Breakfast for lunch? Heck yes! Fresh, hot, and delicious!
    Rick P.

It's been a while since I've been back in THIS part of S.F. and I missed this place! I already knew that anything I get is going to be as good as it gets and I ordered the Chicken Pesto sandwich. Sounds simple, but it's not. To make fresh bread and fresh donuts every day, you need to be up at 3 a.m. to prepare all that is Dough! Alright? Then, the chef, who is the owner, has plenty of hand crafted recipes to delight the toughest critic. There's never a doubt. It's a five, every single time I've come here! If you appreciate appreciate top their doughnuts, then you absolutely need to come and feast on these! I shoulda shit more donuts pick but you'll need to trust me in this. There's a just right, sweet and fluffy, or sweat and cake type donuts that you buy to give to people that matter to you!

Note: Their store hours is completely off on Yelp. Their google page as well as their IG page lists different hours as well. I've reached out to them on social media however got no response and I forgot to confirm with them in person. It's been a couple of years since I've returned. I noticed they no longer offer special donut flavors such as ube or durian anymore. However their donuts is still very good. The Apple fritter at $3.50 is huge! I could only eat half of it at first and saved the other half for later in the day. Loved the crispy exterior and moist center with bits of caramelized apple bits. It didn't taste greasy at all, it was a nice treat. Paired well with the hazelnut latte. They have several non dairy options including soy and oat milk.

Was working around the corner from here looking for a latrine for my helper. We stumbled upon this place and saw they were open fairly early so we went in. The interior very standard with a few screens, not ran down at all and not over the top.. The flavor selection was limited but they have 2 different density types. I went with the bigger fluffier type as they're everything a donut should be but my helper got a few of the smaller dense types. I had one of each and didn't like the thick cakey donut but my helper was thoroughly impressed. Different strokes they say.. Customer service was top tier, I didn't catch his name but it was a young Asian man that was really cool and informed us about their food menu through the day. I said kinda like panera right? And all 3 of us said "but better" at the same time lol. I'd definitely check out their food if im in the area later in the day. Kinda mad work took us across town because we were banking on having lunch here

$5 for one chocolate donut. It was ok, nothing special. I probably won't get this again.

Hb wanted to try this place for a while now. He also wanted me to get him the special donuts, but given how busy I'm lately, I only got us pizza. For delivery. He likes it. So do I but I'm off carbs, so I only took one bite of the pizza crust (for research purposes ;) and ate toppings only. It was delicious. I wouldn't mind getting it for us again sometime in the future. My only critique for the business is that they should seal the pizza box for delivery orders. Ours came without any safety seal. I have seen delivery drivers open pizza boxes to see what's inside before delivering, which is a big no-no now that we are in a pandemic. Easily 5 stars otherwise. Oh my hb also luv all the Run-D.M.C. Song titles and other old Skool hits as menu names.

Array of perfectly made donuts - vegan options too

Doughlighful place, sorry, it just came to me. Love Dough on Market. This is one fantastic place for donuts. And YES, they offer a few vegan options which couldn't make me happier. Would I love them more if they offered more than just two cake donut options (plain and cinnamon sugar), yes, yes I would. But I'm not complaining here. Even though the vegan options are few, the cake donuts themselves are great & even better dipped in coffee. It probably helps that I've always loved cake donuts even as a child but these are pretty amazing. They obviously offer a great variety of traditional donuts that are not vegan and they have great coffee too. The store is alway clean with plenty of seating and easy access from the street. Parking is a really big issue unless you work nearby but you can get here quite easily by walking. Dough, can you please consider offering a few more vegan options? Thanks!

I LOVE a good donut . And this place did not disappoint! What better way to get in the holiday spirit than with donuts and coffee... just like jolly ol' . These rings of dough are packed with flavor. I opted for some classic flavors, but I'm excited to return and try some of their unique options... like the sweet and spicy. I can't even imagine... Step in for some sweetness. You'll be glad you did.

The people working at Uber are so lucky to have a place like this right next to their SF office! It's located on busy Market street, so parking may be an issue. I got the old-fashioned donut, a chocolate-glaze donut, and a coffee. They say a true measure of a donut shop is the quality of their basis donuts. The old-fashioned donut was pretty sweet on its own, but paired well with the coffee. I wish they had those stirrer-stopper things to prevent any coffee spillage during transit. I ended up saving the chocolate donut for a day after, and its integrity remained intact- this place has pretty good dough-nuts *badum ts*. Would definitely come back again to try their other specialty donuts! When you enter the shop, the smell of fresh pizza is the first thing that greets you. I was so tempted to order one, then I looked at the price... I guess it shouldn't surprise me, as the restaurant is 1) in SF and 2) on market street. But man, did it smell good.

Recently visited Dough and it was a positive experience. Oddly enough, I wasn't aware this place existed and truly stumbled upon it by happenstance. After looking for a place for lunch on Market Street, I saw this little gem. This place has a particular charm because it serves burgers and fries but is also a place to satisfy your sweet tooth. I ordered a plant-based burger with sweet potato fries and it was really recommend try again.

They explained that the flight includes an espresso shot, espresso shot with milk, hot coffee, and iced coffee. I hadn't had a straight espresso shot before, so this wasn't for me personally just because it was so overpowering. I enjoyed the other three though. Like the majority of SF, parking is difficult to locate. I was dropped off nearby the location. There is indoor and outdoor seating; I was able to grab an empty spot late in the morning on a weekend, but I don't think seating is always readily available. It's not a huge space.

At 11 am on a Sunday they were out of their best- black sesame Kouign Amann and the Raspberry Almond Croissant, which I took care of by paying a visit to Juniper bakery (sister business) later in the day. The Mocha with the house made nut milk fell flat. It needed something. I am not a fan of syrupy coffees and appreciate the more purist approach but this one just didn't do anything for me. The chai latte which I would never order was actually the best chai latte I have ever had, it was smooth like silk. Maybe I just had the wrong coffee order. Besides that, got the hot chocolate and the coffee tasting. I was surprised there was no explanation provided with the coffee- I figured it's all Honduran but an overview of some sort would have helped. I enjoyed all the coffees in there except the latte. Will visit again, earlier in the day so they are not out of their best sellers and try a different order.

I've…read moreheard this place has one of the best katsu sando around and as a lover of Katsu, I couldn't skip it. There's some good places in SF like Cafe Okawari. But Katsu is really becoming the new hype of the day for Japanese food, following the Sushi, Ramen, Japanese Curry, Katsu trend. So I came in with a critical view. I feel like Yoshoku in general may be next but I yet again digress. The box sandwich came in a cute little box. The inside was packed so I couldn't get a chance to fully appreciate the cafe, but the service was nice though the pay line may have moved slower than hoped. I'll say this. This is "the" best katsu sando in the bay. The katsu is crispy, but little on the softer side. But this hardness matches perfectly with the absolutely tender, soft, juicy pork wrapped inside. I'm looking at the menu again and it all makes sense. The pork has been in shio koji, making the meat ever so tender while adding the subtle but complicated marinated flavor. The cabbage is plenty, but not over packed to take away from the main Katsu flavor. What really perfects it for me, was not only the sweet and savory katsu sauce, but the mayo with dash of I think a karashi mustard. That slight tingle, the perfect kick gives a powerful awakening of flavor that really sets the it apart. This is art, an artisan. Culinary art is the refuge no raging rampant AI slop "art" can ever hope to touch. Until the day we get some cyborg implant to our brain into gustatory, olfactory functions. Even then, I don't think any tasteless tech bro are hopeless to create anything unique or beautiful.

Having a drink in hand already, I refrigerated one of the gifted items before putting the other two there too. Watching my sugar intake these days, I waited until the next morning to start on the strawberry matcha latte, medium ice, half sweet (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=0O5eaeZuKxCM2GU2ur3cEA); this is a take on a flavor combination that is a signature one for a local boba tea company.
