I've been a loyal customer for over 8 years, and sadly, tonight was my final straw. Over the years my reward points were never accumulate, even though I brought it up multiple time times. I've received cold pizza on several occasions and when I reported it; I was told I would be credited but that credit never happened. I've also been given wrong orders more than once. Limited for time I wandered in here because the neighboring Thai Restaurant was randomly closed. Super nice person stood happily waiting for the next customer. Don't plan on dining-in because there is no seating. Looked like at one time there had been limited seating at the window bar counter. No stools now. One small bench. As I was alone, I ordered the Italian grinder. It is dressed with lettuce, tomato, and Mayo only. He offered Italian dressing on the side. So thoughtful!I added onions and banana peppers. That said, the sandwich was ready in a jiffy. I was pleasantly surprised. The bread was okay. No real flavor. Barely stood up to the meat and cheese which were very good. The sandwich along with the meat is toasted. The Italian Dressing on the side was a packet of Ken's brand lite. Disappointing. Super glad I added the banana peppers. I probably deserve 3 stars for ordering late Friday night delivery, I should know better. Spent a moment on a brief hold (expected) and the girl (forgot her name sorry) answered and she was great...easy to understand, super pleasant, and you could tell she was not frazzled or phased by what I'm sure is a long day for a pizza joint. I asked her for recommendations and she was honest told me the most popular items. Driver was friendly too! Now for the food. Did I mention it was late Friday night? Driver went to the wrong hotel, but only a block away. It was 45 minutes, like they said it would be, and it was 20 degrees outside. It got the exact order and exactly what I expected...a delicious pizza that tasted like it left the oven 45 minutes ago. Despite all that, I still award 4 stars. (hunger is by far the best seasoning on any food) But the GRINDER! Awesome! Great Italian sandwich and plenty good on the portion size. This pizza is awesome, we ordered a small pizza and medium cheese sticks after a concert at about 11:30pm on a Saturday. The pizza game within 25 minutes, and their delivery service issues mobile updates so we knew when the pizza was out for delivery. The taste of the pizza was excellent, and the crust tasted better than a lot of chains. It's not mushy. The pizza and sticks came hot, and you get a lot of dipping sauces. I LOVE mad mush and honestly didn't appreciate it until I moved from lex. They ALWAYS deliver unlike other late night chains (I.e.
