Very dirty inside. Most tables were dirty. Chips crushed on middle of lobby floor. No customers were seated. No condiments in the condiment station except napkins. Put wrong chips in my bag and when I pointed out one of the chips should be something else, she looked at the receipt and said "oh crap, you're right". Sandwich was made incorrectly. My family and I went to go get a sandwich on our way to KC. I ate one half of the sandwich before I had a practice and the other half after. After my practice I found at that there was a hair in my sandwich. And it wasn't mine because I'm a brunette and their was TWO pieces of reddish/blondish hair. My family is also brunette. read more

Mr. Goodcents is a reliable lunch spot. It's got the same formula of Subway and Quiznos but without the extra salt and well, all the extras that make a sandwich damn good. I found the sandwiches at Mr. Goodcents bland. Perhaps I should have gone with more toppings but the fact that I had to go back to the counter to ask for some lettuce says quite a bit. I got a meatball sub and that's what I got. Nothing more to make my tastebuds dance and I was unmoved. What can I say? My tastebuds do a swing routine when I eat at Subway. Tap dance even at Quiznos. Nonetheless, Mr. Goodcents has got you covered with basic lunch meats, pasta, salad, soup, chips and soda. It's also cheap with $5 being the average price on a tab for one. Sandwiches come in two sizes- 4 inch and 8 inch. I'm all for portion control but I am not going to get full off of 4 inches. Terrible management or who ever orders supplies. I have been there twice in the last month and ordered ahead on the app because they are extremely slow and both times ordered a large drink and they gave me a small because they were out of large cups. The food is good there but recently they have hired some snotty as young women. I don't know if they are teenagers or what. Maybe its this Virus thing. I don't know what the problem is but I had to order over the speaker and then I forgot to order a drink. So I ordered a diet Coke and told them. The girl on the speaker act like snot when I said, I forgot to order. Then when I went to pick up she said, all snotty here is your Diet Pepsi. I'm like oh No I don't like Pepsi. We ordered almost $50 worth of food tonight. My daughter picked it up and when she got home we found out that one of our $7+ subs was missing. I called and spoke with a manager (Hannah) who advised me that we would have to pay a $3 delivery fee to have our sub that THEY FORGOT delivered to our house which is well within their delivery range (we live 3 miles from the store).
