Secondly I received a quote for four new tires; they offered me Cooper brand at $900-ish. I went to Sam's Club and bought four Goodyear tires for under $550. Renovations are in progress for a new standalone auto parts store that will have no affiliation with Pep Boys.

When I arrived for my appointment, the location was closed. I was not alerted to this closure and in fact, received a note reconfirming as mentioned above. I emailed my service provider listed (Carlos) directly to flag that I went to the appointment but the place was closed. After not hearing back when they opened that day, I followed up with an email to Ryan and Daniel listed online as manager and points of contacts for bell Audi but have not yet heard back from anyone. I know they were open all day today as I noted from the sign on door. I also texted the appointment number. I traveled to the Audi dealership and made an effort to keep my appointment and no one from the bell Audi team had the courtesy to tell me the location was closed and the availability and confirmation were actually not accurate. And still nobody has had the courtesy of getting back to me to acknowledge the issue/error. I aimed to use this location as my primary dealership but this experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Days later and after posting the review, still no response or acknowledgment. I would have been happy to reschedule if I was contacted to do so. Horrible customer service.b

Then everyone of their sticker prices on the cars is 5-10k higher which serves to trick people who don't do their research and just walk onto the lot. Starting negotiations the salesman asks what you would like to pay a month. Avoid this at all cost and do not say a word about monthly payments it is unnecessary and they use this to try and get more month out of customers. Next after consulting the sales manager, you with be hit a "mandatory PDSI" $3,999 fee and a $2,999 "optional" certification fee. Both of these fees are BS fees. I ended up verbally arguing with the salesman and left shortly after. Words of wisdom when buying a car: During the whole 4 hours I was there, I seen one dummy scum salesman hold up a stack of cash and call out to my salesman and say "I whipped him into shape." - Salesman are not your friends and are testing you from the minute you walk in. - Check the MSRP so you know how much your car is. - NEVER speak to salesman about monthly payments, its better to look at the TCO (total cost of ownership) and the final price of the car which u can then just divide by the monthly terms to figure out your monthly payment yourself. - Avoid almost all add on cause a car dealership is not going to give u a fair price with most of the add on. - DO NOT BE AFRIAD TO ARGUE AND TO JUST WALK OUT.
