We have patronized this Domino's for over 4 years. Tonight there were several items left off our pizza, so I called and asked if possibly we had gotten the wrong pizza? The employee, that was called to the phone denied leaving off any ingredients and asked me to send a photo to her manager. So I did, she texted back circling a few pieces of ground beef. The pizza was missing black olives, she had the nerve to basically accuse me of taking off the black olives!!!! Really???? I know im going to be a villain here, but I used to work here back in 2018. The dough is made not fresh they bring it shipped from God knows where. They use cheap ingredients in the sauce and dough. So I love dominoes. It's usually very good. However, my last two experiences with this particular store have left me utterly disappointed in their abilities. So the second most recent experience, we ordered a little late, but they were on their way with the pizza, or so the alert told us. Forty minutes later I decided to call the store out of concern for the driver. I used to deliver pizzas, I know how hard it can be. The person who answered the phone said and I quote "Hi were closed." To which I said, okay yes but I'm a customer waiting on an order.. And he cut me off to tell me, "Yeah the drivers on his way he'll be there soon" and made out like he was hanging up the phone. I stopped him and said Okay but it's been 40minutes, the food can't possibly be fresh at this point and that wasnt very nice how you answered the phone. He said Well I dont know who's calling so... And I said yes, you dont know whose calling, that's the whole point. You were rude from the get go. He again tried to pacify me with well hes on his way so... Eventually I was able to get $15 store credit... for my 25$ order that was cold. Fast forward to today. I cash in my store credit and get a pizza , the lady was nice enough on the phone. However, the pizza arrives and half of it is missing toppings, there's a couple pieces of chicken on the entire pizza and the cheese is falling off. For them to screw up basically an apology pizza is atrocious customer service. Like come on guys, being nice is not difficult and takes nothing from you. Way to not even out basic effort in. I didn't want Little Caesars Pizza or Round Table pizza, although I enjoy both of these Turlock establishments! I arrived at the conclusion that we'd have Domino's for Saturday night dinner to feed three hungry guys. I'm about thirty minutes late to pick up the carry-out order (opps) but the staff was super friendly and chill about it when my partner went in to get it. ... they were dancing and singing and having a good time behind the counter; that's how super cool and easy going the staff are here. :-D The pizza was very good, but my only complaint was how thin their "thin sliced pizza" was! All in all, this was my second time at the Turlock Domino's location and it won't be the last... just for anything "thin sliced". read more

Most of the time the pizza is what you would expect from a fast food place. Today however I was really impressed with how they handled my order. They delivered our pizza and soda following the covid rules which is really good. However after they left we found that our soda was not sealed. We called and within 5 minutes they sent a driver with a brand new soda. I must say, I was impressed on the prompt response but mostly because they actually followed thru. I don't normally enjoy writing reviews like this. But just for the safety hazard I'm gonna share my story. Ordered delivery. Unfortunately when I opened the pizza the receipt was literally tucked under one of the pizza slices. It looked delicious too. I had to throw that big slice away because there is a toxic chemical called BPA that is found in receipts. A dirty receipt should NEVER be touching food that people are going to consume. Especially since BPA can seep into the food. Next time don't put the toxic fucking receipt next to my food. That is all. Thank you. read more

I'm a fan of light sauce, but.... Even this joint has the least saucy pizza I've ever had! I've had it three times in two weeks now ( my boyfriend is a fan) and I have been shocked. My dad only wanted 2 topping so they asked if he wanted double pineapple to which he said yes. Even though I am not a huge pizza fan I thought that this location pizza was amazing and I was filled up right after some slices of pizza. I didn't get delivery because it was kind of a far location so I decided to go pick it up. The staff was nice and I was able to enjoy the pizza. Every bite, the flavor was immaculate and I want more. The price of the pizza was affordable and I believe that they still have some deals posted. I used the app so I had a list of coupons or deals. I used the app so when I got to the location I didn't have to wait for such a long time. I love supporting small fast food chains so I got two medium two-topping pizzas for my family and tried their pasta. The chicken alfredo was creamy and yummy. Would definitely eat there again. I haven't been there in a while but I don't think they have a drive-thru. I am not too sure about that but maybe after the pandemic is over I will be able to eat there again. 8/10 would def go back :) read more

I ordered the Boston pizza of them Chicago and I love love love the crust it had real gooey cheese and have a good toppings it had a fast delivery The sauce was really good, not perfect not like your five-star restaurant but if you can order a pizza for delivery I ordered double cheese, if I did not have double cheese it probably would not of liked my pizza so consider that as well. Overall with double cheese double sausage and the spicy tomato sauce that was really good and I thought the price was high for delivery, almost $30 for a large pizza, but overall it taste really good. read more

This review is before I even eat the pizza. First time at Domino's in many years and the service is still no good. I did not receive the toppings on the pizza that I ordered and the response from the wonderful individual at the register informed me that it's "what the tag says". Too bad he did not hear correctly when I ordered. Now I need to wait a few more minutes for them to make the correct pizza. Needless to say if might be a few more years before I come back. Personally, Domino's is one of my go-to pizzerias. The price is just right to feed a large family and still individualize pizzas. I personally love the flavor especially the pan crust. The new Parmesan breadsticks are super yummy and soft as well. Also, with their rewards program every visit is 10 pts (not sure if there's a minimum, we always order at least 3 pizzas) but once you hit 60 points you get a free pizza! read more

There's something seriously wrong with this location. I've ordered pizza over half a dozen times from this exact location, as it's pretty close to my house, and have had no pleasant experiences. First off, the ingredients they use just taste really, really cheap and low quality. One of my pizzas had sausages that actually tasted rotten! The cheese doesn't taste good, it has an old flavor to it, and the meats have that nasty "left out of the refrigerator for too long" taste. I think employees and management at this location are not following proper protocols when making their pizzas, hence the poor tasting meats and cheese. I've gotten sick a few times eating here, too. Unfortunately, the buck doesn't stop there. Dominos charges a takeout charge for pizza deliver. Okay, that's normal - everyone knows you are supposed to tip the pizza guy, right? Well, Domino's gives literally $0 of that "delivery charge" to the delivery man. Yes, $0 of it - zip. I asked one of my delivery drivers if he got his tip from the delivery charge online, and he said they don't get any of that fee. So, quite literally, Domino's is making extra money under the guise of tips for their employees, when in reality the employee receives 0 percent of that fee. So, I'm paying an extra $4 (yes it's actually $4!) just to have my pizza delivered, then I have to tip the pizza man ANOTHER $4-5 to make sure he can pay his gas and what not. So, just to have your pizza delivered to your house - my house which is literally 2 miles away from the store - I have to pay another $8! Flag out ridiculous. Not to mention the quality of the pizza is absolutely terrible, and I love pizza! read more

I called the store and asked the woman I spoke to if I could place the correct order over the phone for some sort of discount since I made a mistake. Ordered pick-up. Called in the pizza, was surprised and happy by the 10$ large. The pizza was for family, so a different family member offered to pay for dinner on their card, if I picked it up. The kid behind the counter was rude, and refused to give me my 10$ pizza without ID. He looked at my boyfriend and said, "Sorry bro, no ID, can't give it to ya." Bro?? Is that customer service?? He treated my BF & I as if we stole the credit card to peer a 10$ pizza. (If I wanted to order pizza on a stolen credit card, a $10 pizza at Domino's would NOT even be an option for me!) One thing I don't understand, is I can use the Domino's app from my phone, and use ANY credit card number, and pick up with no hassle. In the past, I've ordered $50+ worth of food on my personal card, and had a completely different person pick it up with no ID, or question at all. So, we went to pull cash out, and picked up our pizza. They did not offer to warm the pizza up, or apologize for our experience. So, we went home with a cold pizza, only to discover our pizza was made wrong. I have been to this location plenty of times in the past 10 years, and after this experience, will not return. read more
