So much for Dominos new image. I ordered a large specialty pan pizza delivered to a local truck stop. It's hard driving a semi to get close enough to a lot of places to pick up. I called them because I didnt have the truck stop address so could not use the app. Didn't get anything near what I ordered. Ended up with some kind of thin crispy crust meat pizza. When I called them back they argued that I didnt know what I was talking about because they dont make pan pizzas bigger than medium. While that might be true it sure would have been nice to know that when I ordered instead of the kid just sending whatever he felt like out the door. Won't be going here again that's for sure. An employee answered and told me the driver called me twice (which never happened). I have ordered Domino's over 15+ times from this location. And 9 in a half times out of 10 the order is not only correct but fresh and generous w/ toppings. If it's delivery they give you accurate time frames and the convenience of being open to 1am really satisfies late night cravings. I would definitely suggest trying there pan pizzas (best out of all the corporate pizza chains) and their pasta you won't regret it. Though I rated a 4 you should know I struggled with giving it a 5 as well. read more

This time I had a bunch of boys at my house so I ordered 6 pizzas, one of which was to be easy on the sauce. They delivered 5 pizzas with no receipt and the pizza I asked to have easy on the sauce was heavy on the sauce. I called to say I had only received 5 pizzas and the pizza that was to be light on the sauce was heavy on the sauce. The person on the phone by the name of Steve basically told me I was lying and that he wasn't just going to give me a free pizza because he had no proof I ordered it. He was very rude to me. Try the chocolate lava crunch or volcano cake for dessert. It's OUT OF THIS WORLD and melts in your mouth! Their pizza is inexpensive, but GOOD. Delivery service is QUICK and reliable. They offer a wide assortment of other good things such as pasta and sandwiches too. I can't believe how they have improved their pizza. This used to be the place you'd order late delivery after a night of drinking because it was cheap and you didn't care what it tasted like. I went for years of not eating here because sober it was kinda gross. Now they have some of the best pizza...can't beat the 5.99 medium deal. I always do carry out even though it is in a shady location. Can't beat the quality of the pizza for the price. I can feed a family of four for 12 bucks! Just as good as pizza Shoppe (where you will drop40 bucks)...I actually like this better since the pizza warms up just as good as when you first get it. Way better than Pizza Hut...I mean what happened to the Hut? Oh and the take and bakes are more expensive so why even go to papa murphys? Not even one star. I only ordered from them one night because noone else was open as late. The pizza they sent me was crap. It had to have been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Practically no sauce or cheese, and the driver forgot my sauce. I emailed requesting a refund/replacement. It took weeks to hear back from a manager, after corporate told me they had contacted the store twice. I finally decided to use my gift certificate for my replacement meal today, and ordered online. There was an option to make the pizza extra large rather than large, for 50 cents more. My certificate said it was good for a large, but I told the driver when she arrived that I would just pay the extra 50 cents in cash. She called the manager (Steve), and he told her I would have to pay in full for the pizza, because the certificate only says 14", not 16". She seemed frustrated and told me her manager told her not to, but that she would just give it to me. Judging by my experience, and the comment above, "Steve," is not the best person to be in a management position. Not to mention their pizza is about as impressive as the customer service. read more
