We used KBB in 2018 to remodel our Master bathroom and decided to use them again. Just like in 2018, they showed up to work every day (including Saturdays) and worked late into the evening (one time staying till 9:00 pm to complete a portion of the project). David was our project Manager, he kept us informed daily on how the work was progressing and always listened to our desires and ideas. Efay (sic) did the tile work and was able to lay 4 ft X 4 ft Italian porcelain tiles with amazing precision. You can see how perfect each huge tile was laid. Miguel did the cabinet and dry wall work - excellent work! The entire team was easy to work with. The tile and cabinets look fantastic. All I can say is there is no one else I would take a chance with for model upgrades or repairs. This is my 2nd 5-star rating for them.

They worked very hard to make sure they understood what we wanted and where we wanted it. We are picky and didn't know what we were doing. At times they really went out of their way to give us exactly what we wanted, rerouting vents and pipes so we could have niches and medicine cabinets exactly where we wanted them. The company under this new upper management only cares about collecting their payments, not about quality work and customer service. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND BE HAPPY WITH YOUR KITCHEN!!! I contracted with them to reface my kitchen, and I have the following issues: * The cabinets do not match the bases. They even agreed with me and asked me for a paint bid, but then decided that they do match. * The laminate on the bases is already delaminating and it hasn't been a year, in some cases hasn't even been a month * Poor quality parts were knowingly used for warranty work, which resulted in them telling me they would need to come back before they ever even finished. At this point, I think the poor quality workmanship and use of broken materials is intentional. Additionally, they make it very difficult to get work done in the afternoon, as they state they only work until noon. See attached: Statement of information that details the change in management that took place January 2025 Screen Shot from CSLB License Board detailing that their license (639021) is subject to cancellation if a new qualifying person is not replaced by 4/2/25. Screen shots of emails for them requesting a paint bid and then stating that everything matches. Text messages with the now CEO and CFO detailing that installers only work 5 am to noon. Heidi, the owner, has clearly built an exceptional team that is easy to work with and consistently delivers high-quality results. She is very hands-on and was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the project.  I especially want to highlight Jai, Joseph, and EV Granites. They all far exceeded my expectations. Jai, the project coordinator, was fantastic. She answered every question promptly, quickly arranged for a replacement part that was damaged during shipping, and stayed on top of every surprise that came up during demolition. She always provided clear options and kept the project moving smoothly. Joseph installed the cabinets at an impressive pace while maintaining exceptional quality. His attention to detail was outstanding. He even reinstalled a few cabinets (which meant redoing the work) to ensure everything was perfectly level. The final result speaks for itself. EV Granites did an amazing job with the countertop. They measured everything with precision, created perfect templates, and made excellent use of every inch of the granite slabs. They were friendly, answered all my questions, and worked efficiently to get the project completed quickly. The entire project was wrapped up in just a couple of weeks, which completely surprised me. I had been worried because similar projects often take months. When Heidi and Jai first shared the timeline, I was skeptical (as contractors often overpromise), but Pure Cabinets did the opposite. They beat their already aggressive timeline. It was a refreshing experience.  I wish I could find a general contractor with the same level of professionalism, reliability, and customer focus.
