I've been here before with great service and food. And I know the owner wouldn't be happy hearing that his staff was standing around talking while patrons were being ignored. But, when I see him at Bella Notte or Bella Cafe, I will mention this to him. I'd hate for this management to cause him to lose this business. I really don't understand what the disconnect was. When I went inside, I asked the manager/person politely and I thought we would then be helped. It doesn't make sense to me why that didn't happen. They won't get another chance with me.

A chicken parmesan sandwich without crispy chicken feels like someone forgot the assignment halfway through. The restaurant may be dog friendly, but after sniffing the leftovers we brought home, even the dogs seemed personally offended. This place used to be one of my favorites, which makes this even more disappointing. Hoping this was just an off night because right now the quality has left the building faster than our server did.
