    Buffalo chicken

What a great find. Amazing pizza. Amazing salad. Great atmosphere looking out and listening to live music on a Thursday. The buffalo chicken with banana peppers. Get that pizza. Like get it. It is life changing. I am not a chicken fan on pizza. The crust was perfect. Everything goes in the brick oven. The croutons even get baked. The other amazing pizza was fantastic. It was the Capricciosa. This place was a great find.

First off, the pizza and beer were great. They have a great selection of both. Abby, our waitress was on-point throughout our lunch. Now for the not so great. As we know, most of us eat pizza with our hands. Both bathrooms had a commercial roll of toilet paper just lying on a shelf. Which means you had to pick up the "communal" roll with both hands. Also, we walked in the entrance that had bags of flower just laying on a the floor. This was along with some cleaning supplies. Our table had loose screws connecting the pedestal to the table. It felt like it was going to fall in our lap at any moment. To those fellow reviewers that say they need better management, I wholeheartedly agree. This, as they are somewhat close to having a really fun restaurant. Stay classy, Rolling Oven.

We stopped in for an early dinner and were able to grab a table. They have a great beer list, and I tried one of the local ciders. We decided to order two specialty pizzas for the group to share and we ended up on The Loaded Baked Potato and The Pulled Pork. Loaded baked potato: definitely a good pizza, but on the dry side. I would've loved a ranch drizzle, or sour cream to pair with the flavors. Pulled pork: also a good pizza, and again on the dry side. I would've loved a bbq sauce drizzle on this one. The pizza was lacking pulled pork which was disappointing and the pizza was primarily topped with jalapeños. This pizza came out later so I didn't get a picture.

Found this little hole in the wall on the map and it is phenomenal. Great selection of beers, wood fired pizza and buffalo chicken dip are delicious, and staff are all extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

I've been here twice and enjoyed it very much each time. Pizza and service were both excellent. I highly recommend.

My meal was undercooked yet burnt somehow. The staff was incredibly nice, but I wasn't a fan of the meal I received.

This is our 2nd time visiting this location after Keenland horse races. It just so happened that…read morethe Milwaukee Brewers were in the playoff and we were with 2 big Brewer fans. So I called the restaurant and asked if they had the game on; the staff member that answered quickly found the manager and said yes we can put it on for you. Bingo! We stopped in and it was a beautiful day so we asked if we could sit outside sitting - definitely and they put the game on out there as well. Lucas was out waiter and he and the manager ( I believe Mike was his name ) would banter back and forth jokingly; which made for more fun. They also place us by an outdoor propane heater just in case. Three of us had Burgers and 1 had a salad. 2 burgers were 1/4 lb and looked like it after cooking; they were tasty. I have the dbl a 1/2 lb also delicious. The brew selections were decent. The game wasn't going our way but we watched to the end enjoying brews and food. The sun went down quickly and they bought another propane tall heater. The first one didn't ignite ( out of gas ) 2nd one out of gas ( apparently someone did shut off the valve but the owner appeared and got a new tank of propane and got it lit. I can't say I've been to a place with so much customer service in a long time. Service was great, food is very good a good sides. Drinks were decent selection and atmosphere was perfect. I know I will be back but I hope sooner than later. This place is in an old strip mall; looks like an abandoned Kroger and possibly a vacant Hope Depot ( that's under discussion still ) I think they have been open about 7 years now and both our visits were awesome in all ways. If you're in Versailles or at Keenland save your appetite and money to eat here instead. You money will go further and your taste buds will appreciate the better food choices and taste! Thank you Versailles staff and owner! I've passed the word to many already that if in the area; stop!

Trivia was on the other side, which was good because the trivia music didn't drown out our conversations. Our folks arrived at staggered times so the staff was able to get drinks going a few at a time. They were friendly and did a good job serving us all but could've used another server. I had a Reuben sandwich and a baked potato. The potato was easily 1-1.25 lbs, huge! Cooked perfectly. The Reuben was really good. Others in our party had burgers, pretzels, wings, sandwiches, and pizza. Everyone I asked really liked their food, except the pizza. It was rated "just ok". The two beers I had were theirs and were good, an Oktoberfest and an Oatmeal Stout. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Inside in your typical brewery look. Decent place for beers and food. Try it out.

After leaving yet another distillery, the ladies in our group wanted to head to Georgetown for some shopping. The other guy in our party was about as thrilled at the idea of shopping as he'd be about getting a root canal without anesthesia--and I was in full agreement. As we searched for a parking spot along the crowded Georgetown Main Street, I spotted Chinquapin Brewing and immediately declared that the men would be there. "Just come pick us up when you're done," I told them. My wife and our friend were more than happy to leave us in front of TVs and beer while they wandered in and out of the local shops. It was the first time either of us had been to the brewery. Right away, I loved seeing the brewing equipment set up in the back of the bar. We scanned the QR code on the table and pulled up the beer menu. I'm a big fan of red ales and was happy to see one offered. My friend is less adventurous than I am, so he stuck with his tried-and-true Guinness. I opened a tab, and we started enjoying our beers. The red ale was very good--so good that I ordered more than one. My friend's Guinness was going down way too easily, and he ordered another as well. Eventually, the ladies came to retrieve us, and my wife even added a bourbon to my tab. We sat together and enjoyed one last round. We didn't try any food, but the beer and the service were excellent. I'm already looking forward to our next "shopping trip" to Georgetown so I can sample more of their offerings.

The pizzas seem pretty solid, they make them fresh so they come out fresh and hot. The beesting was pretty good, I was expecting more flavor from the hot honey and I really couldn't taste the basil.
