Clean and staff follows COVID rules. Got yelled at for serving myself. Security officer in lobby keeps eye on parking lot too. Bad: Room was clean but some lights did not work. Hotel is in bad spot. Blink and you miss the entrance. I complain but I overall like this chain in Mexico.

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more THEY CHANGED THE BREAKFAST MENU AND GIVE YOU LESS OPTIONS WHEN YOU STAY MULTIPLE DAYS!!! THE COOKS ARE HORRIBLE THERE IS ONLY ONE HARD WORKER THERE THE LADY THAT WEARS A BUN. I believe her name is Maria. The other 2 individuals are horrible there is a guy there that tries to speak bad about everyone in spanish assuming they don't speak spanish most understand like I do. The lady responds in a rude way and says things like "I hate so many people here" and "these people are annoying" "I wish people would go to another hotel" but if we did she'd be out of a job!! Her name is SANDRA THEY HAVE NO NAME TAGS!!!! The rooms are very highly priced like 150 and on expedia 45 dollars. It's sad they try to charge for breakfast when you don't know it's included the male ( I think his name is Pablo ) cook tried to get money from me for breakfast and I told him it's free for all guest he turned red and walked away. MARIA IS A HARD WORKER AND WE FELT BAD TO SEE HER WORK SO HARD WHILE THE OTHER 2 DID NOTHING BUT TALK ABOUT THEIR GUEST!!!

Nice hotel, peaceful and clean, especially for multiple days…read more This hotel has a great location with many stores, restaurants within a short walking distance. It's a nicer neighborhood than most and right by the huge Mormon temple. There is a wonderful coffee place called Blue Luna next door to the hotel, that has all the specialty coffees as well as good food. There is an OXXO convenience store a half block away and a food truck park, full restaurants, etc. The room I had was clean and neat, providing a kitchenette (although no utensils, dishes, pans, etc.) You could cook yourself a meal here if you needed to and brought your own stuff. The refrigerator is full sized. They had the usual TV with remote to which you could connect your own device. Drawers, a closet, ironing board (I didn't see an iron, but didn't ask for one). The bed was comfortable enough though the pillows were a bit lumpy. My only complaint is the bed frame extends out past the mattress, and I hit my leg multiple times walking around the bed, as I stumbled to the bathroom, half asleep, in the middle of the night. Once it drew blood, but thankfully, I had a band-aid. There is a workout room, pool, laundry room. The elevator is fast and spacious, the employees are nice and efficient. Room cleaning is not done every day, but you can request it when needed. Overall, it's a great hotel with simple amenities. I have stayed there before and most likely will again. I'll just set my suitcase by the corner of the bed to remind me to circle wide while walking around the bed.

When it was time to leave in morning to beat traffic at the border, we were trapped in and had to wait. Their parking system is bad. We had to wait and sit at the border for 6 hours.

This motel is a gem. I first found this place years ago, when I started partying in Baja a lot more…read moreoften. This motel sits in Zona Rio, which is the nicer part of Tijuana. In order to get here, either drive your car or take a taxi along Via Rapida. Once you turn into this place, you stop and pay for the room. Weekdays, you can get a room the whole night for $30 or so. During the weekends, you can get a room for a 4-hour period for the same price. Most rooms have their own garage downstairs. You walk on up, and you find yourself in a nicely decorated and kept room. Honestly, I have never found a better value anywhere. The rooms are nice (check my photos), and you can order all sorts of food and drinks. The food is very tasty! I'd recommend this place if you're ready to call it a night. The workers here are super nice, and they're always on point. I recommend brushing up on Spanish before you come here, as most workers are not bilingual. Trust me, the value is worth it.

Make a reservation. They also tend to have rooms ready for check in without a reservation during the week days. The rooms are a great price, if you are on a budget, and they are clean--spotless, no, but they are just fine and you will be happy there. Their English is not great, but they are really nice and they will figure it out. The staff is just super nice and the area is gated with a guard. If you need anything for your room they will help you. I never checked to see if they have Wi Fi. If that is important to you make sure you call and ask. Have fun.
