Our service with them began for my father-in-law, who was being discharged from the hospital and on oxygen for the first time. He waited an entire day for the oxygen to be delivered but it never arrived, despite numerous calls from hospital staff, a manager, and my husband. Dad had to stay in the hospital another night because he couldn't be released without the oxygen. The hospital staff were frustrated as well and said they'd never worked with a company that was so inept. Dad was released with a few small bottles of oxygen to use in the assisted living facility, for when he goes to the dining room or outside of his own room. Those few bottles were running low, so we called the company and were told he would have a delivery on Tuesday of the next week. Late Tuesday we called the company again because the oxygen hadn't arrived, and we were told that it was recorded in his chart that we were informed that it would be delivered on Thursday. That is not what we were told, and we're sure because the phone was on speaker and we both heard Tuesday, and told dad that's when he could expect it. When they initially provided those few bottles of oxygen no one told us that they only deliver monthly, or what his delivery day was. They didn't even leave enough bottles to last a week, let alone a month. It takes a very long time to navigate their phone system, often a 12-minute wait just to get to the next person who transfers to another person and another long wait. I am certain I have never written a more negative review in my life, but I really don't know how this company is still in business.

They don't answer the phone, and even though some extensions allow you to leave a message, they never call back. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable for a medical practice." The Diablo Pulmonary Medical Group staff does not even reply to MyChart messages. 2. What Felipe P. stated in their review, "Just got a bill from January, and nobody in billing answers. Called 3 times, left 3 messages and no response." When you call the office there is an option for Billing, which is use less, always received a recording to leave a message. This option and personnel need to be removed because they NEVER return a call. I even called at least three times and selected the option to schedule an appointment for I have had better luck some one answering. I asked the person who answered if the billing person was in (Sarah?), and of course she replied "No, but I can take a message." (Do not know what she did with the message for I never receive a call back.) I informed her I have left several messages via the Billing option and have never received a call back. What a plush job Sarah has.

She was pretty dismissive, chalking it up to asthma or long covid and referred me to another doctor to get a breathing test which I was hoping to get here (these are things my PCP already suggested which is why i was referred here in the first place). The appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. On top of that, they told me to email my insurance information to them, to an email account which doesn't exist (the email bounced back to me) and like everyone else is saying, they do not respond to calls or emails regarding billing. I have reached out multiple times and cannot get in contact with anyone. Won't be going back

His location is convenient and his staff cordial when you meet them in person. However, trying to reach his office for an appointment can be quite a challenge. The phone prompts are endless and usually no one answers and you have to leave a message. " To state "Please listen because our numbers have changed" is trite and useless". Every doctor's and business'es phone prompt says the same thing. Just get on with what the numbers represent. It is all very frustrating;to my brother in law because his MS. does not permit him to use a computer. Therefore the MUIR website is not useful. He must rely on the telephone because he also has impaired vision and cannot read his mail. . However, telephone communication issues are not just Dr. Hadley's. It's the same with all of our local doctors. Phone prompts and staff communications are generally very time consuming and frustrating. When I was a young boy My mother would call and my doctor would come to my house to treat me the same day or evening. He drove a Chevrolet or maybe a Buick. Now I cannot reach my doctor and he drives a Mercedes Benz and is shielded from communication through his office staff and billing contractors.
