Is this a chain? Who knows, I asked the young girl that works there and she didn't really know... After some research, they do appear to have several locations. Anyway, I ordered a large cheese pie to go on the phone, and when I picked it up, it was a medium. Not a big deal.... Surprisingly, the pizza was actually reasonably priced. Arizona Pizza Company has awesome food, their service is fast and always on time, and the recently added red booths bring a nice ambiance to the inside that was missing before! The Hawaiian Pizza with a bbq sauce base is the best in Surprise! This Pizza restaurant is unlike any other in the Surprise area because its owner operated! You will find Erik & Karisa there every day working right along side their awesome team, with lines often out the door! It's very simple. We ordered a product that wasn't delivered. Instead the owner didn't offer to make it right and passed the buck to the delivery service. Absolutely not! Doordash didn't make a mistake, AZ Pizza Kitchen failed their quality check. Door dash even offered to go down and pick up the pizza but instead you lacked accountability and ownership! Not to mention simple customer service! Sharing since you failed in your quality check! Karisa, I appreciate your response but we know that is not true. But don't worry we both know that you sending a new pizza was prompted by the doordash delivery carrier not Arizona Pizza. Our go to pizza place since relocating to Surprise. Reasonably priced & flavorful pizza. We've ordered margharita and built our own, all adequately topped and tasty. Only possible improvement would be for the pizza to cook a tad longer, the crust is a bit flimsy but won't prevent us from grabbing a pie when we have a hankering for pizza. Stopped in for lunch. Excellent customer service. I got the pizza and wing lunch special for $12.99. Super cheesy pizza and large size wings. The wing sauce is a bit vinegary for my preference but still very good. Good crust and large size slices. Great little spot that I would say is mostly carryout since they only have 3 tables. We lucked out and came when there was only one other table occupied. Nice clean space. Only down side is they only have bottle beverages which I don't care for but my husband went next door and got a cup of ice for me. Since my sister moved closer to us, we try to have pizza and a movie every Friday. I saw Arizona Pizza while out and about and decided to give it a try. EVERYONE LOVED IT! Even a few of our picky eaters. And for myself, I have celiac and the gluten free pizza was amazing!!! We all were so glad we tried something new. I don't usually leave reviews and I'm actually still eating my pizza but this guy deserves a five star review. I saw a post on Facebook saying it was good so I thought I would try it because I'm pretty picky about pizza. I ordered online and jumped for Joy at the options to order my food extra crispy... pizza and wings! I live about 15 minutes away and it said it would be done in 25 and I thought, how can they make it crispy in 25minutes, so I left my house later than I should. It was a tiny bit cool when I got home, but that was my fault because I didn't think it would really be done in 25 minutes and I was wrong! When I got there, I met Erik the owner, and he was super delightful! Very friendly and welcoming. When I asked about the crispy pizza we opened it to look at it and it looked perfect and he told me if I wanted a chris beer next time he would remember me and get that done :) This pizza and wings are delicious! And the fact that the owner was there greeting people when they walked in (stated in other reviews too) makes me certain I will be back. My little impulse by of Zeppole 100% worth it! We had a great experience at Arizona Pizza Company in Surprise. The food was made with fresh ingredients, and the pizza sauce was especially delicious--rich, flavorful, and clearly homemade. The pizzas were generously topped, and even the condiments were plentiful, which we appreciated. The owners are incredibly friendly--Eric actually came out to introduce himself, which says a lot about how much they care about their customers. The staff was courteous and welcoming, and since we ate in, we were impressed with how quickly our order was delivered. The chicken wings were outstanding as well--hands down some of the best we've had. One person in our group ordered the pizza and wing combo, and it was a big hit. I wish I had taken pictures to include, but we were so hungry we couldn't wait to dive in. We got a medium cheese pizza with easy cheese and a white pizza and some mozzarella sticks. We ordered off of DoorDash and had it delivered. Everything was hot, crispy, and delicious when it arrived. The dough had just the right amount of give without becoming chewy, the mozzarella sticks had a delicious breading, and the ranch and the marinara sauce that we got with our order we're both top-notch. I've been looking for good, decently priced, locally owned pizza spots in the El Mirage/Surprise area. I decided to order a large pepperoni this week from this spot that I had driven past multiple times. I was not disappointed. Everything about the pizza, from the crust to the cheese tasted great! We got the XL one topping/20 wing special, half extra cheese half pepperoni, to nibble on during the Eagle v Rams game. Currently disappointed, lets see how the game ends. Pizza crust was thick and doughy, the extra cheese was way too much, had to discard it. The wings were dry, as if the were reheated and season-less, all you can taste was the hot sauce on the wings. Was in today for some pizza and heard the way the man, who I'm assuming was the manager or owner, was speaking to this young girl. You could tell she was on the verge of tears. I was in a few months ago and you could hear a man screaming in the back, so I'm assuming this is the same guy. If I hadn't already paid for my food, I would have walked right out. Clearly this behavior is the norm if it's done within earshot of customers. Disgusting and won't be coming back. If I was that girl I would start looking for a new job - there's no reason to be treated like garbage. read more

I got the Cupid bread because it's close to Valentine's Day so they have hot pink bread. That made the experience more fun for sure! The sandwich was delicious and too big for me to eat. I had to save the other half for later, but I am not complaining! Great portions and great sandwiches. The bread was a little harder than I would've liked, but other than that, everything was good. It makes a difference. It was a slow afternoon since it was well before dinner. If you have not experienced sneakybird, this is your encouragement. Today I got 2 8-piece wings with tater tots. One with the garlic butter Parmesan rub and both tossed in teriyaki sauce. Of course, my order was all flats. I also order a side of Sneaky Slaw to try. The spice isn't for me but I added a "secret" ingredient and enjoyed my dinner. The decor is bright and inviting. The music is at a decent level. The restroom is always clean. We went with the ranch, sweet Thai, and Gold BBQ sauces, and they were all excellent. The tots were extra crispy, just how we like them. The only downside (and it's not the restaurant's fault) is that the patio seating is very dimly lit. Better lighting would make a big difference.

Ordered a cherry-covered cheesecake for the birthday girl. I don't know if the person serving us was being funny - or thought she was -- but instead of 24 cookies, we only got 19, which filled the very small box and broke almost 1/3rd of them. Instead of the cherry danish, we got a cream cheese danish; the cheesecake was nowhere to be found; the chocolate eclair was also missing. We came back into the store and the person who served us was nowhere to be seen, so we re-ordered the eclair, cheesecake, and cherry danish. The cream cheese danish was disappointing: it was cooked with bready-dough, and the cream cheese filling tasted like it came from a can. The best bakeries usually use a laminated dough so that the danish comes out crispy and buttery. Many of the best bakeries use a homemade filling so that the fruit is at its peak of flavor. We didn't know about the cookies, which we'd kept sealed in a cold bag to prevent the chocolate from melting in the 100° heat, and to keep the cookies from being crushed. It wasn't until we got to the fire department that we learned that the cookies were jammed into the tiny box so crowded that they broke as more were added, and that we only got 19 instead of 24. I don't know why was wrong with the young woman who took our order. Maybe she was in a mood, or stoned. I don't know. We were pleasant and we had a moment's exchange (between my friend and I) about what to get for the birthday girl... maybe we strained her patience to the breaking point with a discussion of 3-4 seconds. I don't understand how the items we originally ordered were missed, because we pointed to the pastries we wanted by touching the display case at each tray we selected for our choices. I'd hate to think that she treats others that way, or that she had in mind to treat us poorly. Too bad, because the pastries and cakes looked delicious, but we're left with the choice of not going back, or having our order filled by someone who doesn't fill our orders properly. Time will tell.
