Just fine! Quick service, food is okay, lots of up charges. Came for brunch around 11:30 on Saturday, got seated right away. The menu is huge as w/ all diners. It seems "cheap" but unless you want barebones food (no veggies in omelets, no cheese on eggs), there's an upcharge for everything. My friend and I got simple egg platters with a few "extras" (fruit cup, cheese) and it was over $50. Food was warm but not hot when served. Plentiful, cooked well and the accompanying cole slaw was delish. It came with a cup is soup. My wife had the cream of broccoli and she said it was very good, lots of flavor. I was traveling 95N and needed to stop for gas and stumbled upon this little gem! I wish I asked the waitress her name she was definitely on top of things. They were busy but she made sure all of her tables were taken care of and always had a kind word when the customers departed! So many meals were delivered to the diners and they all looked good! Service was good, they are kind. The only thing that I would add is that after the check, the waitress may want to swing by again to chk on their table. You pay at the register however after the bill I decided that I needed a small carryout container. Our waitress was no where to be found. We stopped here for a lunch pit stop and we should have arrived hungrier! The service was impeccable, friendly but not overbearing. The gyros were juicy and flavorful hitting every expectation. And the plate comes with so much food! There's delicious savory soup, a greek salad, greek coleslaw, and a side of fries in addition to the huge stuffed gyro that takes up the entire plate already! I can't imagine how anyone orders dessert when they are so full and still have enough for another meal left! Bathrooms were spotless and being checked on as well. And when we came BACK in a few days we had exactly the same experience, including no problems making basic substitutions like regular cole slaw instead of greek. This is an old school diner feel. It's off a truck route in White Marsh. We were seated right away on a weekday. I can imagine it being packed on a weekend! We went for lunch on a Monday but they serve all day breakfast/diner food with some solid Maryland classics. The wait staff is friendly-enough for the diner. Our server left us alone long enough to figure out what we wanted in the expansive menu! And checked on us with a smile. The portions were large! The crab bake was lump and fresh I asked it to to be served over top of the home fries and not the English muffin and they accommodated me. The corned beef has was fresh and delicious. What a fantastic diner! They have sunk some money into this place and pumped it out for sure. Everything is sparkling shinny... even the bathrooms are upper Elite with marble running up and down the walls. When you first walk in their desert case will blow you away! Fantastic cakes, pasties, and more just beckoning you to indulge. When we were seated I just got the feeling that this is somewhere someone loved. Everything is tip top clean and new. The menu is extensive... and they serve breakfast all day long! Yum my type of place. I ordered the country eggs Benedict. Two poached eggs on biscuits and covered in sausage gravy. Who wants to cook all week long? Not this chick. I needed a much need break from my kitchen and promised hubby breakfast, so we decided to pop in. We haven't been here in over a year and wow. When we walked in, we noticed the diner has made some upgrades and renovated the place. To start, the male greeter needs to be taught if you are going to be at the front of the house, learn how to greet imcoming/outgoing patrons. He was not friendly at all, the female was moor receptive and warm. I am not sure if it had to do with that he is young, but still he represents the diner. Once we were seated, we were told our server will be with us shortly. I believe his name was Yani (not sure of the spelling), was our server was very attentive and provided good customer service. First, he took our drink order, which was easy- COFFEE ! Once he brought back the coffee, he took our order. I ordered thr classic egg's benedict including home fries with a side of bacon, and hubby ordered a sausage omelet including home fries and toast which was supposed to be wheat but was served rye. Everything was amazing and cooked to our satisfaction hence the extra star. I could've given easily 5 stars, but the greeter left a negative impression for us. read more

The waitress was pleasant and I knew I was in for a treat as she was diligent in waiting on me and others. I ordered their chicken dumplings. It has been a while so I was elected to have them. The cliche is accurate; "you get what you ask for." I knew it would be a tough day when Bernadette could not dedicate time to take my order. So, first, I got a greeting, then an "I'll be back." Then, I got some water, then a, "I'll be back." I saw Bernadette pass my table about five times before getting her attention to ask her name. It was noticeable how I was alone and did not receive the same attention as other patrons who must frequent the area. I was going to leave after receiving her name. Maybe that was her queue to take my order. I made my request known for well-done bacon. The chef honored my request by throwing the bacon to cook in grease for a few. I could tell by how crunchy the bacon came out. There was no bacon fat, pork flavor, or crunchy strips of greasy bacon. The pancakes were nice and brown on the top, mushy and lacking underneath. The eggs were a rush job. They taste like they only sat on the grill long enough to lose the liquid form, then plop on the plate with some cheese. The homefries also lacked attention to cooking detail. I assume someone tossed the potatoes on the grill, let one side get some color, then placed it on the plate, color side up. It could only go this way. The underside of what looked to be tasty homefries turned out to be mashed potatoes with a brown top. Again, the quality was a step below your typical diner fare. I gave an excellent review of this place a few years ago. We arrived at about 8:45 PM on Wednesday 10/30/24 - the hours, according to Google Maps, are until 9:00 PM but the doors were locked and the woman inside signaled that they were closed. I can understand wanting to go home when you're not busy, but don't let your customers down by closing before closing time. We had to get chicken sandwiches across the street at Royal Farms which are actually quite good. read more

What can I even say? Trying to get help from our waitress was like trying to catch a unicorn - impossible. We had to keep reminding her to bring things to us. It took forever to get our check and we never got refills on our drinks. The crab dip was not nearly as seasoned as I would have expected, especially for an in-house special recipe and the chips were going stale. The pancakes had a pre-made mix taste to them which was somewhat disappointing and the butter and whipped cream were missing (so was the syrup but after repeated requests we finally got that). We tried to stop here in January but were turned away because they close early thanks to Covid, not their fault. I didn't realize it was the same place we stopped at a few years ago. We tried again after our late flight on Saturday and made it in time for their last seating. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our meals. Their burgers are HUGE, and I enjoyed my open face Greek plate. The chunks of feta were the best I've tasted, as was the greek dressing. The shrimp bisque was delicious with chunks of shrimp. Double T is a staple 24-hour diner in the Baltimore metro area that is great for weekend brunch, breakfast for lunch/dinner or a late-night, soak up the alcohol, post club spot. You can always get bang for your buck with large portions and a variety of diner favorites. As soon as I landed in Baltimore hunger struck and all I could think of was Double T. We had a server; I believe her name was Alicia (don't quote me) with the biggest personality. She really made my meal an experience I will never forget. She was johnny on the spot with her service and food suggestions. I wish we hadn't gone to the diner in the morning. When I strolled passed the overwhelming dessert display case, I was ready to dive in. The large variety of cheesecakes, pastries and triple layered cakes is every dieter's nightmare.
