My now…read morehusband, John, and I were definitely on a budget and thought, since we have friends that could DJ, cater, and a wedding party of 9 bridesmaids who were so eager to help, how hard could pulling a wedding of 150 guest be. After John and I picked a date and a venue that fit our style and budget, we began the real planning. As any bride would know, I quickly became overwhelmed. Don't get me wrong; I have been planning for years on my Pinterest Board. I knew I wanted something different, something not so traditional, and something that not only we would remember forever, but our guests would have a blast at. So, I pinned and pinned away on my Pinterest Board. I could not stop pinning. I think I may have been trying to avoid actually setting up vendors and planning for decorations, because I honestly did not know where to start. A wedding coordinator was looking more and more appealing to me. For years I followed, K&G events and Grace on social media, admiring the exceptional details and unbelievable set ups, I would call "eye candy". Two of my bridesmaids used K&G Events for their weddings and had nothing but positive things to say about their professionalism and style. John and I live in Las Vegas, but were planning a wedding in my hometown of San Diego. I also work as a night shift RN which I thought might make it difficult to coordinate phone meetings with K&G Events, but they accommodated us so easily. They were always at our reach and were efficient in responding to any random questions and thoughts John and I had throughout our planning. After our first sit down meeting with K& G Events, I already felt a major weight lifted from my shoulders. Grace and Cindy were so amazing. They are genuine people. They never made us feel like our budget was too small. They truly have a passion for what they do, and you could see it in every aspect of their work. It was not hard for John and I to trust them with what would be the Best Day of our Lives. Our wedding ran seamlessly. Not to mention, the night before the wedding, I had a tearful, overwhelming breakdown. I had to call Grace and Cindy to make some last minute changes, and they quickly could sense my anxiety. Grace has such a genuine big heart. She comforted me, eased my mind, reassured me of how amazing and big the next following day would be, and told me that I needed rest overall and that everything was taken care of and there was no need to worry. Grace and Cindy are so personable; they make you feel like they have known you for so much longer, in the way they comfort you and the way you are able to truly trust them Grace and Cindy were incredibly organized. They took care of so many details with vendors and relaying information from the vendors to our venue officials. They gave us options, and really let us find our own connection with the right Officiant who would end up marrying us. Grace and Cindy, made our "Boho Island Chic Wedding" come to life, from the amazing embellishments as centerpieces, to the beautiful dessert table, all the amazing lettering, the giveaway table, the cute framed quotes, and my two most favorite pieces of 'eye candy': our 'Boho Island' Sweetheart table and very Boho teepee and pillows photo-op that was set up outside during cocktail hour. To say the least, K&G made our dreams come true. Our guest were truly amazed, taking pictures of all the details just as much as they were taking pictures of themselves having a great time. It was definitely a wedding our family and friends could never forget. I would absolutely recommend K&G Events to anyone that wants a special day to be an extraordinary, absolutely amazing, Best Day Ever.

I just wanted to say thank you for the service, my bday girl loved it. I was just a little confused on what I paid for and what I received. The girls did get their nails done and eyeshadow but I did not see any of the glitter on their hair or rhinestones , no colorful hair extensions, no temporary tattoos put on, and I had to remind the hostess about her superstar entrance and they did not add the poles for her entrance as shown. The items were in the goodie bags but that was not what was stated in the VIP package details . I just wanted some clarification. The hostess also did not engage with the girls and I had to ask my sister to go inside and pump the girls up. I contacted the owner and either they don't respond or give me the runaround. Great concept but wrong people executing it.

    This company's party bus vehicle hit my parked car at an event they were working. Multiple people…read morewitnessed the incident as it occurred at a busy park and the event was taking place immediately adjacent to where the incident took place. When I spoke with the owner, Frederick Blanding, and let him know that the driver of his vehicle had hit our car, he apologized, accepted responsibility and promised to pay for the repairs (I have this all in text messages from Frederick). To make a long story short, his company vehicle was uninsured (I also have him acknowledging this in text message) and he has now stopped responding to my text messages asking him to take care of the repairs. I went back and forth with him for a month as he kept telling me he was getting his insurance worked out, delaying, etc. I was very polite and patient while he delayed, but I feel compelled to warn anyone considering using this company that it is not a reputable business and they do not insure their company vehicles. Hire at your own risk...you may end up with $3,500 in vehicle repairs and then have the owner suddenly disappear. Apologies that the screenshots of the text messages are out of order.

    After agreeing on a design, I was so excited to book with Las Kwatro Hermanas. I had reached out to…read morethem on a recommendation of a friend who was using them for a school fundraiser. I paid the deposit after agreeing on a design and confirming date/ time/ location. Although the invoice says final payment is due 24 hours before the event, they asked me to pay in full several days early (so I did). After that, they changed my design and sent a new design mock-up to me on THE MORNING of my event. I was told it was due to an accident. What could I say? I had already paid in full and my party was in a few hours. Payment is via zelle so there was no purchase protection. The colors of my backdrop changed, lights changed, colors and amounts of flowers, and much more changed. They didn't fulfill my order that included additional lights on two of the stands and a photobooth with personalized frame. My name was misspelled on the frame- If she didn't say she would fix it, this would be less irritating. But she told me she'd fix it quickly. It has been a week since my birthday party and still not fixed. She then left the set up and said she'd come back to finish my lights before my party then didn't. She instead texted me that she was in Vista and wouldn't be coming back. She also was going to come move my photo booth for the dance portion of my event then didn't. I'm unsure why she'd promise a customer something, then not follow through. Then ghost me after the event when I'm asking for a finished photos product. The frames still are solid white, no design. It was my 50th Birthday let down. All the while posting on Instagram all of the other events they are doing. It's not good customer service. Didn't offer me any consolation or discount for the many last minute changes and for not following through on the photos that she said she would. I paid $750 for a backdrop and photo booth that was supposed to have a personalized photo frame. So much changed, it felt like it was handing someone $750 and just taking whatever they gave me. Not fair. I would not recommend.

She sent mock-ups a few weeks in advance so you know exactly what she will deliver. She even printed our event logo to place on the backdrop as an added touch of customization. Her backdrop and balloons matched our theme perfectly and the kids had a blast!

They were an absolute joy…read moreto work with and helped us bring our dream wedding to life at Reinstein Ranch this past September. Before the big day, we had two meetings with Kirin. The first was to go over the incredibly helpful planning materials TLC provided, where we shared our ideas for food and décor. Kirin not only listened but gave us excellent vendor recommendations. Every time I reached out after that, she was quick to respond with thoughtful advice, which I deeply appreciated. The second meeting was for final details, and Kirin went above and beyond, staying an extra 30 minutes to make sure everything was just right. She even handled an unexpected fire drill with ease, truly going to bat for her brides. Little did we know, that wouldn't be the last "fire" she'd put out for us! As a DIY bride, some of my décor didn't quite go as planned due to the wind. Kirin and her team were quick to jump in and fix everything, making it look beautiful. The biggest mishap of the day was our 8-foot floral arch snapping in half. Instead of apologizing and moving on, the TLC team cut the floral noodles off and attached them to a wooden arch provided by the venue, all while I continued to live my stress free life of getting pampered. She kept me updated which I also appreciated so that there were no surprises. On top of that, Kirin's team ensured everything ran smoothly--from paying vendors and sticking to the timeline to keeping us fed, hydrated, and stress-free. They even made sure no one got too rowdy and cleaned everything up so we could simply enjoy our day. All we had to do was return the next morning to pick up our décor. My only regret is that I only get one wedding! But for any event--whether it's a wedding, corporate gathering, or anniversary--I highly recommend TLC. They are the best of the best!
