We've been ordering Domino's Pizza in St. Helens, OR, for about three years. A couple helpful notes: 1) their Robust Pizza Sauce is thick, full flavored and a bit zippy 2) their deep dish pizza is thick with crisp edges My spouse, who grew up working in a pizza restaurant, is a pizza aficionado. He is quite particular about his pizza! He would rate Domino's Pizza 3-star. I rate it 5-star. So this review splits the difference in the middle at 4-star. read more

Your driver came to my door after 9 pm. I didn't order a pizza. He came to my front door, wandering around my front door, and finally left. Problem was he came thru a closed gate and was lucky that my pitbull wasn't outside. I saw him on my cameras. Please alert drivers never to go thru closed, locked gates. read more

The food took an extra 20 minutes to be delivered and the two salads were slimy and rotten. I tried to call to complain and only got voice mail, will not be returning again. read more

Eric- although he refused his name a second time to confirm. The manager of the at Helen's dominos was impolite and unhelpful when we had a disappointing specialty BBQ chicken pizza. We offered to return the pizza per his request but as we had left town it would have to be the following morning. This wasn't acceptable to his standards. And although we have had much better service from dominos in other locations, we will be forced to call the corporate customer service line. We will be sure to give them our input as well. read more

Order delivered to the wrong address, then after calling and asking for a fresh order, it was delivered cold. VERY inconsistent.

Horrible service with the delivery drivers they just hire any tweaker that will just not deliver your order and take longer than an hour after it says it's on the way read more

I ordered the tater tots with cheese, barely had any cheese. The 2nd one was to have cheese and bacon, barely any cheese and could not find one piece of bacon. On the plus side the tots were crispy. read more

Worst pizza ever. More like a burned cracker with burned pepperoni on it. Sauce either vaporized or charred to carbon. Don't eat anything from this place. read more

I don't usually order pizza from chains, but when I do... I always get Dominos handmade pan! It's the best chain pizza in the business. It's thick, usually with a nice burnt crust. I love it. And this Dominos in Saint Helens did not disappoint. I don't know how you can beat their 3 topping large carry out deal for $8. I ordered a Handmade Pan with extra Cheese, pepperoni & feta. It was perfect in every way. This place made my day. Thanks guys! read more

The Dominos in St. Helens is okay. The food tastes good, but they often would get my orders wrong which was really annoying.

Incredible I mentioned that $1 charge after you 60 points accumulation for your free Pizza, but told by an employee its actually $10 off after the 60 points, I believe they mention free, if they charge that dollor it takes from being free, as I told McDonalds I will tell Dominos Pizza, Goodbye Dominos, Im going back to Papas. read more

Enjoyed going to this establishment UNTIL (6-15-19). Picking up at the drive up window. And the young gentleman who was working demanded we leave him a tip. Ummm get one thing right kid, you never demand a tip. I'm a damn good tipper but not when you tell me what I have to do. So my tip to you is, Never eat yellow snow! read more

So Micah the manager of this establishment told my fiance that they will not remake the crummy so called pizza they delivered to us. Details... we ordered pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. What we got was a laughable sauced, minimal cheese burnt pepperoni pizza thing. It astounds me that THE MANAGER said ehh looks OK to me... If it was even remotely close to OK we wouldn't have bothered taking it in.... So after he touched our pizza with his I'm sure unwashed hands we have up.... Horrible horrible service for a small community store. Definitely not going to order again thanks for ruining my opinion of a local store. read more

Domino's Pizza - So this is what they call extra cheese pizza hmm think not! - Pizza Near Me - Saint Helens, Oregon

For a local chain pizza place this is very good. We order online and our orders have always been exactly what we asked for and timely. We have tried most of their pizzas because we have had a lot of teenagers around and the pizzas were always a hit as was their chocolate lava cakes. They no longer have the Artisan Spinach & Feta Pizza which my daughter and I usually ordered, so we haven't been there in a while. read more

This has got to be the worse place to buy pizza slow service and when I went to call they didn't even answer the waited 7 mins then hung up

I was on hold for 20 minutes to place an order. Nobody ever picked up so we ordered at the window. We waited 6 minutes at the window before anyone came to take our order. After we got home with our $50.00 order the pizzas where horrible. The bread sticks where not what we ordered and the toppings were very sparse at best. Tried to call again and still no answer. I would not recommend and will never go back. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this Domino's location. The gentleman that took my phone oder was very pleasant. My address is a little tough to find but the delivery driver was still very quick and even said he would make a note for future orders. And the pizza was perfect - just a great experience all round. read more

Just ordered, got two okay pizza's, the third one had hardly any sauce, or cheese and tasted like it had freezer burn on it. I am speechless as to how a fresh pizza could taste like freezer burn. This location has been going downhill for the last three years, would love to see it make a come back. Would rather go without pizza then order here again if they keep making this kind of pizza. read more

I've had a lot of dominoes in my life and the Saint Helens Dominoes was the absolute worst pizza I've ever had. The worst pizza ever. Never eat Dominoes again. read more

I was very disappointed in the service tonight. I ordered online, told them I would pick it up, and when I got there, it wasn't ready...which was fine, so I waited, and waited, and waited. Come to find out, one of the pizzas was deleted off the order, and they didn't even know it until we finally went inside to see what was taking so long. When they realized that they were missing a pizza, they scrambled, but by then we were already late for an appt with the pizza's and it was terribly frustrating to have to wait for 15-20 minutes in line. Not sure I'll use Dominos again. read more

The St. Helens Domino's location has always provided excellent service, excellent pizza and pasta, as well as EXCEPTIONAL service. I've been a loyal customer for 3 years and will continue to do so, as long as the quality of the food and service never waiver. A great team with an obviously great team leader! read more

I used to hate dominos back in the day....Their pizza has come a long ways from the cardboard junk in the 80's. This location has always gotten my order correct 100% of the time. Prices are great as well. read more

My chicken parm sandwich came without the red sauce. I was hungry so I ate some of it anyway. It was dry and did not taste good. Afterward I was not happy with the experience and I called the store, who immediately put the manager on the phone, who did not care whatsoever, because I had eaten part of the sandwich and therefore he would not remake the sandwich or offer a coupon or do anything for me at all, saying his "insurance" wouldn't cover it. It was a sandwich ordered the regular way, with no substitutions, so there is no reason for it to be made without the sauce. It was disgusting and I am baffled why they wouldn't own up to their mistake. All they needed to do was talk to the person who made the sandwich incorrectly, "Caleb," have him confess to forgetting the red sauce, and credit my acct with a sandwich. I've ordered from this store for a DECADE and never once complained. Now I'm really upset about this. read more

Given how close they were to us I didn't expect an hour wait. It was during the middle of the week. Not a normal rush night. We got food poisoning and will not be eating here again. read more

Worst customer service ever. No stars. Delivered a pizza with sauce an no topping. Ordered double pepperoni and no cheese. Actually ordered cheese online and called back ASAP to no cheese. Women confirmed correction multiple times. Got sauce with no toppings. We called and they said they would deliver correct pizza. Called 40 minutes later when nothing arrived. We were told that we got what we ordered. Offered credit, but after an hour and 40 minutes we wanted what was ordered. Not an option for them at that point. Pretty sure the manager was about 15 with no clue of customer service. We were told many people order pizza with just sauce. Questioning that? read more

Past week. Pepperoni pizza? More like cheese and sauce pizza with a bit of pepperoni tossed here and there. Seriously, the pepperoni was so sparse that it only covered 1/3 of each slice. And the pepperoni was cut so thin you could probably see through it on a clear day. read more

I have had a lot of pizzas out of the St Helens location and have always been completely satisfied. I order on line for delivery and have always received what I ordered. Fast delivery, way better pizza then Sunshine pizza and a heck of a lot better pricing. read more
