So my girlfriend couldn't even eat her food because she wanted her sauce with her wings since it didn't come with sauce. We get pizza from this Dominos location about once a week and usually decent food although they always seem a bit disorganized at times. This last week I used the "Carside delivery" option since I had recent knee surgery and just starting back driving. Just before I arrived their "Pizza Tracker" showed my order was ready so when I arrived, I used their app to show I'd arrived. They have a 2 minute guarantee saying they'll have your order to your car in 2 minutes or less. But their timer stopped at 1:17. I waited a few minutes and then went in to see if there was an issue. They told me it would be another 1-2 minutes and they'd bring my pizza to my car. But 9 minutes later, I went back inside. I was told only 1 of my 2 items was ready. I asked them about their "Pizza Tracker" and 2 minute guarantee. The craving was too much! I ordered a sandwich from Dominos on Election Night. I'm very impressed with the final result and I am happy to admit that I will be putting Dominos back into my rotation of places to order from. It also makes me think the firm has wholly changed the dough formula from when I was working there (in that very store!) as a driver some 30 years ago. I'm going to have to try the wings and the salads and just in case I get a pizza craving they now have a smaller ten-inch pizza to sink my teeth into. I'm not sure if I will order the lava bites cakes as it'll be a chocolate overload! But the best part of all is you now can track your order all the way from make to bake and take to your address and you can also follow the driver on a map. I have to admit that Dominos has changed (grown up) a lot and I am sure it wasn't easy to do that, but for the customer it makes it easier doing a great food order and it becomes even more satisfying all the way around. Back in India .. the pizza chain commercialised with Domino's and it was not very long ago .. I remember in 2003 a Domino's outlet opened near my school and it was FOAK (first of a kind) for us .. Naturally, they have always had a special place .. not just this, the pizzas were very nice as well (far better than their competitors) .. and keeping in mind the local taste & traditions as well .. there was a flurry of vegetarian (lacto vegetarian) pizzas and they are still the favourites .. So, when I came here .. the perspective was always there .. all I was waiting for was a chance to order a pizza :P from Domino's .. and then one fine day we did .. 2 medium one .. One to suffice the need of vegetarians with toppings like onions, bell peppers, corns, jalapenos, pineapple (imagine the monkey closing eyes emoji) .. Had a slice and yeah it was alright. The other one was a plain bbq chicken one with onions .. and although it was quite plain loved the way it was made .. the chicken was in plenty .. the sauce was apt .. the crust was good .. Enjoyed it for a good 2 days (oh refrigerated it not that I kept on eating for 2 days straight he he :P) The delivery was smooth .. no qualms at all. For starters my pizza was made wrong. Ordered a large Brooklyn styled Buffalo chicken pizza, there was no Buffalo sauce, and it was a medium. There was only six slices, and when we called to bring it to the stores attention, the person on the other line stated that he apologized by stating the guy on the oven didn't speak good English as well as telling us how wrong we were because he's the one who threw the pizza. This Dominos used to be decent but the quality and service has gone downhill, avoid at all cost - everywhere else in the neighborhood is much better. There's nothing online to indicate what the delivery times and delivery times are consistently over an hour. They are also consistent about screwing up orders, giving us the wrong pizza about a third of the time. The drivers have been polite but the manager was a jerk when we called to ask about a bad delivery. read more

I'm so disappointed with this Domino's. Normally if I ever have a problem with them they are quick to fix the problem, super nice, and sometimes even take off some of the cost, but not this time. First, it took an an hour and a half to get my pizza, then when the delivery man shows up it's someone else's order, he argues with me about the order but finally takes it back. I have to call the store to which the woman that answered the phone was incredibly rude, she handed the phone to another person and he told me half your order is here but one of your pizzas was given to someone else so they had to make a new pizza. I asked him repeatedly to remake all the pizzas because by this time they were sitting there along with the pasta I order for at least an hour. He refused! And hung up on me. Finally another 45 minutes goes by and I get the order to find the new pizza wasn't what I originally ordered (COMPLETELY WRONG), the 2 other pizzas and pasta was so cold you couldn't eat it without reheating it completely because it's almost 2 hour old pizza and pasta now. So I called back, spoke with the manager again, and she refused to give me my money back but said she could make me a whole new order but it would be another hour before I would get it. Yeah, now I'm officially pissed. Told her I wanted a full refund so they came back got the pizzas and took them back to the store. I had to call back 45 minutes later and argue with them to give me my money back. I had 3 kids to feed, was exhausted and sick, so cereal for dinner! I will never order from here again! I do love Dominoes and we've been using this store for 11 years. Carry out is fine, but our delivery experiences have been horrible- most notably this last weekend, when I ordered pizza for my teenagers who were at home, and they delivered it to the next-door neighbors on accident. I'm not upset about that -I know that can happen and my house number is only one number off of my neighbors house number, so those teenagers just thought the pizza was for them. I am irritated with was how they handled it. When I called to find out where the pizzas had gone, they wanted me to go to all the neighbors and find an empty box in order for them to replace our pizzas. As my kids ran around the neighborhood, trying to find where our pizzas had gone, no one was answering their doors and I was on the phone with this poor girl at Dominoes, who kept having to go talk to her manager to find out what to do. They wouldn't budge until after about 20 minutes when they finally said that they would bring us some new pizzas with the caveat that this is the only time they would ever do that for us. Luckily, a few minutes later, I was finally able to get a hold of my neighbor through text message who got in touch with her teenagers and found our pizzas. Only 1/2 of the three pizzas we had ordered was eaten, so I called Dominoes back and just told them to not worry about bringing us new pizzas and even then was treated weirdly. Such an odd interaction that I felt was terrible customer service. Especially for customers who have been coming to the store for over 10 years that have never complained or had a problem with them, even when customer service has been poor. read more

Honestly, some top notch professional pizza making is happening at this location. I would consider myself, not only a pizza connoisseur, but a Dominos pizza connoisseur. I treat it like a sport and I mean to win, whatever that would mean... I got a two topping pan pizza (chicken bacon ranch - basically the most delicious pizza that's going to ever grace your mouth) and some cheesy bread. Talk about orgasmic euphoria. I've never experience the amount or quality of cheese that was on the cheesy bread and this is key. Usually there's a few weak sprinkles of cheese on a pallet of dry bread which forces me to consume the entirety of my marinara within the first few slices, but...I HAD LEFTOVER MARINARA. Then...the pizza. I think they slayed an entire pig with the amount of bacon that was on this thing. All I have to say is: Well Done. The proportions of ingredients were just at professional levels, like I was eating world class pizza. There's nothing bad I can say about this experience. I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about, I love domino's pizza. Since they had that big change in the way they do business they've become my favorite fast food pizza place. The food is great and their online service is one of the best for ordering online. Its because of the great domino's experience that the other pizza places are trying to cash in on the online ordering experience. I love domino's and its always an excellent treat. I love their Honolulu Hawaiian, brings back memories from my childhood and the Memphis BBQ chicken pizza is one of the best BBQ pizzas from a fast food pizza place. My final thoughts? I had no problem with the dominos on Alberta street; the entire order process and delivery took 45 minutes tops. After I moved up north, I had to switch stores. I am sad about the switching. Keeping track on the online tracker, it took a whopping 25 minutes to "check for perfection". It took another 30 minutes to deliver to my house... The roads are bare and dry, and it's only a 15-20 minute drive to drive to that area of town from my house. The pizza showed up partially cold, and I did not find myself rushing to the kitchen to put the box down because the bottom's hot. The driver, Vasiliy, had HORRIBLE customer service. I don't know if his English is lacking (maybe), but not even a "have a good night" from the guy. Lesson learned, do NOT tip online before they show up... they need to earn it!!! read more
