of buying a car mind you i have no experience or expertise in car buying. Marcelo was the salesperson that was helping me out and I thought he was here to help & be transparent with me. Or so I thought.. The second visit I come back with my boyfriend and I was supposed to come in to just test drive car MIND YOU only to test drive NOT PURCHASE. However . The first thing we do when we get there is sit down and talk about being approved and needing a co-signer because I'm young with good credit and after doing my research myself I didn't need one to my knowledge he expressed to me it was only to lower my loan AND ON TOP OF THAT he was pushy with needing a down payment of 3000. He said that it was required then tried to say that I could co-sign with my boyfriend. Also keep in mind the first time I went he said it was up to me how much I want to put down on the car. As far to my knowledge there's this thing called the Truth Lending Act. ..", the Act requires creditors who deal with consumers to make certain written disclosures concerning finance charges and related aspects of credit transactions (including disclosing an annual percentage rate) and comply with other mandates" "The reg states that no advertisement to aid, promote, or assist directly or indirectly any extension of consumer credit may state that a specified down payment, by the creditor who advertises his services." Anyways , I'll just leave this here , won't be returning go at your own risk. Just do as much research as you can so you don't fall into any of their tricks oh and I never even got to test drive the car.

I asked if they had the specific bmw for $20k. He said yes. I explained I was an inexperienced driver that needed a car suddenly and my mother would be co-signing the car for me even though she was not with me. He writes the dollar amount $26 k on the paperwork and asked me to sign. I asked him why the price was different and he said closing costs. He told me I would be paying $674 for 42 months (a little over 3 years). I agreed. They told me the cost of the payment would go up significantly if I used my name and I should just use my mother's name only. I said ok. Later he tells me their printer is down and he offered to drive with me to my mother's house (122 miles away) for her to physically sign the paperwork so he can release the keys to me. While at her home, she asked how much the car was and I said 20k and Ray said 26. I then said right, because of closing costs. She signs. We leave my mother's home and he drives the car to my address (another 84 miles) and park. He said he had to wait until his boss got him an uber to his home. I invited him upstairs and sat with him in the living room. He was there for about 20 minutes because he could not get in touch with his manager. At this time its after midnight. While in the car I asked about a low battery notification and he said it was fine. There were so many things wrong with this process that I and my mother were unaware of because we both had no experience buying cars from a dealership. Ray and the dealership agreed to hold my plates upon arrival so I wouldn't have to pick it up at my mother's home and it would take 30-45 days to process. I was also told the dealership would reach out to me. 29 days after purchasing the car Ray tells me he no longer works with the dealership. I had been contacting him about getting gap insurance for the car for almost 2 weeks prior. The following day my mother received a notification from Experian for a $45K loan Apparently Ray had my mother sign a blank agreement and added an extra $20k on the car. We tried to return the car and were told there is no window of return even though that was exactly 30 days from the purchase date. 16 days later (1 day outside of the 45 day expected processing time for the license plates) I was pulled over by the State Police on my way to work because my temporary license plate was in the window (incorrect placement). The Police told me the license plate I had (the one given to me at the dealership) was only meant for dealerships/commercial use and not personal. Ray had given me a paper to keep in the glove compartment in the event I was asked for registration. The Police told me it was an in-transit paper for transporting cars from one place to another. For these reasons they impounded the car and also gave me tickets. 2 days later I was told they would not assist because my mother told them she plans to sue. 6 months later I got my car checked and was told that battery notification I saw on the car when I first got it was serious and I should check if I'm covered with the dealership. They said I would not be covered. I've only had the car for 6 months and they resolved nothing. This was a horrible experience and none of the many individuals I spoke with (some of them Erik, Aron, Yvonne) offered no help. I was even told they would send a check for a few payments as a sorry and they never got back to me. They get your money and tell you anything to leave and you have to almost harass them for them to tell you they actually cannot assist. I've worked in customer service/sales for over a decade. I have never seen a case where an employee that gets fired is found to have screwed over customers to this extreme and they do nothing at all. Learn from my experience and do not patron this business. Let me add my mother has perfect credit which is why I thought it best to have her help me.

Guess what - sales rep only pushes people who think they had a good experience to post google review. Also, their compensation is tied to google reviews, and the rep is doing whatever is the culture of the business. I was subject to classic bait and switch, besides numerous other questionable tactics (hold your credit card anyone). Only reason I am rating this business as two stars is that when confronted with solid documentation, they agreed to make some amends. It did take approx 5 months to get closure. There service center was worse. Service tech told me I needed an engine flush for a 2011 camry at 50K mi servicing. Charged me over a $100 extra. When I got home, found out that was not required. Called service center, and they told me it was needed for cars driven in 'tough' conditions. Well, agent never asked me how I drove my car, or whether I towed anything. More importantly, even the tough-conditions service requirements dont require the flush. Needless to say - not going back.

I was later promised a refund and told it would be applied directly to my loan principal. I was repeatedly told to "wait until the next billing cycle." I did this four separate times, following up after each billing cycle, and each time I was told the refund had been processed and would appear on the next statement. After four billing cycles with no refund, I contacted my loan company directly and confirmed that no refund was ever initiated. Whenever I call the dealership, I am routed to the sales manager, who says only the general manager can resolve the issue. Despite repeated requests over four months, the general manager has never returned a call. This dealership lies, delays, and avoids accountability once the sale is complete. I strongly recommend not doing business with Toyota of Westchester.
