Craig the store operations lead is a class act guy and super kind dude. He runs a good biz and serves amazing pizza. I love Hawaiian pie and this place nails it! The honey wheat crust makes it even better than most other places do it. Fast service, kind staff, a big open space with an event room and game room. The dessert apple strudel is not to missed out on either let me tell you! I don't get to eat pizza much at all due to nasty lactose issues but when I do have some it's always well worth it and this certainly was!

Gross, soggy wings. The pizza is pale, bread dough, overpriced trash. I got delivery so I can't speak on anything else. The pizza sauce is bland. I swear some people see abundant toppings and associate that with good pizza. I bought a 15" 5 topping pizza w/ 8 wings (which are disgusting) for $45. GTFOOH! Pizza Hut will be better, shit, Dominoes would be a better choice. I hope this chain is relegated to Texas, and only Texas. Wouldn't want this shit contaminating the rest of the country.

The pizza was delicious ! Great atmosphere all the workers were very friendly and gave me a free drink cup while I was waiting for my pizza to be ready. Definitely will be coming back!

The manager gave us some Doubledave's pizza rolls to try! So good!

It should be called Doubled Down Pizza because that's exactly what it does. Twisted gut, grease soaked, nasty

We did the pizza buffet and salad bar. It was pretty average and nothing exciting. The offerings were few and didn't seem that fresh.

This was not my first visit to Which Wich, but I can assure you that it will be my last. Going in,…read morethe establishment was clean and the atmosphere was light and very retro with a small hint of steampunk. The tables were spaced apart nicely and the mix of bar tables to low tables was nicely done. We were greeted by a very nice cashier who took our order, patiently and accurately. It was then passed on to another woman who was running the sandwich line and I didn't get the feeling she was pleased with where she was at. She had a kind of snarl on her face and did little to acknowledge us. We took a seat under the window at a low top table and within less than 5 minutes our food was ready. They called our names as if the place was packed when we were the only ones there. At first bite, we both knew this was horrible. The fries were excellent. Light and crispy crinkle cut fries with just the right amount of salt. You'd be hooked, however, the sandwiches were tasteless. I mean, literally tasteless. I got the black bean veggie sandwich and all I could taste was spice, I am the first one to admit that I am a spice wimp. My daughter got the Philly cheese and there was no additional seasoning at all. Not even the add on veggies and condiments could rectify the blandness of the meal. Now, Which Wich has a sign on the wall that states, "If you are not 100% satisfied with your sandwich, we will refund you!" HUGE sign. I went back up with my black bean veggie sandwich and said, "I'm not satisfied. It is spicy and I can't do spicy. It doesn't state anywhere on the menu that the veggie and black bean is spicy." At that point, Ms. No personality went to find someone of authority. There was a gentleman on the phone and the cashier had disappeared. The man on the phone then hung up and asked me, "What do you want us to do about it?" To which I responded, " Can you just remove the patties and add tomato and lettuce?" He agreed, but the price did not adjust to accommodate for just veggies and I was, again, left with a sandwich with absolutely NO taste! This was 2 days ago and the sandwiches are still in the fridge, not eaten and not tossed until I can justify spending $25 on two bland, tasteless sandwiches that I am left "holding the bag" on, because I feel like the Karen that can't ask for a refund even though the sign clearly states that is what should happen. I cannot, in good conscience, suggest this as a place for a meal. The atmosphere is a 4 star. The color scheme of the logo and the general layout of ordering and seating, 4 stars. The ambiance 4 stars. The staff 3 stars and that is only for the cashier and not the sandwich maker or supervisor. The fries 4 stars. What killed it for me is the "return guarantee" that is not honored -2 stars and the lack of any taste to the food whatsoever, -5 stars. I counted ambiance twice and I gave an additional count for an establishment where all 3 visits prior to reviewing had a 1 star outcome leaving my rating at 1 star for this establishment.

Went to Jason's Deli on Knickerbocker Rd. I've been to J.D. in other cities, but not in San Angelo…read more Decided on the Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Tomato Basil Soup. Arrived at Jason's, and there was a line more than halfway to the door. This might take a while because I noticed only one person taking orders. Before you know it, I was next to order. Then I saw a hand wave above the cash register, motioning me to come over. That's when I noticed they have three areas open to take orders, and two of them are, let's say, not very tall people. Their heads were lower than the cash registers. You could not see them, but that line disappeared really quickly. Anyway, I placed my order, 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Soup, and a Diet Dr Pepper drink. The lady replied back my order and asked what kind of soup, Tomato Basil or Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw. I asked her to repeat that, and she said, Tomato Basil or Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw. I said, I'm sorry, could you repeat the last part. She said, Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw. I then said, Tomato Basil Soup will be fine. For the life of me, I could not understand what kind of soup Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw was, and I don't know if that sounded good or not. But I do know Tomato Basil Soup is a good soup. FYI, the 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread has two-slices of Cheddar Cheese and one-slice (in the center) of Muenster Cheese. That really sounds gooeygoodness to me. I grabbed my cup and number, filled my cup with Diet Dr Pepper (the Texas Coke), and located a table. This place is really busy with only a couple tables open. When one table is available, their Table-Cleaner is right there preparing it for the next customer. That is Service at its Best. Nicely done Jason. In a couple of minutes, my order arrived, and the Tomato Basil Soup was served in a Kettle Bowl style with Chunks of Tomato throughout and melted Chedder Cheese on top. Not what the picture showed on-line, and that looked delicious, and this looks better - Love It. However, the Grilled Cheese Sandwich is cut into small quarters. This 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread is one-tiny-slice, but nicely toasted. Peeked inside for the cheese, and it's only a small dab of yellow and white. This is not a "Brylcreem Commercial" where a 'Little Dab Will Do Ya', it's a Grilled Cheese Sandwich, and I'm looking for the Cheese. I do not see how this could be three-slices, which doesn't even go to the edge of the toast. The Tomato Basil Soup is absolutely Delicious and Flavorful, and loving those chunks of tomatoes. Love That Soup. The 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread is toasted perfectly and has the perfect crunch in every bite. Once in a while, you could actually taste a little cheese, but not often. The only thing I was disappointed in was their Grilled Cheese Sandwich with very little cheese. Other than that, I enjoyed my lunch and loved their Tomato Basil Soup. When I left, there was still a line, and it was moving pretty fast. Now I'm wondering what that Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw soup was and how it tasted. I didn't see it on the menu board, so it must be something new they are trying. Maybe next time I will order it, but with something other than the Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Check out a Jason's Deli near you, and if they have it, try the Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw soup and let me know how it taste.

I know you know yesterday was Valentine's Day, and it's a good day to take your "Better Half" (and…read moreyou know that's true) out for Dinner at one of her favorite places. "The Grill". That also sounds really good to me. We know The Grill will be busy, especially since Valentine's Day falls on a Saturday, so we left earlier than normal. Arrived, and a good number of cars were parked all around. Walked in, and the place is packed, with every bar stool and table taken. The Hostess said it will only be a few minutes for your table. In a couple of minutes, a table was available. After we were seated, more people arrived, but they also only had to wait a couple of minutes. The Grill has two bartenders working along with several servers, and a couple of employees cleaning up the tables when they become available. Our Server is Sophia, and she took our drink order. Two Jack-N-Cokes and waters. While we waited for our drinks, we looked over the menu. We kind of already know what we are going to order, and we did. My Wife is going with one of her usuals, their "Happy Hour Nachos" ($6.50), listed as 'Roasted Pork Nachos' on the main menu. Slow Roasted Pork, Chipotle Sauce, Tomatoes, Cilantro, Black Beans, Cheddar Cheese over lots of Fresh Chips with Green sliced Jalapenos on one side, and Red sliced Jalapenos throughout the plate. I am going with the "Baja Fish Tacos", Blackened Baja Fish with Chipotle Sauce, and pickled Slaw. Served with Guacamole, Rice, Black Beans, and double Corn Tortillas for three Tacos. We placed our order with Sophia when she served our drinks. Then we toasted to Valentine's Day, and us. The bartenders here make the Best Jack-N-Cokes around. They are really good, smoooooooth, and go down easy. While we waited for our food, The Grill became busier and busier, with more people waiting. Glad we came a little early. Sophia stopped by, as well as one of the Managers checking on us to see if we needed anything. Service here is always tops. Soon our food arrived, and my Wife's Roasted Pork Nachos were served the same as they always have been, piled up high and covering the entire plate, and I might add, very colorful. I Love the way they prepare the Baja Fish Tacos with a Huge chunk of perfectly grilled fish all by itself next to the Rice & Black Beans, a large scoop of Fresh Guacamole, and several Corn Tortillas for you to make your own, with Pickled Slaw to the side. Both dishes are a Beautiful Presentation of Deliciousness that you will find nowhere else. The Grill does it right. My Wife's Nachos have a lot of melted cheese oozing everywhere with lots of corn chips and several pounds of Roasted Pulled Pork. Well, okay, maybe not 'pounds', but there are a lot of large chunks throughout this dish. She said it is delicious and loving that Pulled Pork. She ate about half of it and will take the rest home for a meal that will be for both of us - you get a lot of food at The Grill. I cut off a long chunk of fish, spread their Chipotle Sauce on a couple of corn tortillas, then the fish, topping it off with rice & black beans, guacamole, and their pickled slaw. This Fish Taco is Deliciousness and more. The perfectly grilled Baja Fish has lots of flavor with just enough spice from the chipotle sauce. I made three of these, each a little different, and they all were very Tastylicious. Each Taco was so filled with goodies I could not fold it over, and I ate them more like a Tostada instead. Either way, they are The Best. I also have some fish left over that I ate with the remaining sides, adding that chipotle sauce to each bite. I ate all of mine, with no leftovers to take home. While we were enjoying our food, Sophia said that she would like to take a picture of us with my camera because we are a cute couple. Hey, I couldn't disagree with that, so she did. Flattery will get you everywhere. Thank You Sophia. Well, guess what? Sophia earned the "Dollar-Bow-Tie" Award for going 'above-n-beyond' the norm, and a nice tip. We boxed up my Wife's leftovers and headed home, and The Grill was still busy as ever when we left. This was a Great way to enjoy a Valentine's Day Dinner.

My husband seemed to have enjoyed his breakfast more than I mine although he didn't like the pie. My toast was buttery and there was no jelly in sight or our waitress to ask. Also, no salt & pepper or condiments on any of the tables like other restaurants. Perhaps because it's a senior citizen complex they aren't allowed to spice things up.
