Today August 3, unfortunately my driver side window will not close. I sincerely feel that this AutoZone location would help me out, because in the past they used to plug-in some cable underneath the steering wheel and try to figure out what was the problem. This young individual had lack of motivation with the conversation that I had with him I looked at his nameplate, sure enough he was trying to cover his name from me he did not help me out at all. Sure enough the weather was pretty bad this early evening and into the night and it totally disgust me that this so cold knowledge individual ... Had no knowledge at all to help anyone and I looked at him and he totally just wanted to stay / stood behind the cash register, lack of initiative and it's pretty sad ... Before in the past any individual at this store location EMPLOYEES would have come out and try to help you they were open the hood and they would go underneath the steering wheel and others will come out and truly trying to help you solve the issue on your vehicle it was great back in the day. At this location sometimes they had the parts on location / on hand. The sad thing that I don't know it probably could've been something so simple, but you ALL(AutoZone) have an employee behind the cash register that just lack the initiative or NOT willing to help a customer. They didn't check my ID or online confirmation email, but just asked me what I had ordered and brought it out from the back. I went in to get a side mirror. Manny started to help me at the register. He was too concerned about something personal and got my order wrong. I told him that I've been driving without a side mirror for a couple of days and was really thankful that I could order it, he didn't care and got the order wrong. Replace this guy with someone who actually cares about their job and the customer. Phil, the manager at the time when I picked up the wrong part, was absolutely fantastic. Although he was not happy with the order being incorrect, he still acted in a very professional manner and I was able to get a refund. The first time I went in was for a new battery. The man was helpful as I was looking for a specific type. He searched it on his computer and it turned out they still had one. He helped me install it in the parking lot and it was a quick and easy purchase and installation. The battery is still in good condition now, after 2 years. However, would've been 1 star if this interaction was my only experience- I had went in last year to buy one socket but couldn't find the size so I asked the guy if he had it and he searched for something on his computer but was showing me results for a wrench. I told him that wasn't it, so he asked the other guy for help. The other guy just started to try to sell me random tool boxes for $80+ this took about 20 minutes. Terrible customer service, it makes sense to see other reviews having similar experiences with the staff here. The cashier was curt and inconsiderate. When asked why the promotion wasn't applied despite the promotion sign being very apparent (how else would we know it's on sale) he had no answer and rudely suggested buying a more expensive version. When asked what the difference in oils was, he gave an awkward and half-hearted response, as if bothered by my question. I then took a picture of the promotion to once again try to get a straight answer, he looked dumb-founded before noticing that the promotion was expired over a week ago (then why did they leave the sign up??). Then he stared awkwardly at us without making an apology for the confusion. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager and all associates are rude and short with their customers. They don't want to provide a service (a simple battery replacement) that they offer because it is "too cold". Meanwhile, there are associates changing batteries outside. In my short time here I've seen two customers come in and leave to go elsewhere because of service. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to come to this store. I came here to get my battery checked and Rodney helped me, I had lots of corrosion on the positive terminal and tried my best to clean it but Rodney went the extra mile and cleaned it completely for me.
