They aim bury the bad reviews with their own 5 star reviews on google so posting here too. I booked my first service appointment after buying my Audi last year. I booked online based on availabilities on the site and was sent confirmation when I booked and the day before the appointment via text and email. When I arrived for my appointment, the location was closed. I was not alerted to this closure and in fact, received a note reconfirming as mentioned above. I emailed my service provider listed (Carlos) directly to flag that I went to the appointment but the place was closed. After not hearing back when they opened that day, I followed up with an email to Ryan and Daniel listed online as manager and points of contacts for bell Audi but have not yet heard back from anyone. I know they were open all day today as I noted from the sign on door. I also texted the appointment number. I traveled to the Audi dealership and made an effort to keep my appointment and no one from the bell Audi team had the courtesy to tell me the location was closed and the availability and confirmation were actually not accurate. And still nobody has had the courtesy of getting back to me to acknowledge the issue/error. I aimed to use this location as my primary dealership but this experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Frustrating and misleading experience. We came to Bell Audi without a specific car in mind and were shown a Q7 that had just come in. It was priced at $49,990, and when we asked if there was any flexibility, we were told no discount was possible. We were then told if we left a deposit and provided our credit info, they'd try to get us to our target monthly payment. But based on the listed price and even the best available interest rates, it was mathematically impossible to reach our payment goal without a price adjustment. So there was no reason to take our info or deposit if the price wasn't going to move at all. We canceled and were told the deposit would be refunded -- no issue there. What left a bad impression was seeing the same car listed online just a few days later for $3,000 less. When we followed up and asked for the name of the manager we dealt with, it turned into an unnecessary back-and-forth. Eventually we were told it was Albert -- but getting that answer took way more back-and-forth than it should have. Overall, the process didn't feel transparent, and the sudden price drop added to the frustration. Been an Audi customer for 6month and have been here multiple times and it hurts to say it was not a great experience. I ordered a key they charged 900 which is fine but then when I needed to use the key it didn't work or fit both times. I called into the parts department and needed a high pressure fuel pump and a sensor. As the parts department I would think they known what parts are coming. They charged me for the part which came with a sensor and they charged me for a sensor. Because it came with a sensor the mechanic didn't even open or use the sensor at all. Audi said they will not refund the unused unopened sensor. Even through there was less than 24 hours that I called them back about the issue. If you need anything I would advise you to not bother with them. Save your money and go elsewhere. It seems like a money grab and they aren't doing right by their customers. read more

I bought a brand new car from this dealer last year and I've regretted it ever since. I took it in and the people in the service department are rude and unprofessional. They took a picture of the loaner gas tank and told me make sure I take a pic with my camera phone that I will charged. Brand new car they told me I damaged it and it would cost $600. They called me and told me come get it when I said how is that possible? I barley drive my car. I called and escalated and they never called me back. I went to on Black Friday 2024. I've been with Audi since 2017. I've been a loyal customer I entered today. They were extremely busy and a salesman named Will assisted me. I explained to him what I was looking for and my situation due to I have been in an accident and my car was totaled. He did not help me. He did not seem like he wanted to even be there. He wanted nothing more but to take my money and not help me at all. He was rude unhelpful I'm very disappointed. I dropped off my car on 7/16/2021, it was a great experience the day of, Sylvia and her manager Brad assisted me with the transaction it was a delightful experience. They told me I would receive a check for $1500 within 7 days, I checked back in with them on 8/9/2021, with no resolution. I have contacted them multiple times, and still I have not heard back. I get nothing but canned responses whenever I do reach out and told someone will reach out, if I don't reach out no one will contact me. This is super deceitful I didn't expect this from them. Bell audi service department? RUN far away. Their service department didn't tell me that I had AudiCare (pre-paid maintenance), (they see it when they run your VIN). Like an idiot I went through a 10k and 20k mike service with them, paying full price (almost $300 each time). It wasn't until I went to Audi bridgewater that they told me I had pre-paid maintenance, and didn't have to pay anything. And no, Bell audi wouldn't refund me. Ridiculous! Shame on bell audi, the GM Ryan and the techs for misdiagnosing my 20year old son's car by telling him he needs a new motor when it was simply the AC Compressor seized and the thousands of dollars they were going to charge me! I will never be going back to this dealership! I was brought there by a friend of mine that purchased a car there, he introduced me to his salesperson we test drove and closed a deal this was on a Saturday. We did all the paperwork got my car and left. On the way home a light went on it was a faulty tail light warning. I was almost home called sales person, he said its late on a Saturday they will come pick my car up on Monday and leave me a loaner. They pick my car up Monday night, I had 62 miles on the tank. Tuesday comes and I do not hear a thing, I call and speak to sales just for them to say the light isn't on but they found a vibration in my tires, when I asked why they said "its normal if a car was sitting for awhile on the lot". Mind you this is a 2025 Q5, I asked how long has the car sat and he said "a few weeks", I never heard of this but I am not a mechanic, they said it will get better as I drive it....They brought the car back to me on Wednesday night with 142 miles and absolutely filthy. It looks like it went off roading. Thursday morning I get into it and drive to work and the light came back on, I called up they make arrangements to pick up the car Friday, I called to speak to service manager and never heard from him, salesperson also went MIA and never responded to my calls. I called Friday spoke to Sales manager who said he was very sorry and will be speaking to GM and service manager and someone will get back to me. I heard nothing finally at 6pm an Friday I called and asked what's the story and service manager said they found the light problem and ordered a part, it should be in on Monday and I will hear from them Monday or Tuesday the latest. Again, Monday comes no calls, Tuesday comes I leave a message. Finally late Tuesday I was told part was put in car was at detailing On Wednesday afternoon I called again and asked where my car has been it now had 229 miles on it. The dealer is 17 miles from my house so even give it 20 and back and forth it would be 80 miles. I got the car it had 22 miles on it I put about 50 before it was picked up the first time. I asked where all the miles came from and he said test drives. The car was finally returned to me last night and had 276 mile! I put on maybe 125 of these miles all together. I had the car a total of 2 1/2 days out of 11 and I still havent gotten a call back from GM like I was promised. This has been the worst experience in buying a car that I have ever had. There is no customer service no return calls and certainly terrible communication. Stay away from this dealer! read more

There was two photos of the car and I had reached out for additional photos/videos and proof of any flaws with the car prior to my arrival. Although photos and videos were sent, flaws were not pointed out and there were numerous dents/scratches on the vehicle that could've easily have been communicated to me prior to leaving work early and driving 1.5+ hours to see the car in person with intent on purchasing only to be let down and confused why they did not disclose the damages to me. read more

Worst service experience ever! I took my Q5 for a routine oil and filter change. My car is in perfect condition and under mileage. About a month later the oil light came on saying the oil level needed to be topped off. I thought this was odd since I'd just gotten an oil change. I took it back to Bell Audi where they charged me $10 to purchase a quart of oil to top it off- this was always a complimentary service at other Audi locations. I told the service associate that I thought it odd the light came on so soon after an oil change but he brushed me off and says it happens. About 3 weeks later, while driving on the highway my oil light comes on again, this time with a different message "add oil immediately." I exited the highway and found the nearest auto store to purchase a quart of oil. The light went off and I made an emergency service appointment at Bell Audi for that Monday morning (the next day) to have my car checked. When I arrived, I was told although I had an appointment, there were no loaner cars available and I would have to reschedule or wait, I chose to wait. After my car was allegedly "examined", I was told no external leaks were found and the sensors were working properly. I was told the oil was topped off again to the appropriate level and it was suggested that I have an oil burning diagnostic completed for $190 to see if my car was burning oil at a fast rate. I declined and said I would monitor my car. Three days later, the oil light came back on. At this point, I'm beyond frustrated and call Bell Audi again. An appointment for a loaner car wasn't available until following Tuesday morning. I drop off my car AGAIN and this time showed a picture of my driveway which now has a visible oil stain. I received a call later that day saying they found an oil leak which happened because the oil filter was loose and not properly installed during the original oil change. How this missed when the car was "examined" days before and no leaks were detected is beyond me. Hmmm maybe it wasn't examined after all? I requested to be reimbursed for the almost $60 in additional quarts of oil that I purchased since the oil change and the cost to clean my driveway which I was told I could submit receipts for. No apologies for mechanic error or the inconvenience was provided. Less than a week later...the oil light is on AGAIN. This time I call and ask to speak with the service manager Michael. He tells me to add another quart of oil so I can drive my car to the dealership. When I arrive, I am given a loaner. I told Michael I was heading out of the country on vacation the following week and would not be able to return the loaner until I returned. I get a call two days later as I am heading to my destination stating that my car is ready to be picked up and the issue was the oil filter housing seal was pinched causing the oil to leak. Again- how was this missed when the car was looked at days prior? I picked my car up after I return from vacation today and notice that although I dropped it off with a full tank of gas, I now only have a little more than half. Oh and they charged my credit card $6.60 for a gallon of gas they claim I owed on the loaner car even though I returned it with the same amount of gas they gave it to me with. I've called then service manager Michael and left two voicemails. Still awaiting a return call. A simple Oil and filter change was a complete disaster. Not once has anyone apologized for their errors, lies and the inconvenience caused to me. Oh and thank you for also charging me For gas I didn't owe and sending my car back with almost half of a tank gone. I will NEVER bring my car back to Bell Audi!! read more

I bought a car at this dealership a while ago. I was completely mislead. I understand if you buy a car as is there's a gamble. However, I bought the car and the next day I turned it on the check engine light came on. My mechanic told me this was clearly something the dealership reset the error so it wouldn't show. It cost me thousands of extra dollars to fix it. I also had to wait several months before getting my plates despite numerous calls. SHOULD HAVE DRIVEN THE EXTRA TIME TO ANOTHER AUDI DEALER. I leased my 2021 eTron (2nd Audi) during the holiday season. Since then, I have spent the duration of that time attempting to get the leadership team involved in their sales team mishap. Ive emailed the GM, in which he was to no avail. The Finance Manager has all but confirm what Ive learned since my experience from this dealer, that his sales team is not only inept, but that the leadership team will not rectify this. BUYER BEWARE! LEMONS being SOLD !! my son and I just bought a use BMW form the dealer in Edison. two days later the check engine light came on. I immediately call the sales guy who told me I bought it as is and they can do nothing for me. I took car to the mechanic who told me the fuel pump is bad and this is something the dealer should have known. I later learn dealers unplug the battery to reset all warning lights. Worst buying experience ever. Here's a summary of my experienc: 1. As of April 22 I can no longer legally operate my new vehicle as the temporary registration and plate expired. Bell Audi has yet to provide permanent registration and plate. The general manager can't provide a valid status and stopped responding to my inquiries. 2. Despite having agreed in writing (via email) to the terms of my purchase, the Purchase Agreement provided at delivery of the vehicle did not accurately reflect the deposit I had put down prior to purchase. Had I not checked the math myself this would have resulted in substantial overpayment. 3. Despite having agreed in writing (via email) to the terms of my purchase, the Purchase Agreement provided upon delivery of the vehicle reflected an Amount Financed that was higher than we had already agreed upon. Furthermore, the Finance Manager seemed annoyed that I was unwilling to sign the inaccurate Purchase Agreement. 4. After taking delivery of the vehicle I discovered it was missing standard equipment (pet barrier and cargo cover). I received no response from the Sales Associate regarding my inquiries on the missing equipment. 5. I was repeatedly advised that Bell Audi's policy was never to accept deposits on vehicles - yet I was required to make a deposit (which per #2 was not accurately reflected in my Purchase Agreement - they had to mail me a check for the difference) 6. Personal information from the previous owner and their family members hadn't been deleted from the vehicle prior to delivery 7. They wouldn't even pick me up at the airport when I came to take delivery despite having traveled from Michigan to acquire the vehicle read more
