They weren't super fast to come out, but not slow either. The business is not necessarily a welcoming place for dine in, but it is kinda charming in its own way. The back entry to the parking lot is somewhat unusual for Portland. None of the burritos impressed me, though it was all edible. They were a good size, but the flavors were a miss for me. I would have requested slight modifications but the menu on the counter isn't super clear about what's in what. The salsas weren't my favorite. Maybe the breakfast burritos weren't as good because I reheated them? I would potentially give it another try.

I want to support this place, but in today's economy I'm not sure when I'm going to take the next gamble on getting another burger I don't like if the seasoning issue isn't fixed.

I visited Panda Express with my husband and kids and had a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service. When we arrived, I asked to try the shrimp and then asked if you were out of Orange Chicken since the tray was empty. The server said more was being prepared and it would be a short wait, which I was completely fine with. I seated my kids and waited patiently. After some time, I noticed the shrimp was also out, and I was told it would take about 6 more minutes. Again, I waited. When I got up to check if it was ready, there were two servers behind the counter. One of them was respectful, but the other server, Jazmin, who later cashed me out, was extremely unprofessional. When I approached, she spoke to me in a very aggressive tone and said, "Are you going to order or are you just going to sit?" I was honestly shocked. I explained that I was waiting for the shrimp, as I had been told it would be ready shortly, and also mentioned that I have two young kids with me. Instead of understanding, she continued in the same tone, insisting that I had to order immediately. I came in to order food, not to sit around, but I preferred to wait so my food wouldn't get cold while waiting for the shrimp. Because of her attitude, I felt pressured to order earlier than I wanted, and my food ended up sitting and getting cold exactly what I was trying to avoid. On top of that, her behavior made me feel very uncomfortable, especially the way she kept staring at us while we were eating. I truly enjoy Panda Express food, but this experience was upsetting and unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the situation, because customers should not be treated this way. read more

This store is knowingly over capacity. This location has a security guard in charge of limiting capacity to 10. I noticed there were 12 customers and then watched the security guard allow two more people to enter. I was in line but asked someone to hold my spot and went outside to ask him if he was planning on limiting capacity and he said yes while letting another person in right in front of me. I told him there were now 15 people in the store and he told me to go back in inside because he was doing his job. The whole time he kept inching closer to me even though I asked him twice to keep 6 feet from me and I kept putting out my hand and stepping back while he advanced towards me. I went back inside to pick up my food and asked to speak to the supervisor, Eduardo, who told me with a dismissive hand that it is customers who are ignoring the capacity limit signs and not to worry because he has security to keep the limit in check. I told him I talked to Security who knows they are over capacity and continues to open the door letting guests in, even though there were too many people in line to keep appropriate distance with the markers they had on the floor. I asked the supervisor if there was someone else I could speak to or somewhere I could make a formal complaint he said, "Its fine, don't worry about it, we have security," then gestured for me to get out of line. I also had to ask this supervisor twice during this brief conversation to keep distance from me but I had no where to back up in order to keep my own safety, and he did not back up from me in response to my hand being extended and multiple requests for space. read more

I only got food here maybe 3 times. I quit going there after paying extra for a shrimp dish and only getting one (1) shrimp in the entire dish. The food, in general, is not the best. Fast, maybe, but I'd rather wait longer for a decent meal. read more
