Domino's Pizza - PIZZA - Pizza Near Me - Redlands, California

Our pizza was served hot and fresh to us. We were traveling home from a road trip. So finding something familiar and easy on the road was nice. They have a small dining area which I've never seen at a Dominos. But we didn't used it other than waiting for our food to be done. They also have a tv. My kids loved the chalk wall, and it kept them entertained while they waited. We also used the restroom and it was clean. They don't have plates or crushed peppers like other dominoes have. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a domino's! Do not order food from this janky location. It is clearly poorly managed. I ordered a pizza online at 7pm. I was quoted 30-35 minutes and it took nearly 2 hours to be delivered! I called the store to negotiate with the shift lead how they were going to make this right, and he was completely rude over the phone and had the audacity to hang up on me. I then drove 20 minutes to the store to confront this rude coward, and he doubled down on the rudeness by cursing at me and berating me for wanting confirmation that I was going to get my money back. I asked for his name and the coward gave me a fake name, "Ozzy". Ozzy is a rude coward that should, for the good of all humanity, find a job he can actually do. His behavior was egregious, and he should be fired for speaking to a customer in such a disgraceful manner. Worst service ever! read more

having to log back into the app that I've had on my phone for like four years or five years I don't understand it. I have to do it with this Dominoes app every like 23 months and I don't like doing it because I never remember my password and the hassle for me to do it so the one day I took my whole lunch for me to figure out how to do it by the time I got done lunch was over and I was still hungry. I'm so pissed so yeah I had a bad experience. I believe they have it set up that way not for Dominoes but people do it that way so that they can get more of your information as you put it in more times on the Internet the more times are so there's a chance someone can see it. read more

Amazing service the workers are amazing they always are doing what they can to make your pizza and experience better.

$23.00 plus tip for small cheese pizza delivered. No thanks! The staff person I spoke with was not rude. Just stated the facts.

I love this Domino's location! The food is always so tasty, hot and fresh. Customer service is always great. We usually have our orders delivered and most of the time we get the same driver, Lester, that is super friendly and does a wonderful job getting our order correct every time. read more

Since there are 2 sides to every story, here was my experience at this Dominos. I ordered my extra large meat lovers pizza at 7:32 PM. At 7:52 I got an alert that my pizza was ready for pickup. I drove down and the employees working were very quick to find my order and take payment. Pizza was delicious (and 50% off on their app). Here's a pic of the za, thanks Domino's! read more

This is the second time I've picked up my order from this location. The brought it out to the car promptly. Both times the pizzas were pretty good. First time was perfect, second time I felt I was a bit shorted on one of my toppings but it could have been worse. read more

Customer service is great! Very friendly , informative and positive people from ordering on the phone to the gentleman from Hawaii who delivered our food. Tried the feta and spinach cheese bread as recommended by the woman on the phone and it was great! The pizzas were awesome. Made perfectly I'll definitely be ordering from here again! We usually order from this spot and it's sad to see all the bad reviews when we've had a lot of great experiences here. The staff is always great and the food is too. Only 1x our bread was undercooked but they fixed it right away and we're very kind about it. read more

We've ordered from this branch several times in the last year and have not had any issues. Our most recent experience was horrendous! We ordered online. An hour later checked the status and it still wasn't out for delivery. I called to check and was told they only had one driver and didn't know when the pizza would get to us. I asked for a general idea and they said they had no idea. I asked for a refund and was told they didn't know how to do that. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one in the store until 5 hours later. I had to get to work so o asked that they have the manager call me. The manager never called me. I called the next day and asked for the manager. I spoke to her and interestingly it was the same person that had made my pizza according to the app the day before. She stated that I had been refunded. I asked why I never got a call back or a pizza and there was no apology or explanation. There are times I don't go back or order again from a place because of bad service or food. But in this case I simply don't trust the business. They had no accountability or follow up. read more

Very disappointed with this location. I ordered 2 pizzas, salad and special chicken. They were never delivered and when I called to ask why they acted like it was my fault I didn't get my pizza. They offered to remake it but this was after refusing to give a refund because I'd have to go through my bank to get it. I asked who would know why my pizza wasn't delivered and was told they have no idea. Wasn't even offered anything for my troubles. They don't care about customers like they say on the commercials. read more

Had an issue with my order tonight. I was getting upset and called into the store. I was utterly shocked with the amazing customer service not only from the young man that answered the phone but I was able to talk to Ozzie the supervisor and assured me my order was handled, hot, and on the way. Sure enough less then 5 minutes the driver was at my door and the food was still super hot. Thank you Ozzie you will definitely get my business again!!! read more

Ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. Driver delivered the 2 pizzas but no salad. We brought it to her attention and she said she would grab it and bring it straight back. That was an hour ago... Next time just tell me it's not your problem and leave. Instead we wait for the salad that never comes. You can't hold Domino's at too high of a standard. I understand that but the complete snub on the situation is not cool. read more

I am writing this at 11:15 at night. I called and the biggest b!@$) answered and said it was mid night. She laughed and said it didn't matter... this girl was sooo rude. I pick up from this location due to proximity. Excellent pizza and service. Accurate with the Domino's tracker, always polite. Used to go to the other Dominos and wasn't as happy due to inconsistent quality. These folks genuinely care about your pizza. read more

The manager was so rude. I forgot her name she has red hair. She said that she was a manager. We need to speak to somebody to complain about the way they were so rude. I order a pizza mystically I put two different times I called them to correct it and they said it will be in 20 minutes. My husband got there and he asked and they said yes it's going to be ready and he noticed that he was waiting for a long time and he stand up and he asked them why I was taking too long and they were so rude. Well you guys order for later but we called to correct and they said it was going to be ready in 20 minutes and my husband was there more than half an hour, they did not give no explanation And he said I want it now please right now and they said no it's gonna be ready later at the time your wife order itL so we had to cancel. They were not polite to say oh, I'm sorry of course we could make it right now. They said no we cannot. Thank you but that manager she thinks that she is the owner. I wish I could talk to the owner of the Domino's pizza please I advise everybody to not go to that domino pizzas in Redlands. It's close to Redlands Boulevard and forth. 1045 ParkFord DR read more

Adding 1 star because I had too. Ordered pizza at 6:11pm it arrived 2 hours later. I order a pizza and some hot wings. The pizza wasn't even warm let alone hot. What was supposed to be hot wings was actually some small bits of chicken with burnt bbq sauce on top. Prior to the pizza arriving I called and was given a $25 credit on my next order. I should have waited until the arrival because I would have asked for a FULL REFUND. 2 hours for DOMINOS PIZZA IS RIDICULOUS. Get it together Dominos! read more

Domino's Pizza - Here's our burnt bbq chicken bits!! - Pizza Near Me - Redlands, California

Great service had ordered pizza for a birthday and all my pizza's turned out perfect and on time!

The worker was very nice, it was the girl manager that was extremely rude and belittling. Honestly, she's probably the girl in all the reviews that all the customers are calling a bi$h. She had zero customer service, how she was promote to manager is beyond me. And if they keep her they will lose more customers without a doubt. I called after ordering a cheese pizza online with extra cheese, after coming home from picking up the order, I opened the box and it was brunt. Speaking to the worker he mentioned that he would be able to offer me credit, he placed me on hold. To my surprise, when the call came back on I was attacked. The manager yelled at me saying that it was my fault (as if there system is perfect and could never make a mistake) that the order said no cheese and of course the pizza would be burnt if there was no cheese. It's common sense that no one wants a burnt pizza so why not called and double check to see if that was my order? If she thought it was so stupid. She said that even though it was my problem she could give offer me something if I came to pick it up. Honestly, after ordering here for so long, I will never be coming back. Funny how they can treat someone so disrespectful and expect me to be grateful they're offering me a $6 pizza. It must be so much money to her, probably cause it's half her rate. But I said no thank you, your attitude could be better though. read more

Terrible customer service. Pizza was made wrong and they were an hour late off of the delivery time that I was told. Been here twice and both experiences were bad. read more

Nicole the store manager is the rudest person ever. I went to pick up a pizza and she seemed annoyed and was slamming them. Poor guy working in the front was shaking anytime he had to ask her something. She was disrespectful and belligerent. When I asked to speak with manager she laughed saying it's her which made me realize why employees were so on edge. I cannot believe someone would treat people and customers that way. It's disgusting and I honestly feel bad for them and also for her. What a miserable life she must live. God bless her soul. Kathy seemed like a nice girl, hopefully she runs for the hills with that kind of hostile environment. read more

Ordered a pizza and chicken alfredo, and it was PERFECT!! Service was great, got my order faster than expected! Over 35 minutes for them to stay in the "quality check" session of the order. I call to make sure there isn't a problem because its a Monday and they aren't typically busy on Monday's and the site said 29 minutes to delivery and I'm already at 45 minutes. While the person is answering the phone it changed to "being delivered". I said, oh, never mind, I'm sorry it just changed to "out for delivery" . He hung up! No, "ok, great", or "I'm sorry for the delay"... he just flat out slammed the phone down.
