We live nearby and have been trying to catch this place open. Didn't realize it was closed on Monday and when we came another time later in the day they were closed. I assume they make a certain amount and when they're gone they close and that's probably the way most places do it. Donuts were good, not greasy. I'm not a big donut person so they were ok and comparable to most places that don't have a greasy donut that leaves that oily taste in your mouth. What I really came for was the ham and cheese croissant but it was a little disappointing. Prices were actually much higher than I was expecting. We paid almost $20 for a ham and cheese croissant, blueberry cheese danish and 6 donuts including a cinnamon twist thing that I assume was supposed to be more than the others but I can't wrap my head around $18.30 for what we ordered. I legit think she charged me for 15 donuts instead of 5 cuz I saw something ring up as 15. Based off that I can confidently say I won't return. Items werent worth what I paid and if it was an error charge, the employee should have known that what I ordered was not close to $20 so I cant recommend this place read more

The Yelp add did not include details regarding restrictions on the payment forms accepted. I was not informed (until I arrived), They only accept cash. I had to leave and find an ATM to change my payment form, (Very inconvenient). This business provides a quality product and the venue is very clean. Small little donut shop off Douglas on the 76. Conveniently located by shell station and little market. Definitely old school donut shop vibe and the woman was super nice and friendly. The donuts were very yummy and delicious. Today seemed to be their standard donuts and sprinkles, but I noticed other photos they have other cool toppings. My husband ordered a few regular glazed, a sugar twist, a chocolate covered cake with sprinkles, and a ham and cheese jalapeño croissant. The sugar twist was a little dry. The regular glazed ones were really moist and fresh...the best consistency for a donut. The cake donut was actually also moist, especially for a cake donut. These two items were amazing. The ham and cheese croissant was ok. The croissant part was also super fresh but it had maybe two tiny thin slices of ham and maybe a quarter sized amount of cream cheese in the entire croissant. It was disappointing but l actually preferred just the 95% of it which was a regular croissant. Next time l will just order a plain croissant. Ive been to Paris before and not gonna lie, the croissants are better here. Crepes were pretty amazing there but we were always disappointed with the croissants there. read more

I have to say this is probably the best no frills donut shop I have found in the area. Every time I bite into one of their glazed, cinnamon, or sugar dusted donut it is so pillowy soft! And my favorite part about it is that it is not overly sickening sweet! They are a cash only mom and pop shop so make sure you bring a $20 bill to either buy a dozen regular donuts for $13.50 or a dozen twisted or filling based donuts for I think $17. Ok, so, I am NOT a donut person.. usually. With that said, I am a bagel and croissant person so when I drove by this tiny shop in a strip mall with a sign on the window advertising breakfast bagels and croissants, I had to stop in. They have that nice soft inside with the fresh (almost crisp) outside. They have coffee, milk, and juice ready to go. When you place an order for a few, they usually will throw in a freebie for good measure. Added bonus: the croissants. These croissants are usually the size of your face, and they melt in your mouth like it ain't nobody else's business to bet here! The plain can stand alone by themselves as fantastic, but you can get some with a sweet cheese filling, ham and egg, or however else you might expect to get them. I popped in to pick up a box of donuts for my coworkers to be kind, I cannot attest to the flavor and texture of the donuts since I cannot eat them. This place is cash only, leave your plastic behind. It was well stocked and I would have had my pick if I was able to eat a donut. I did think the box of donuts was pretty expensive, $11 for a Baker's dozen. Almost a dollar a donut!! Service was fast and the place was clean. Standard donut joint I guess.
