    Pizzas and wings

Our company co-sponsored an event Thursday afternoon/evening at Mirror Twin's 723 Building. Nick and the rest of his team took care of us throughout the evening. We ordered multiple pizzas and wings throughout the event and everything was delicious. We had the Buffalo and Sweet Thai Chili Fire Roasted Wings and the pizzas were Pepperoni, Bourbon BBQ Chicken, Meat and the Rolling Oven Supreme.

Rolling Oven is a locally owned restaurant and food truck serving wood-fired, brick oven pizzas. We have never been to the restaurant but were able to sample from the food truck at a recent event. Everything we ordered was delicious: 2 different pizzas and 2 Cubanos. But my favorite was the Serrano Pepper Pizza. Their version of the Cubano begins with soft, slightly sweet Cuban bread. Heaps of heavily seasoned pork roast and sliced ham alternating between layers of Swiss cheese and sour pickles. The sandwich is cemented together with yellow mustard and a garlic butter schmear. is it practically a complete meal you can eat while walking? Serrano Pepper Piza appears to be made from a hand-stretched dough with just the right amount of char. This provides a rustic, artisanal backdrop for the vibrant serrano peppers. Each slice offers a complex flavor profile: an initial warmth from the fresh serranos, rich cheese notes, and a hint of smokiness from the wood-fired preparation. It's a culinary adventure that transforms a classic comfort food into an extraordinary gastronomic journey.Highly recommend,

First time visiting this area and was so entertained! The vibe is community gathering with games and brew. We sat at the side with the beer taps not knowing there were levels to the whole establishment. Our server, Kilah, was amazing as she explained how it worked and all the offerings. I had the chicken Gouda pizza which was AMAZING!! My man went to the other side where there was a full bar to grab out cocktails. They were pretty and refreshing but we personally like cheap sugary drinks more lol. As to why we don't drink often. We got the buffalo dip as well which took forever and came out after our pizza, but was well worth the wait. We met some cool people here and chatted so it didn't seem as long as it was. If you're new to Lexington, this place is a great intro to the community!

Picked up two pizzas to take to a friend's home to watch Breeders Cup. The Potato Chorizo Pizza was good, and better than the pizza Bianca. These are relatively thin pizzas, not particularly to my liking. Just okay. 110

Rolling Oven is always a fabulous experience and I so love their flavorful pizza crust and salads! Recently tried the taco pizza and it was DELISH! So good and I almost had. A perfect cheese pull!

A little ass pizza for $32.

I ordered the tavern style pizza for $32 thinking it was a regular sized pizza like all of the other $30+ dollar pizzas and received a small 10". A small pizza that feeds one for $32. That's just crazy. I am a very frequent visitor and am appalled by the price to food ratio. The typical small pizza at this establishment is $15-$20. At least tell your customers you're about to screw them. Dog s**t. Also you didn't include the ranch I had to pay extra for. Thanks so much!

i may be biased because my boyfriend used to work here prior to us meeting and swears up and down its the best pizza in the world, and i fear he may be right hahaha this genuinely is the best pizza ive ever had! and that Classico sandwich?!? its been a couple weeks since we ate here and im STILL thinking about the sammy i'm not a beer girly, but the bartenders are super friendly and helpful with making recommendations and i appreciate that one of the bars offers beer AND cocktail selections! also loved the feel of the 2 buildings being separate, yet open, with a central outdoor courtyard area- if i lived in lex i would be here every single weekend, but for now it'll just be our go-to staple when we're in town

Rolling Oven offers a large selection of delicious food. I ordered them while visiting Twin Mirror Brewery and was very impressed. Their ordering system at the brewery is really simple. Each table has a QR code for scanning and ordering from your phone. The menu for lunch on a Sunday morning was huge! I couldn't believe how many options they had. The regular menu and brunch menu were available. The Pizza Bianca and Potato, Cheese, and Egg Pizza were both so delicious. The flavors were amazing on both. The Toast a la French was also very good. What a fun idea to make a crispy coated French toast. I should have ordered the half order because the full order was a lot of food. I ordered a Side Salad to get some mandatory vegetables and was impressed with this as well. The bowl of greens was packed and all of the ingredients were fresh. I hope that if I find myself in Lexington again that I can enjoy Rolling Oven again!

Took over 90 minutes to get a pizza to go. Ordered the Margherita pizza. It was not good. Barely any sauce and any cheese. Would not order again. Husband ate it anyway.

I wasn't expecting the world, but I was still really disappointed. For starters, what I ordered online was described as a "regular" sized pizza, but they called it "small" when I got there, and these things were absolutely tiny. I was pretty insulted for the price I paid, but even if those two little pizzas had been $20 instead of $30, I still wouldn't be in a hurry to come back. The crust was a very basic white bread flavor, and while the tikka masala sauce smelled nice and I liked the veggies it came with, the basic margherita was nothing special. Two of the smaller pizzas put together, plus my own hummus at home to dip the crusts in for flavor, added up to a decent meal. Their menu doesn't align that well with my tastes, and this location is effectively a pickup in a bar with some outdoor seating. One doesn't come to Lexington for the pizza scene, but I feel justified in expecting more than I got from here.

The Rolling Oven knows how to do pizza! And veggies! The wait for your food is worth it because it comes sizzling out of the wood-fired oven. Ingredients taste fresh and delicious! At this location, you order at the register and the food comes to you. The employees are AWESOME. Would go back again and again!

Good pizza. Tasty dough! We were at Mirror Twin to try some beer, stretch our legs mid-road-trip, and figured we should put some food in our bellies along with the brews. We ordered a small pizza to share (I can't remember which one because it was a bit back and I didn't label my picture lol) and the fat sticks. Both were pretty fabulous, and I recall we both commented on how good the dough was. Personally, the fat sticks were the better of the two, but that might just be because I really like bacon... I would gladly eat from here again and would encourage you to do the same!

First timers ... relaxed, fun, family vibe ... superior staff and friendly person drawing beer ... appetizers and beer were awesome ... fat sticks were delicious... spinach artichoke dip was one of best dips I've had .... great beer, excellent food, and cool environment.

It's a fairly large place with many tables and even a lunch buffet ($11.99). I wasn't really in the mood for a large meal so I just ordered 3 tacos ($2 each). I tried pastor, Asada and compechanos (steak and chorizo mix), I really enjoyed all of them but the chorizo was excellent. They also have tortas ($6.50), quesadillas, and other Mexican street food favorites! They did not have a salsa bar but they have red and green salsa In squirt bottles that they bring to your table. I will definitely be back, very soon!

I mean this with full sincerity when I say these are some of the most flavorful food I have ever had. Taqueria Ramirez was my go to when I ever need a taco, but after discovering this little food truck. I am making the switch. I have tried a variety of proteins on the tacos and none missed. I could nit-pick and say the elote cups are a bit too saucy but oh, so delicious. I can't wait to try more items. The owner of the little food truck is delightful, polite and friendly. After coming a few times remembered me which is always a plus. The truck is there during the evening, so it's a great place for a quick dinner, prices are fairly cheap as well. It is a food truck so if you don't enjoy being seated outside, then that could be a knock but again its a food truck so you should know what you are getting into. AGAIN, PLEASE give it a try, genuinely fantastic food.
