We talked about the relative merits of various EVs on the market, as well as the importance of their handling characteristics. (SUVs, of course, are like driving refrigerators on wheels and are not serious vehicles that deliver a pure driving experience or elicit driver enjoyment.) Less than a year after purchase, the check engine light came on, and after several visits, I was told there was carbon buildup on the intake valves -- a well-known issue in VW engines. What makes this worse is that when I first brought the car in, they cleared the warning light without doing any real repair, and told me everything was fine. The light came back the very next day. Then, instead of honoring their warranty or taking responsibility, they quoted me $1,400 + tax for a repair that should have been addressed during the warranty period. Communication with their staff was frustrating and inconsistent. Every time I tried to get straight answers, I got different excuses. The dealership seems more interested in pushing sales than standing behind the vehicles they sell. I've already filed a complaint with Volkswagen of America and the BBB because customers deserve honesty, not avoidance and blame-shifting. If you value transparency, accountability, and integrity -- please avoid this dealership. They treat customers like a problem, not a priority.

I brought my Ram 5500 dump truck here due to a front end collision. The work took about what I…read morethought, I got the truck back and was happy. They performed collision repair work, front end aligment, full brake job. I drove the truck for a short period before one day we noticed a noise in the front driver's wheel. I turned around right away and was lucky to get truck home. I contacted them about the problem but the owner didn't contact me till the following week. My mechanic said the wheel was about to fall off. He said they should have not missed this, between doing the front-end damage work, alignment it was missed all three times. The owner Jose actually tried to blame me! LOL. They refused to pay anything so I will be filing court claim in Morristown soon. How hard is it to just own your mistakes? SAD!!!

From the greeting when I walked in, to the straight forward but extremely nice and professional demeanor of Carey, in to the finalizing of things with Chris in finance, the team went above and beyond to make everything smooth and simple. Overall my dealings with the team was fantastic and Carey was awesome. This place is the definition of a bad car dealership. You couldn't pay me to go here for a vehicle.. My sister had fallen on some hard times she had been laid off from her job, but recently purchased a used preowned Jeep from the dealership. I had a bad feeling about it from the day she said she was going to purchase it. Add to that as soon as she picked it up she realized that the air-conditioning did not work and they wanted to charge her $1800 to fix it meanwhile all it needed was Freon. Anyway, they gave my sister a different jeep to use while hers was sitting somewhere. I don't know the whole story but all I do know is that she apparently had missed a payment and they began to harass her relentlessly. I've never seen anything like that in my life. They basically lured her back into the dealership to tell her that they needed the other vehicle back, but that they would do everything in their power to help her keep her car. The guy's name was Matt. He's the finance manager and he's really just a disaster and a liar. Once my sister was there, they basically harassed her and told her that the loan company had kept calling them to cancel the loan because they claimed she did not have car insurance my sister is all of 85 pounds soaking wet they tormented this poor girl to the point that when she went outside into the original car that she had gotten from them, she couldn't drive. She called me hysterical on FaceTime and I had to use my entire lunch hour to try to calm her down, but the worst part of it was she turned the phone so that I could see it and Matt and the original salesman just stood there, staring at her, just letting her cry in her car, a female, a tiny little female, all alone, crying like that terrified out of her mind as they said that they would have the police come to make an escort to remove the car that was unnecessary to do to her. This is why women should never go to car dealerships alone because these supposed men prey upon women. I truly hope that Matt has a daughter and that one day she gets treated like this the way they treated her was unnecessary. The woman is going through enough. Do you not think she was mortified having to go there and say she couldn't afford the payment yet oh and by the way, they actually were mailed the check on June 27 from another family member to pay so technically she wasn't even behind.
