I flew back from Vegas and had a shortly layover in Portland and we very hungry and also needed to buy a bottle of water you my pup Mav. The line was pretty long however the staff was fast and efficient and was getting through the line fast. While waiting I was looking at the menu, and decided I would order a Broccoli cheddar soup since it was a cold rainy day and, I also ordered a Avo Turkey sandwich and added bacon to set my sandwich off. They make you sandwich on one area of the counter and you go to the end of the counter where they will confirm the sandwich you had made and they another person will add you toppings. You then go to the register to pay and since I ordered soup I picked up my soup and water at the register. There is no seating to dine in and it is strictly take out only. There is plenty of tables in the middle off the food court area though. The sandwiches was very good, but I have to say the broccoli cheddar soup was hands down my favorite.

I love the potbelly. I'm from near Chicago , and have enjoyed pot Valley for years. This one was no different. Oh, except that it's in the Denver airport. The lines were long, but the girls were efficient. My sandwich was delicious. Definitely check it out.

My favorite sandwich place in whole of US, and whenever see them in the area, will make an effort to surely try them out. So, recently spotted Potbelly sandwich when traveling out of Portland airport, and luckily made it in time to grab amazing sandwich plus meal before boarding the flight. This time tried the chicken Mediterranean sandwich and it was amazing ; and had the tasty zapp chips. Really miss this place in California! Just caution on the long line specially this location.

First time at Pot Belly PDX and it was a solid experience, Clean, nostalgic feel without trying too hard. Service was sharp and friendly exactly what you want in an airport. I had the Mediterranean wrap with jalapeños and it was straight fire. Fresh, flavorful, and put together right. The outside seating isn't really theirs, so that's beside the point. For airport food, this is top tier. Five stars.

Needed a quick bite at PDX. Overall options weren't looking too hot but decided to settle for this sandwich spot. Prices were reasonable and people were eating so that also drove us to order here. Ordering is like Subway. Selected your sandwich type and then choose white or wheat bread. Sandwich is warmed and then you add your veggies and sauces. - A Wreck - salami, roast beef, turkey, ham, Swiss cheese. Also added lettuce, pickles, mayo. Sandwich was okay. Smaller than I expected. A good amount of meat at least but wish they also had like tomatoes and onion (they were out for the day so I couldn't add it). Service was friendly. Mostly younger people working, like high school or college age. Very casual.

Located after security in C concourse of Portland airport. Easy menu. 2 different sizes (original or big). Option for the works (free) or you can personalize with removal of items. Toasted Avo turkey with the Works was our order. Preparation is fairly quick (also friendly). Clean location, easy to understand the ordering process. Super tasty (just the right amount of Italian seasoning!), slightly juicy, very filling. Packaging was perfect for taking on the plane. Reasonable prices!

For my final meal in Portland before heading back to SF. I got there just in time before the line got longer. I Lalalove their cold brew shake!! Italian sub, any other Italian sub by adding their spicy garlic aïoli made it even better . Con: I didn't really like their broccoli cheddar soup. It tasted kind of like it was bad so I only ate half threw it away.

Lots of hot peppers! I think they pickle their own and they are good!

Fast service, really great food served fresh and fast and made to order! We were traveling and hungry at the airport which I try not to be because prices are usually so high but this place is really good and doesn't break the bank! The ambiance is PDX so Potbelly is not to blame for dirty tables and garbage on the floor but their deli is clean, people were positive and attentive, and this was worth the stop. Give it a try! Beware of the peppers! We love hot and these deliver.

a wreck: turkey breast, hickory smoked ham, angus roast beef, salami + Swiss on white bread = $14.39 for a large

Honestly, eating an unexpected Potbelly sandwich in the airport before a flight is one of my greatest delights. I love A Wreck ($14.39 for a large). It's packed with turkey breast, hickory smoked ham, Angus roast beef, salami, and Swiss cheese. I like getting it stuffed with so many veggies that the sandwich bursts at the seams. I can't tell you why I like this sandwich so much - there's no special bread or secret sauce holing it together. It's just a giant hearty sandwich that pairs well with some kettle chips and a nice crisp Coke before I board the plane. It's the perfect snack or in between meal. The page is big enough to feed 2 people. I'd love to try some of their other sandwiches when I finally get around to breaking up with my #1.

A solid option for a quick bite in PDX. Something I learned about Portland is the airport eateries can't inflate their prices (like how airports do notoriously). I was glad to see their sandwich prices are very reasonable! They have a ton of options, I chose the Avo Turkey (turkey breast, swiss, avocado, cucumber) - $10.99 for the original size. I do like how they toast every sandwich! And my favorite topping they have is the hot peppers -- it gives the sandwich a nice briney bite, and the acidic pickled veggies are not spicy at all. I will say I would probably get double meat next time, I think the sandwich could have used more.

So it was my first time trying potbelly. I was flying at PDX and it seemed like the best breakfast option. I got the sausage egg and cheddar and added mushrooms. I opted to get it on flatbread. I also couldn't decide if it was less carbs on the flat bread or "thin" bread where they take out some of the bread insides. I didn't really know what to expect but it's kind of like Quiznos or subway where your sammich is on a toasted rack and then you opt for what ever toppings you want. I wish I had gotten a lunch sammich or chose bacon instead. Bacon looked legit! The sausage was meh in flavor and I kept burping it up hours later. I liked that you can customize your sammich and saw after the fact that they have whole avocados. I hate weird avocado spread so it makes me wanna get something with avocado in future as well. I look forward to flying out in this concourse again so I can try better sammich combos. Solid 3 stars for now. I expect it to improve next couple tries.

I decided on the Beer Battered Fish and Chips, which was $20. There were 3 pieces of the halibut, which was great. The batter was light and crispy, obviously freshly cooked. The halibut itself was firm, flaky, and delicious. I just wish there was malt vinegar to go with it. Courteous counter service. Typical airport dining seating in the middle of the walkway close to Gate C11. Next time I come through here, I'll stop by and get the clam chowder for which Mo's is famous.

Service was ok, cashier wasn't peppy and bright like the Dutch Bros baristas always are but who can blame him. It's Portland airport after all. The food was being made to order, me thinks, which is nice. Took a few mins to get our order and away to the gate we went. The biscuit was big! Very soft. Not extremely flavorful as bread goes but it was ok. Nice fall apart texture. The gravy was lacking though :( I got a large bowl of it with my large biscuit, and that was nice, but I sure thought about hot sauce during the whole meal. The French toast was ok, a bit too much butter according to my son, and I thought it had a strange texture (not custard like which is my favorite way to have French toast). They have a decent amount of slices and dusted it with powder sugar which is great but again, just ok. I'm not even sure how one could create the texture I experienced but either way, we appreciated the portion and the freshness, I guess lol
