We arrived with 2 cars in front of us and it took us almost 10 minutes just to get to the order box. The woman taking orders rushed me through the entire thing and would not let me finish a sentence. Waited at the window for close to another 10 minutes to receive a bag full of cold food missing multiple items. Perhaps if she had let me actually finish saying my order, it wouldn't have been so wrong. This is the 2nd time this exact instance has happened to me. No apologies, no explanation. Service is bogus and the food is stale trash. They practically throw the food at you and then slam the window shut without saying anything. Do not waste your money at this location. *The* worst Wendy's I've been to in all of the USA. They precook (and seriously overcook in the first place) the burgers and chicken and leave them under the heat "lamps" for longer than legally allowable. Ditto for the chili. I can only imagine how many people have gotten sick from eating here. I worked in fast food service throughout my many college years and can easily recognize these problematic signs. In addition, the staff is inept, inattentive, and downright rude. I don't know who owns this location (I can certainly find out and provide an update), but they should have their franchise revoked. I simply and kindly asked if they could cook the bacon more than usual and she snapped back at me saying no cause it's pre cooked. *I said, "oh well any other Wendy's I go to does it no problem ?" And she said with even more attitude "well we're not the other Wendy's so.." Like umm even "pre cooked", you still have to cook bacon. Make it make sense. *My fries seemed almost not cooked. They were cold and I could tell they didn't cook long enough. Couldn't even eat them. *My simple burger was also mid(no crispy bacon also). Also asked for extra ranch and did not get that either. *Overall terrible experience. I should've just gone to my normal location, where it's always perfect. Won't be coming back to this location ever. The girl working the from short with blue hair is a complete disaster. She won't approach anyone in the lobby waiting to order or to pick up. When I tried to get her attention she was rude and said she was busy. Busy doing what? She was just standing there and the screen in the front of the lobby was filled with names. This Wendy's can use some basic customer service etiquette skills. There was no greeting and no smile. The dining room is permanently closed and locked up while the drive thru remains open. If they mess up your order such as they did ours, you must reenter the drive thru again. The fries were cold and they forgot the salad dressing for both salads. In the past, I've had good luck with Wendy's salads. However, the last two salads I ordered have made me decide to quit patronizing this joint. The lettuce was limp on the verge of decay, the chicken seem to be made up a bit of gristle, maybe cut from Nuggets, and it was missing both salad dressing and croutons. 45-minute wait for food. Yes, that's right. 45 MINUTES!! I get to the drive thru around 9:45 pm and place my order. Then, as I turn the corner to the second window, I find two men arguing about an order at the window. I sit patiently for 15 minutes. Then, I pull up and pay for my food. I was asked to pull forward and wait while the food was made. Then, as I am waiting, they begin to bring out food for the two men who were standing at the window who've now gone to their vehicles. There must've been some kind of problem because they kept forgetting things and bringing out more food. At one point, Jasper drank something, threw it down on the ground in anger and then pounded on the door to be let back in. Then, he came back out with a bag of food that wasn't mine. He then gave it to the car that was behind me who had already parked. He then started shouting at an employee who was working at the gas station next door about how there were "angry Mexicans" and that he "didn't know where these n*****s came from," (racial slur). I kept waiting. After another 20 minutes of watching people behind me get their food, I decided to just park my car and get out. Another employee came out after another 10 minutes and asked me what I ordered. He said there was some issue with the system and offered me something extra, which was nice. I finally got my food with an extra 4-piece nugget. This was the most god-awful experience I have EVER had at this location. Management needs a complete overhaul!! Ridiculous!! read more

Had a worker aggressively yell "GET OUT" insult "asshat" and threaten me "don't make me mad" for walking through an unlocked door when their lobby was supposed to be closed. then their manager Jamie defends their attitude towards customers by telling me the lobby is closed at 8 and I basically deserved it. I love Wendy's! Delicious sandwiches, good drinks, and a sort of ice cream that can't totally be explained but everyone loves. The service is really good, and you always know you're going to get something great when you come. Sheryle and I are making Wendy's a pretty regular restaurant. After waiting 30 minutes at the Panda Express across the street, just to find out that they didn't even begin to start my order (after seeing many other customers that ordered after me get their food) I got a refund and went across the street to this Wendy's location. There were about 5 cars in front of me so I was worried that I was about to waste another 30 minutes waiting for food. But the line moved very quickly, I was back on the road in probably 2 minutes. The burgers were fresh, the fries were hot and the nuggets, well, they were chicken nuggets, I don't know what else to say about them. They were crispy? Yeah, I'll go with that. They were hot and crispy. I was already fuming about wasting so much time at Panda Express so it was a blessing that I was in and out of Wendy's quickly. I'll definitely come back to this location. Of the big chain burgers I like Wendy's best, it close but they win, though maybe not for the burgers. The interiors tend to feel more grown up. So does the menu. For a while now my goto has been the Chicken Caesar Wrap, Fried breaded chicken, some iceberg lettuce and sauce in a tortilla, great? no but good, and its from the value menu so its cheap also. This branch features a drive thru that I can actually communicate with the workers through. It is clean inside and has typical fast food workers for employees. Very friendly in the "do you want fries with that?" kind of way. Like all Wendy's, well all fast food really, they are always pushing new items. I'm not much into fast food, but I do have an occasional frosty craving! When I do I always order half vanilla, half chocolate. I can't make up my mind! I guess that's going to have to change. Just got my order processed by Rakesh, but the receipt says Melissa. How can anyone be held accountable if nobody is sticking to the register they're logged into? As usual, the food is fast, greasy and probably will lead to guilt and/or excess body fat. But that's okay as long as the fries are hot and not over salted. The service is at times almost unbearable. Other times, the people at the while are funny and friendly all while maintaining a good rhythm. Unless you're being "helped" by the guy that thinks nobody wants a drink carrier for their 4 large drinks until they're already being juggled inside the car. Of course we want a carrier. read more
