Dr. Kramer is a superb Pulmonologist. PERIOD. My brother, who is also her patient, and has had more…read moreinteraction than I, considers her as more than an excellent clinician... a kind, considerate healer. Last year, I posted a review complementary of Dr Kramer's reputation, but critical of the unnecessarily and surprisingly rude treatment I received from one of her staff members in the process of obtaining my initial consultation with the doctor. Now, seven months later, I have received a reprimand from Yelp stating that "We ask that reviewers avoid commentary that reinforces stereotypes, makes light of physical or sexual violence, or otherwise includes unnecessarily graphic or offensive descriptions. In this case, we felt that your content crossed that line, even if you didn't intend it to." Of course, NONE OF THAT IS REMOTELY TRUE!! NONE! I have no qualms about my original post being deleted by Yelp. But I do object to untrue allegations towards me or anyone else. To be clear in the distinction here, Dr. Kramer is excellent, my experience with her has been excellent and I unhesitantly recommend her. In the course of ordinary living, I experience rudeness frequently but that would not ordinarily cause me to write a negative review about it. The rudeness of this one individual was unnecessary and memorable, so I did post a review about it. Moving to the present and to the credit of Dr. Kramer's office and staff, I could not have been treated more kindly during my actual office visit interactions. So kudos to all in that regard.

I too have recently experience:…read more 1. What Amy stated in her review, "It's been nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone there. They don't answer the phone, and even though some extensions allow you to leave a message, they never call back. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable for a medical practice." The Diablo Pulmonary Medical Group staff does not even reply to MyChart messages. 2. What Felipe P. stated in their review, "Just got a bill from January, and nobody in billing answers. Called 3 times, left 3 messages and no response." When you call the office there is an option for Billing, which is use less, always received a recording to leave a message. This option and personnel need to be removed because they NEVER return a call. I even called at least three times and selected the option to schedule an appointment for I have had better luck some one answering. I asked the person who answered if the billing person was in (Sarah?), and of course she replied "No, but I can take a message." (Do not know what she did with the message for I never receive a call back.) I informed her I have left several messages via the Billing option and have never received a call back. What a plush job Sarah has.

She was pretty dismissive, chalking it up to asthma or long covid and referred me to another doctor to get a breathing test which I was hoping to get here (these are things my PCP already suggested which is why i was referred here in the first place). The appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. On top of that, they told me to email my insurance information to them, to an email account which doesn't exist (the email bounced back to me) and like everyone else is saying, they do not respond to calls or emails regarding billing. I have reached out multiple times and cannot get in contact with anyone. Won't be going back

My encounters and communications with Dr. Manjari's office staff were more than satisfactory. They…read morehandled my request for an appointment to pick up an at-home sleep study quickly and efficiently and provided the steps necessary to get Medicare authorization through my primary care doctor. I was able to pick up the at home sleep study test kit in a few days, and the in-office instructions on set-up and use were decent enough once I supplemented that with a quick YouTube online search on proper use for a successful test and data entry into the equipment. But then the wheels came off! I dropped the kit off to Dr. Nathan's office as promised the very next morning before 11 AM. I was told that due to the holidays, it would Nathan up to two weeks to view the data and write the report of my sleep study to my John Muir primary care doctor. I was told that the study and the data held in the device was quite good and I could expect the report in due course and timely. It has now been three weeks since the device was returned and the data entered into Dr. Nathan's office based system, but I have no report whatsoever, no response to my inquiries, and even telephone calls from my primary care doctor to Dr. Nathan (that apparently owns a financial interest in this sleep clinic) have been totally ignored. There is no justifiable reason why Dr. Nathan should take three weeks to compile what is almost certainly a machine-based standard report based on the electronic data downloaded from the sleep study device. The delay is bad enough, but being completely ignored is perplexing and very disappointing. I will not return to this clinic and I would not recommend it based on my experience over these last three weeks.

He has been thorough in answering all the questions I asked him during my appointment visits to the clinic. I feel confident in his professional knowledge and his ability to provide competent healthcare in his specialty. He has a very professional staff that goes the extra mile to accommodate appointment scheduling and support services for me. In this regard, I would like to highlight his staff member Giana Acosta, who has exemplified great professionalism and excellent support service in all her interaction with me on the telephone as well as in person during my appointment visits at the clinic.

A little surprised at that statement, so when I got home looked up the report on my chart and under DR. notes this Phony Quack says, cv:s1/s2,rrr, no msg they refer to heart sounds, not one time in my visit did he use his stethoscope. not for the pulmonary wheezing, he said was present, not for the abd(abdominal bs) bowel sounds which he said were normal. He also said no edema, he never looked at my legs, both legs and feet were swollen very big.. the only time he touched me was when he shook my hand when I was leaving. I have a chance to meet Dr. Cheung twice and she was nice to have everything planned out regarding my care and we should proceed. She commented back that other patients have problems so "she knows". I said "you don't know because I didn't get my chance to tell you" but she was stubborn and ignored me. NOT a very compassionate doctor at all, which should be required for patients who are sleep deprived and ill. She also referred me to an "Out of Network' medical equipment provider without disclosing that to me, then she denied that she referred me anywhere! Lastly, she billed for long, comprehensive appointments when she actually spent 30 minutes at the most and about 5 minutes on the 2nd appointment since her computer wasn't working and she couldn't type any notes in. She said her scheduling manager would call me in the next day or two to schedule another appointment. That was 3 months ago!! HORRIBLE patient experience & customer experience.
