    I just had the single best and easiest car-buying experience in my entire life. I cannot recommend Sanchit Verma and his manager Alan Banjany enough. I am in love with my new Land Rover Defender. Let me tell you why: 1) The deal: The Defender is a popular truck right now. As it should be--it's really the only of it's kind. A perfect blend of past and present. Sanchit and Alan offered me an aggressive deal as a first offer. It was considerably better than another local dealer I called. They were fair, equitable and transparent in how they worked with me. 2) The customer service: Sanchit was so easy to deal with. Almost the entire process was handled electronically, with my preferred communication method of SMS. He anticipated my needs and questions, and met them almost before I realized them. 3) The delivery: Once Sanchit showed up at my doorstep with the truck, it was instantly clear that Sanchit loved Land Rover and the Defender possibly more than any other human on earth. Sanchit was patient with me as he showed off all of the cool stuff about the truck that I had no idea about. He did this A+ delivery at my house. 40 miles away from where he works. He didn't leave until everything was perfect. And it was.

    It's Really hard to have the guts to post this review because being a black male In the Tri state state area has its disadvantages "this review is for the sales representative Internet "Cassidy" she is Absolutely extremely horrible with returning texts & phone calls, there's nothing worse than having Highline dealerships such as Ray Catena where it seems the more expensive the cars are the less professional the people ,I would love somebody from a district manager or anybody else to find out why is this such a problem of getting a response just to Put a deposit down for a 2022' Range Rover.Cassidy is horrible for the brand and they need to work on their professionalism especially if she's specializing in Internet services" .,,this is the post that originally sent to the store yesterday and 20 min later they called my phone when I was on a conference call over 10 times back to back.when I was available I was able to answer the phone call at the last attempt to me,And the general manager Jim Buchanan called and demanded to take the review down.He also wanted to know if there was somewhere he could meet me and talk to me or come to One of his Mercedes stores to discuss taking down to review. I told him I will be in New Jersey Thursday April 15,2021 and then the phone discussion basically ended with I need you to take the Review down because Cassidy is a ok with us. Cassidy did not deliver the proper customer service and I am going to prove it because when I got off the phone with the general manager to my surprise I got an email that was totally out anger, I will post the picture of the response that was totally unprofessional . Nothing worse than when you were giving a review about somebody that works in a dealership and I have no legs to stand on because I'm just a customer. I screenshot it the response and I will post it now. I would like to say I am very surprised of the way this dealership responding with not only lies but in the process they try to slander me and this needs to be to the attention of Landrover corporate to see how minority customers are dealt .This is why I didn't want to post a review in the first place because I feel that this was going to happen but their response to proved that

    On October 6 2023 i went to get a detail on my 23 DEFENDER i drop it off at 8am Andre's there employee looks inside and outside my truck and tell me its 150.00 for full detail. 3 hours later he sends me a text saying he cant do the job for less than 220. Because its dirty i asked why didn't you call me so we could have taken care of it, why did you wait 3hours he responds with there is alot to clean find another place to do it. I explained its better ways you could have handled it liking calling me. The purpose of a detail is to clean it because its to dirty for a car wash. A few hours later i get a ride my husband speaks to Johnathan the manager and his response was Andre's has been detailing our cars for a while and he .tried to fit her in but can't so thats that here's the key. So unprofessional just rude.Ray Catenas commercials says we built our business off of customers satisfaction. This customer is not satisfied. We give you great business and pay alot for services and your staff treated me like trash

    Recently got my Range Rover Sport at Ray Catena Land Rover Dealership and boyyy am I glad I came here! Got the vehicle I wanted, and a very good price. James Mull made the car shopping experience painless, smooth and efficient! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to purchase or lease. I've shopped around at other dealerships including Manhattan and other Jersey dealerships. Nobody beats Ray Catena's Land Rovers customer service price, and experience. Thats WHY I got my Range Rover sport here. Thank you Ray Catena Land Rover. Im loving my Range Rover sport and super super happy I had James Mull as my guy. Truly an asset to the organization!

My husband set up a bmw build with Arthur, spent the time making sure it was what he was getting, gave him a 5,000.00 deposit, waited the 9 months it took to get the car in, and when the car finally came in, all the drama began. First Arthur tells him the payment is going to be more then they spoke of. About 3-400 MORE a month. That was just insane and not feasible for us. When my husband finally had to cancel this lease because he could no longer afford this payment, Arthur said he would get his deposit back to him, or try and sell the car and then he would help them both to make some money back on it. Well, we waited, and waited and weeks went by nothing. Finally my husband said let's just settle this and give me back my 5k & move on. And what do you know, Arthur gives him the run around. And then ghosts him. And now has disappeared with his money. It has been about 6 months. We haven't seen our deposit back, the business is apparently closed. And we are just shocked that this man could do such a thing. Lawyers are now involved and this is just a very sad predicament. How can someone sleep at night stealing like this. Do not work with Arthur. It's sad to say that this man has went down hill and he has stolen from us, and many others we found out as well.

Capital One gives you the confirmed overall price for the vehicle so you don't need to negotiate the price once you get down there. After 2 hours of test driving and completing the applications they jumped up the price by $9,000 and claim that the sites listed price is how they get business in the door - false advertising! A $9,000 commission must be nice! A bunch of scammers! 0/10 I addition, no where on the site did it say there were any disclaimers. The sales manager also mentioned that he couldn't find your hidden information listed on Capital One Auto Navigator nor did the site bring me to your main website. He clearly said which I'll quote "this is how we get people in the door". https://www.capitalone.com/cars/vehicle-details/2019/Mercedes-Benz/GLC/300/WDC0G4JB8KV146083 You should be the one doing your own research and not wasting the customers time. I called prior, showed my quote upon arriving and once I completed the whole process which was well over 2 hours is when I was told that not only would my quote not be honored but jacked up by $9,000 minus any taxes or dmv fees which I was more than willing to pay.     I purchased a 2010 honda ridgeline from a guy by the name of clint. Very nice guy, helped my wife…read moreand I in picking a vehicle. Once i took it home, the roof was leaking. I took it back and they replaced one of the rails for free because that is what the guy said and I held them to their word. I got it back after the holidays and behold it is leaking worse. On top of that, a flashing D on the panel came on which indicated an electrical problem with the transmission. I emailed them today requesting my deposit back with no response back. I thought maybe they were busy. I called once and called a second time an hour later with no answer. I went there and they were sitting around not doing anything. That indicated to me that they were screening my calls as i listed both of my phone numbers in the email. I get nothing but problems as soon as I mentioned the email and the guy there was getting nasty saying the fact of the matter is I purchased a used car as is and i purchased a warranty so there would be a $100 deductible and stating they really don't have a shop so they treated the leak as a courtesy. They have 5 cars in the shop plus one outside waiting to be serviced. So yes, they have a shop. I hate the fact that they took advantage of me and when i wanted my money back it was nasty attitudes all around. Plus when they told me to bring the truck around back, the nasty guy plus 2 others came out. I have to assume after this that if i even said anything remotely close to wanted my money back it was going to be a problem and i have 2 kids i need to think about. 1 month after getting the car i have 3 problems that include the transmission. If I cannot trust them to do the right thing, i am definitely not going to trust them with a vehicle i have to drive to Staten Island, NY. My advice, never go to these shysters and scammers. They will rake you over the coals and call it a day as long as they line their pockets with money.
