Having spent time in NY and trying several different pizza places this place just isnt a good showing of what NY style pizza should taste like. They have a great variety on menu however this place has sauce that tastes like its from a can and crust is something you could find at a Dominoes. I was a long time customer of this place. Their Pizza is pretty good so I decided to put an order in on Saturday 8/28/21. Their delivery driver/answering guy picked up and had the nerve to tell me I better have enough money for a tip. I was like shocked. I have always treated them good and they had the nerve to say that to me. I asked for the manager and he tried to pass me off to another employee that was not the manager. I have been doing business with these people since they opened so I know what the managers voice sounds like. Before I got to him, I was rudely hung up on 3 times and threatened to have the cops called on me! So ridiculous. This place no longer has my loyalty and I am posting this review so everyone knows to beware when ordering from them. They have the worst customer service. I mean I like their pizza, but crap; I am not taking abuse from them and neither should anyone else. Avoid this place if you can. They are so rude. read more

I order food from here within the last hour and a half due to the fact it was rated over four and a half stars on Google. I was extremely excited to try it out as I have not had New York style pizza for quite some time. The customer service when I called was great he was very attentive and seems very sweet, but that's where the satisfaction ended. Thankfully it did come in a timely manner hence the generous 2 star rating, but that's the only other positive. To begin the driver did not have any fresh red chili or parmesan to accompany the pizza, though I never requested it; I never thought I needed to. When the pizza arrived it was semi warm at best it seems a pizza had been sitting for a couple of hours, because the crust was stale and the center was soggy. I will not be returning to this business nor would I recommend it, it's a shame because I was looking forward to a 4.7 rating Pizza and got nothing remotely close. read more

I have no clue where these insidious great reviews are coming from. But as for my experience here is what I got. I ordered a ex lg pizza and 2 calzones. The canadian ham they use is processed to the hilt pressed pieces and parts, round and size of pepperoni, no flavor or fat. So its not real ham with no juices from real ham that give flavor. I do not think the round canadian ham they call it could not have been cut any thinner. All I saw was round pieces appearing to be meat. An optical illusion but taste of ham is not there. 2 measley flakes of artichokes leafs on each slice so tiny I had to look for them. Such a extremely lite smear of sauce on the pizza that I could not taste it and was so dry. Very bland tough chewy no fat pizza. I have all my real teeth! The pizza was not even okay. I had to taste the sauce from the little container that came with the calzone. To see what the pizza should have tasted like.All in all the picture on the pizza box of old school italian pizza eatery was opposite of what was behind the cardboard veil inside.I would have rather had a plain old bx no fancy printing and put that savings into the real meat of what my clients are eating. They did remake the pizza and redelivered. If I would have known that the ham was this and not real ham with juice of fat. I would have not ordered. As that would have told me the quality of the other meats offered as a topper. I don't afford to eat out very often. Extremely dissapointing 55.00 eat out. Regardless they made it again. Years back ago the pizzas were good and the calzones were 2 x the sz they are now. Use to fill the box. Now they float around in the box.Example is T.paper the roll stem is 7 inches long and when you would put the roll on there it went end to end. Now is 5"long but its a mega roll.Giving you the illusion its more. So it cost more. But they just took the 2 inch length off and made the roll thicker and raise the price to mega roll.That is the way of the world so people just roll with it.And eat it. read more

My family and I are from Bridgeport CT and have long for a broccoli cheese pizza, which no one makes out here, they act like they never heard of such a thing, we tried the cheese special with wrings first and it was "blazin" I knew then that The broccoli and cheese pizza was gonna be on point!!! Brought back chix for refund and asked for manicotti as originally ordered and they begrudgingly replaced without much of an apology..strike 3..yer out go somewhere else.
