I ordered two medium pizza's via the $6.99 deal and this is what they sent me. I couldn't eat the crust and i had to spit out the bacon because it was way too hard. They completely overcooked my pizzas. I also asked for regular crust but i got garlic. I called the store right away and the guy told me he would be right back and then never came back. i sat on hold for 30 min and never talked to anyone. I finally spoke with somebody today and they said that the issue with the crust being garlic and not regular was a problem through the app and not with them that i must have accidentally clicked on garlic however i triple checked it definitely said regular she said well i must not have saved it. And then she responded to the pizzas being over cooked that that couldn't have been the case because the ovens are automatic ovens. However if nobody takes the pizza out of the oven it gets overcooked which is obviously the case here. I got credited $14 out of $25. I couldn't get the full $25 credited to me because i couldn't talk to anyone the day it happened even though I did call several times I have the call logs to prove it. So Not only do I get told that I was the thing that messed up the order and also lied about the pizzas being overcooked but now I don't even get credited the full amount. So if i want my two fresh pizzas i still have to put at least $10 with it to get it. All i want is what i payed for. But now that im feeling some kind of way about it i think some lava cakes are in order as well. read more

Made one of my pizzas wrong, I had to wait for it to be remade, the other pizza I had was made poorly really disappointed, burnt didn't realize until I got home that it was burnt, no sauce and also adding a wrong topping I am allergic to pork and they added to the one pizza I had for my self. There was such a large crowd of angry people I didn't check that one. They also never gave me my sauces i paid for, I had to go back and ask for them. Parmesan bites at least look okay . I would've liked a refund or at least a discount, they didnt even offer but they did to other people because of how long people were waiting not how poorly they were made. I have to give them 2 different ratings based on my experience for pick up and delivery. I've had vastly drastic experiences for both. The 4 star rating is for delivery. They've been solid from a quality and timing perspective. They've had no trouble following my specific directions to get to my unit. I'm planning on doing delivery only from this location. From a pickup, I'd only give them 3 stars. I had a lot of issues during COVID when I arrived in the parking lot. They never picked up their phones when I called the number on the door. It normally took 30 mins to get my order walked out. Only one person was running orders. It wasn't really organized. Food wise, it's good ol' Domino's flavor I always come to expect. I checked in on the app when I arrived. After waiting 15 minutes I called. It took two tries to get a human--once for the auto attendant to hang up on me after reading the entire order only to say it was ready--and again where I insisted I talk to a human, only be put on hold with no answer after 10 minutes. I watched other patrons arrive, gather outside the door, and eventually get their pizza by stopping an employee and presumably asking about their order. The point of contactless pick-up is to NOT interact directly with other patrons and to stay in your car, which wasn't happening because no orders were being delivered. I even watched what I eventually learned was my order be carried around, taken to two cars that didn't match the description of my vehicle in any way, then carried back inside. It appeared that no one was proactively tracking the check-ins and vehicle description provided through the app. Those features are supposed to make pick-up easy and safe. My experience was about the furthest it could get from easy, and I wasn't willing to be unsafe and stand with other patrons so I could accost an employee from far less than 6 feet about my order. After waiting THIRTY MINUTES I was able to change my parking spot to be directly next to the door where I could flag down an employee. He brought out my pizza without a word of apology, and I took cold pizza home to a grumpy family for a frankly pathetic dinner. We thought we would try Dominos after the closest Pizza Hut closed. Found something odd in my Pizza, only thing to compare it to would be a 2 inch long horse hair, or broom/brush bristle. Called the manager at the store and she took care of it immediately and refunded my order. In these big fast food chains, something is eventually going to happen with customers orders but, it is the response by the people that represent the company (employees) that make that experience horrible or pleasant. Now I am not giving this location 5 stars because of how this experience alone was handled. Great food that is always hot and prepared correctly. Though it is just a chain pizza restaurant, the variety on their menu is better than most. I love their pineapple jalapeno chicken and strongly recommend their thin crust pizza. I have also tried their Brooklyn style pizza and never been disappointed. New location has numerous tables so you can dine in now as well. Much nicer than the previous location. It is now located on the exact opposite side of the park hills center. This Domino's goes out of their way to get their customers the best product possible. When mistakes are made (there have been a few over the last few years) they always correct it quickly and they are really great about it. I recommend this Domino's because the delivery drivers are all wonderful and friendly. They have actually caught some of the mistakes made before leaving the store with our orders. The management are always nice and friendly, they also go out of their way to make sure it is right. We always order from this one because of these things.
