I usually like jersey mikes and don't mind waiting up to even 20 minutes sometimes, but when it takes close to 40 minutes while you watch the employees have zero urgency it's hard to enjoy your meal. Been here a few times while shopping in the area. We always order sandwiches for pick-up through their online app. They have always had our order ready at our specified time and employees have always been friendly. Ingredients are fresh and they offer a nice variety of hot and cold sandwiches. I recently started ordering my club sub with a wrap as their bread can be pretty dry and crumbly. I like the wrap tortilla...it's soft and doesn't break apart easily. They offer a rewards program where you earn 'shore points' with every purchase and a free sub for your birthday. Jersey Mike's isn't my usual sandwich stop but we decided to try it out since we had a free sub coupon. The parking lot was a zoo but maybe it was because it was Friday lunch time. Upon entering we noticed they had a lot of workers behind the counter which seemed like a clutter. The gentlemen with a man bun that initiated our orders had a little attitude. I ordered a tuna sandwich but immediately changed to the cali club and he seemed annoyed and rolled his eyes. Didn't seem like a big deal and he had just taken the bread out so not sure how that further inconvenienced him. Overall the rest of the process was good and the other workers were very friendly. My wife and I had the most horrible experience at this location. Our order pick up time was 1:14pm and it took 20 minutes to get our food. I can get past that but we don't live in the area so when we got home one of our sandwich's had a long half brown half grey hair in it. The cheesesteak had several pieces of inedible cartilage. So we couldn't eat them because it was too disgusting. For how expensive Jersey Mike's is I expect better food than what we received. I'll never go to this location again. read more

The same workers are always at this location and always take care with my order. They are constantly hustling and the service is amazing. I was recently introduced to their app and I enjoy placing my order before I head down there so it's a quick stop in. Had the Club sandwich on Parmesan rosemary bread and it was full! Everything is freshly sliced and it tastes that way. Bread held up well to the filling - I always ask for light oil and vinegar so the bread isn't soggy. My god I didn't know a sandwich could be so delicious. They slice the meat right in front of you like a real deli and they use premium meats. It's a little pricey, but well worth it. Big fan of Jersey Mike's I frequent locations pretty regularly. Cascade station is my usual. I was in the area of Jantzen Beach and decided to grab one here. Same delicious meat, fresh veggies, of course,Mike's way :-) today I felt like the bread was a little tough.:/ I was by myself and so looking around , I noticed most the tables were dirty. Mine was when I sat there. There were a couple four tops but I didn't want to take one up. I used napkins as a tablecloth LOL Upon further inspection, I noticed The windows and the windowsills were also not clean. Floor as well. Maybe they had a rush? As I watched the staff greet the people and make their sandwiches as they came in. Excellent customer service! Super cheery and quick. That is the reason for my four stars. This location has always been superb in customer service. The employees are friendly and smiling. Food has always been delicious. This is my Jersey Mike's of choice and will keep coming back. One item to be aware of is to park closer to the ATM machine or to the left when pulling in. I was "trapped" one time trying to back out by the Starbucks drive thru line that runs through Jersey Mike's parking area. Came to the Jansen Beach location and the guy behind the counter was slowing the process down by micromanaging everything. One guy seemed new but it took nearly 20 minutes to get my sub!! These guys really skimp on the meat at this location. Had a new guys making me a sub and I understand he hasn't done it before but it was extremely light compared to what it used to be. I asked for alittle more and the manager was a complete ass about it. Told me it would be extra and I said that was fine but it usually has more meat. He got pissed and told me he was going to weigh it and prove me wrong. That's right this guy wanted to weigh the meat out just to tell off a customer. He weighed it and turns out he was completely off base, it was way short of standard so they added more. He then passed the buck to the new guy to complete the order. What's going on jersey mikes? I've been eating at your locations for the last 15 years and every year it seems we are offered less for higher prices. Don't turn into subway or jimmy johns! This is my new fav sandwich shop. My husband asked me to get him a sandwich from here a few months back because I was near by... I took a bite and have been back multiple times since! This is great for a quick yummy sandwich for lunch or for a work meeting! It is always clean! That is a big one for me! They are always hospitable! Another big one Everything is fresh! No issues with the food here. My issue im sure the owners would agree with. I feel bad for some of these business owners to see what their staff is doing behind their backs. My wife went here on Sunday the 24th. We had ordered online, got there exactly at 8:30 pm and all the lights were off, placed looked closed and no one that you could see inside. The door was unlocked, staff was in back, we were able to get our food. The hours here are till 9:00pm. If I owned this place I would be very upset. What are these people thinking. This effects potential orders, it effects the credibility of this company and the national brands image! I wrote this in hopes to help the owner become aware of a problem. I will happily come back here to enjoy the service and food that they provide. read more

I have visited this location twice in the last 2 months. Both times I have found this restaurant to be exceptionally dirty. No clean tables. We had to clean both the table and chairs with a napkin in order to sit and eat. After the first visit, I decided to try again to see if it was just a bad day, but the second visit was no better . All the tables were dirty. There was paper and food all over the floors.. And the restrooms were not much better.. I left without using them and went elsewhere to use a bathroom, Will not visit this location again. On a good note. The service was good and the food was good. But the cleanliness or lack there of totally outweighs that.. Will not be back to this location. read more

Best sandwich shop ever! The owner is a total sweetheart and makes you feel welcome like a warm blanket after a cold walk outside. The food is so good! That bread with the freshly cut meet makes it all work. I love sandwiches and I hate Subway. Both places make their own bread but Jersey Mikes is a sub above. I love their friendly service and the quality of the meet. Limited sub varieties but you will find a new favorite. Just ask a friendly staff member. This is the best sub shop. read more
