I ordered online, on a Monday at 3pm, to avoid any lunch or dinner crowd. I ordered a make your own larger double pepperoni, extra cheese and pineapple deep dish pizza. On Monday afternoon, parking in their lot was effortless. The restaurant was clean and empty at 3:45pm. I was the only customer and Devon was the Blue Line Pizza staff member who got my custom pizza and she offered cheese and peppers for my pizza as she got the paper plates I requested. This deep dish pizza is the best I have had in the Bay Area. I'm ordering again for the second time this month. Blue Line Pizza is my new default pizza for the LG area.

However, the ambiance left something to be desired, it was extremely loud, which made it a bit hard to have a conversation. We tried the Brussels sprouts, truffle fries, ravioli, and branzino. Most dishes were well-executed and flavorful. The standout for me was the homemade spinach ravioli, filled with wild mushrooms and ricotta, served with a rich fondue truffle sauce. It was hands down one of the best ravioli dishes I've ever had, and it instantly reminded me of the truffle pasta I enjoyed in Florence. I recently visited Doppio Zero in Campbell for the first time. The ambiance of the restaurant was cute and inviting. We decided to start with truffle fries and bread with olive oil and balsamic. The fries were decent, and the bread was good but nothing extraordinary. For our main course, we tried the jalapeño pizza, which was alright but didn't quite stand out. In terms of drinks, we ordered an Old Fashioned and a Dragon Aperol Spritz (or possibly a Passion Fruit Spritz). Unfortunately, both drinks tasted a bit watered down, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the experience was alright. While the food and drinks didn't blow me away, I'm open to giving it another shot, especially to try one of their pasta dishes or another type of pizza. Doppio Zero is a reliable local go-to for Neapolitan pizza. Their weekday happy hour (4:30-6 PM) offers some great deals, particularly on drinks and the calamari. However, be aware that some happy hour food portions, like the 6-inch pizza for $9 or the arugula salad (just parmesan), can be quite small. That said, it remains one of my favorite spots, largely thanks to the excellent jalapeño pizza and the perfectly baked, generously portioned broccolini. I also enjoyed the little gem salad, though I'd ask for lighter dressing next time. I haven't been impressed with the pasta dishes here; they're consistently too mushy for my liking. i had a really disappointing and concerning experience at this restaurant. My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning after eating a seafood dish here, and it honestly ruined our entire night. What makes it worse is that after looking through other reviews, it seems like this isn't an isolated incident, multiple people have reported similar issues, especially with the seafood. The food itself didn't taste particularly fresh, which should have been a red flag. Within hours, we both felt extremely sick. It's alarming that a place serving seafood doesn't seem to maintain proper food safety standards.
