If you are going to serve cold meat then the au jus should be hot. I did appreciate that rare was an option. A nice selection of entree choices. The steak au poivre with it's accompanying potatoes was excellent. As was the shrimp chimichurri. The desserts were slightly above average, although the macarons were great. Too basic for the price point. The Pineapple Express is a great mocktail choice. We came here for Mother's Day and they need a great job of keeping the chafing dishes full of hot food. Two sandwiches, tenderloin pieces of steak topped with caramelized onions and horseradish cream sauce. The steak is always tender and easy to bite through. They also offer a meatless smash burger as a vegetarian option. If you're ever in the area for a Wild game take a look at this place. They offer a free shuttle to the Grand Casino Arena.

The problem is I literally was served only enough for 2 bites of it. The kitchen really should have been embarrassed sending it out. A couple table mates had the prime rib special. I'm not sure how 'done' they ordered it, but both came out looking gray and even fattier than most prime rib. Looked pretty awful. My husband had the New York Strip and said it was fine but that the "house au gratin" potatoes were nothing special. If I came back I'd probably stick to a burger (hand cut fries!) and have steak elsewhere.
