Nice hotel, peaceful and clean, especially for multiple days. This hotel has a great location with many stores, restaurants within a short walking distance. It's a nicer neighborhood than most and right by the huge Mormon temple. There is a wonderful coffee place called Blue Luna next door to the hotel, that has all the specialty coffees as well as good food. There is an OXXO convenience store a half block away and a food truck park, full restaurants, etc. The room I had was clean and neat, providing a kitchenette (although no utensils, dishes, pans, etc.) You could cook yourself a meal here if you needed to and brought your own stuff. The refrigerator is full sized. They had the usual TV with remote to which you could connect your own device. Drawers, a closet, ironing board (I didn't see an iron, but didn't ask for one). The bed was comfortable enough though the pillows were a bit lumpy. My only complaint is the bed frame extends out past the mattress, and I hit my leg multiple times walking around the bed, as I stumbled to the bathroom, half asleep, in the middle of the night. Once it drew blood, but thankfully, I had a band-aid. There is a workout room, pool, laundry room. The elevator is fast and spacious, the employees are nice and efficient. Room cleaning is not done every day, but you can request it when needed. Overall, it's a great hotel with simple amenities. I have stayed there before and most likely will again. I'll just set my suitcase by the corner of the bed to remind me to circle wide while walking around the bed. read more

Beware of parking on arrival. Do not allow them to park you against the wall. You will be trapped in regardless of what they say. When it was time to leave in morning to beat traffic at the border, we were trapped in and had to wait. Their parking system is bad. We had to wait and sit at the border for 6 hours. read more

Room was nice and comfy . Blankets inside the closet had hair from previous clients, the room smelled like mold , come to find out it's in the restroom. Woke up at 4am Cockroach on the wall. So I got up and zipped up all my belongings lol. But the receptionist was very nice and kindly to bring me clean blankets and very fast too. The floor did seemed like it needed to be mopped . Check in was fast and easy. The hotel is in a very safe area. The price is a lot cheaper than other places. Parking is very limited. The out side of the hotel looks good. The inside could use a lot of TLC. Rooms and hallways need a deep cleaning. Could use new furniture. The towels where very old and dingy. Looked like they came from a car wash. But the place is quiet If I had to I would stay again because of the price and location. read more

Listen to the reviews and stay away! The rooms don't have ANYTHING. No blow dryer, towels, lotion, shampoo, iron or blankets. All they give you is a small sheet to cover with. Apart from not having anything they're super dirty. The floors are disgusting and bathrooms aren't washed properly. Worst part was our light bulbs were completely broken so I called them to come fix or change the bulbs but the maintenance guy went home and basically couldn't do anything for us. So we were in the dark the whole stay. Absurd! Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

My car was stolen from there parking lot and they did not want to show me the cameras very bad service dirty and rude would not stay here ever again a motel is safer if i could i would give a zero star DONT STAY HERE and the manager is a liar she said she would show me the cameras and had me waiting till the next day supposedly she was there all day checking the cameras when she went home early read more

The rooms are cute and spacious. The floor is filthy! Might as well be walking on mud. Been asking for towels for 2 days and they still said they're washing them. Had to dry myself with hand towels. Also no parking if you get here late. There's a party hall next door so if you stay on a weekend be prepared to hear live music and drunk people talking outside your windows until 6am. Paper thin walls, can hear the other guests breathing. So sad since it's in a great location with tons of places to eat close by. read more

Got this place for the price, but as soon as I walked in I was wowed by the courteous receptionist (Maricela). I ended up staying an extra day. Needless to say I needed nothing, all the help I needed, either information, or things was handled very timely. Thank you Maricela. Hotel looks like a hole in the wall, but it is positioned perfectly between a bunch of great restaurant that are moderately priced. Not far of a drive from anywhere you'd want to go. As far as the room. It needed nothing, there is even a full frig, electric stove top, and a microwave. All the utensil you may needed you just have to ask the front desk. A place to wash clothes, a mini gym with the basics, and a small basic pool. All in all, I had a great time, I cant wait to come back. And for the manager at this hotel, I hope you read this and promote Maricela quick before she get scooped up from your competition. read more

They appear to be very nice spacious and new only complaint is my room was pretty dirty didn't seem to have been swept in a while the sink had dead little bugs in it the sheets had stains windowsill was blackened from dust and I found two cockroaches that's what did me in didn't get much sleep after that read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY My family and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and the first day was the absolute WORST! the parking lot is small so you have to double park, i ended up having to park in front of another car and the receptionist said it was fine as well as the security. Come 7am in the morning they both coming INSIDE THE ROOM with no knocking or anything requesting for me to move the car . then when i was walking down stairs they said i had to pay a fee because i took too long to move the car?? the second day when i was showing i noticed all the towels were dirty and the bathroom was filthy , and i needed up paying more since i boiled through Booking.com so the hotel charged me twice as much!!! If I could give this place a lower review I would. I made online reservations over 2 months a head of time only to get to the check in and then say they had nothing of my stay on file so I had to check into another room that wasn't what I had asked for. Next the room was still dirty with stains on the sheets which I asked to be changed while I was gone but they weren't. Then to my surprise after having to go back and forth from the lobby to my room because the phone in the room does not work the water in the shower is completely turned off so we have no shower. Floor was filthy! Not cleaned at all. My son walked with no shoes and his white socks ended up black just walking around for no more than a few minutes. Refrigerator made horrible loud noise all night long. They were doing some sort of work all night long so it was quite noisy. The only pleasant thing is that the person opening/closing the front door was really pleasant. Front desk gals had a slight attitude. When I asked for. Few extra towels they were a little hesitant in giving me anymore. We only had 2 towels in the room for 4 of us. Looks ver nice from the outside. The room we got was so dirty!! The sink and counter was dirty with old food stuck on it. The floor had hairs and dirt on it. The bathroom was also dirty which was the worst part!! I went to reception to ask for cleaning supplies so I could clean the bathroom myself, he said they couldn't but would have someone up right away to clean up. I said fine since we were going to go out for the evening. We left for 6 hours when we came back it was still dirty. By dirty I mean hairs in the bathtub, black smudges in the sink and hair all around the toilet. I called them and asked why nobody had cleaned like he promised he said he would have someone right up. I gave them 1 hour still nothing so I called and told them never mind and that this was very much an inconvenience and unacceptable. We left the next day. I couldn't believe a room could be left so dirty by housekeeping especially the bathroom. We paid to be comfortable and not have to worry about cleanliness. Never again!!
