Previously I've had their chips and salsa and it seemed like something out of a jar so was hoping for a better full meal experience. The chips and guac were good and queso was fine as well. It's pretty hard to mess up queso though, right?? We tried a burrito and tacos. The burrito was good sized and tasted good as well. Tacos were a mix of choriqueso and steak/chorizo. Both were good though Not great. Nathan's is worth grabbing when out at a local watering hole but I wouldn't seek them out.

It's a 14 inc burrito stuffed with meat (I got al pastor), beans, rice, cilantro, onion, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and avocado. The al pastor was fresh and juicy as was the acidic pineapple. I also got the Mexican street corn cup with was topped with mayo, cotija cheese, lime, Valentina sauce, and chili powder. Perfect citrus and spice. And lastly I got the beans, and they weren't stingy with the cheese! I got the salsa roja, which was very spicy and flavorful. They come in these little packets so at first you think they are purchased or outsourced, but if you go to the food truck's instagram page you can see they make it on site and then package it themselves! Very sophisticated high level operation food truck! My colleague got the 12 inch quesadilla de chorizo. It was a huge portion and very cheesy, though he did say his chorizo was a little dry. He did enjoy it. We also got a few of their frozen smoothie drinks. I got the pineapple, he got the mango, and I also tried their Jamaican hibiscus team. Each drink was super fresh, fruity, and a perfect blend of savory and sweet. The offer tons of burritos and quesadillas (12 and 14 inch), and tacos: asada, pollo, al pastor, cheese, barbacoa, veggie, de lingua, cochinitia, tripe, chorizo. They also have entrees of pulled pork, pulled chicken, smoked sausage (which I am guessing is in sandwich form) and chicken salad. These entrees varied in price from $5-$7. When I had ordered, I had to actually name of the items of which they did not have my first two orders (no kids meal and no smoked sausage). The gal just went on to tell me that they had chicken salad and pulled pork available. It was nice that they allowed me to sample the chicken salad. But then I went for the pulled pork and then they stated that they had nachos. O_o. So I ended up getting the nachos with jalapenos, sour cream, cheese, and the pulled pork. I was charged $10. Mind you, they did not have a menu on the truck and so this was like a makeshift meal. Suggestions: I would think a menu would be nice for price options and food consideration before customers are set on buying something. It would be nice to follow the publicly displayed menu and have most things available and if not, probably a menu outlining what is actually available (this is why a menu is important!)
