And the menu is in Spanish but if you scan a QR code you can see an English translation. We always end up getting the Lomos Saltado. We ordered the 1/2 pollo a la brasa (which comes with a salad), ceviche mixto, and one chicha morada. The food arrived in a reasonable time, and everything was absolutely delicious. However, the biggest downside was the number of flies and gnats in the dining area, which made the experience less enjoyable. It's a shame this restaurant isn't in a better location because the food is fantastic. If it were in a more visible spot, I'm sure it would be packed. Unfortunately, being tucked away in a small plaza makes it easy to miss. While I wouldn't dine in again due to the bugs, I'd definitely return for a takeout order!

I believe that they are now on their third location and they have great comfort food with tons of flavor! I am a gumbo fanatic, but I don't go here for their gumbo. I like many of their dishes and some of my favorites are the Pazole Stew and the Drunken Chicken and Maque Choux. They used to have a peanut sauce that was to die for. They also have amazing specials like Lobster Etoufee and Hog Wild Red Chili. If you are in the mood for something different, you won't find recipes like these anywhere else in Kentucky.

He grew in the area and we can't get anything like this in SoCal. We first visited this location in Oct 2024. Our most recent visit was Oct 2025. Between these two visits, I've enjoyed whatever rotating vegan option was available. Last year's visit offered a Succotash, which is a spicy bean sauce, red beans, corn, tomatoes, okra, bell peppers, garlic, and onion. https://bit.ly/3LTLAlv This year's visit was the California Creole made with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, garlic, green onions, and green peppers mixed in a white wine red sauce. A surprising ingredient, fresh OJ. Yum! https://bit.ly/4nRj3KV There are two sizes available, and the smaller size is already a generous portion. The bases are either pasta or rice. It also comes with a garlic bread which staff says is made with oil. Quick service order at the counter. The dining room is fairly large. I wouldn't mind coming back to check out the rotating vegan option every time.

I don't know anywhere else in town that has Spam and it certainly makes this a standout here. Most people won't think of coming here to get a burger but it is incredible and my second favorite sandwich here. I like to get the Kalua Pork Plate with sticky rice and macaroni salad. The pulled pork is always juicy and delicious. Of the course you can't go wrong with the Teriyaki Chicken and the Katsu is excellent. The Katsu is a chicken breast cutlet that is breaded and fried and it is delicious on a sandwich or cut up on a Katsu plate. I haven't tried the Mahi Mahi yet but I hear that it is great as well. My last recommendation is to check out their Daily Specials. They usually have a special shrimp or fish dish or something more out of the ordinary like today's special: Bulgogi Sliders. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are in the mood for something different. The food is always fresh and served quickly.

We enjoyed our selection and found everything scrumptious and delicious. Only thing we'd change is thickness of ribeye steak. For $22 it should be thicker. We'd definitely go back. There is seating inside enough for groups. It was pretty quiet with a chill vibe inside.

I looked at the menu but already knew I was ordering a Cuban sandwich. They had many favors of Jarritos I was happy before I even got food! I got an amazing sandwich with pork and cheese, and enough for 2 servings. I really felt like I was in Miami where I had my somewhat authentic in the US Cuban. They had a huge take out business, that means the folks working in the offices around them approve. I did not try any of the side dishes, but that is a reason to go back. The location was easy to get to with easy parking, the staff was friendly and make you feel like family. This is a bit of out of the way for me, but I will be back.

Asian/Cajun/Seafood?…read more My daughter has been on an "oysters on the half shell" kick So we ended up at this unusual restaurant. There were only a few people there for lunch but a seafood boil isn't exactly lunch fare. Based on the number of cars in e parking lot, I had concerns. The restaurant Atmosphere is pure Tally Ho nautical and seating was very comfortable. Service was okay. Employees were doing too many separate tasks to effectively wait on tables. Even with the few number of people that were there, it was a struggle. So we ordered the crab cakes as our starter. They were incredibly delicious. My daughter said she would rank them second behind Heirloom in Midway. If you've ever been to heirloom, you know that this is a huge compliment. I felt for the price, they could have been larger, but still delightful. My daughter ordered the huge tray of fresh oysters which she said were very good, better than a lot of other places. I ordered the dungeoness crab, which came in a large bowl filled with a bunch of garlic butter sauce. I had ordered it medium spicy and it was inferno hot, lol! Next time I will definitely order the sauce on the side because trying to handle the crab legs when they had oil dumped all over them was quite a challenge. But they do provide all the necessary ecoutraments for seafood; crackers, pickers, bibs, and gloves. I thought having the hole in the middle of the table to put all of the shells and other trash in was genius! The crab legs came with red potatoes, a small piece of corn and an egg. I'm guessing the egg is an Asian addition? I'm not sure. The corn on the cob was delicious with the spicy sauce on it. My daughter ate the egg and said it was good. I'm not a red potato fan so I did not try them. Our drinks were good and well-made. The menu is 75% seafood and 25% wings. Not to mention a few Asian dishes as well. It's quite a different take on seafood with the array of sauce options and several different heat levels for each sauce. Overall, we were both very pleased with our meal and we will definitely be back. Price wise, I thought the pricing was high, but for a special occasion, this would be a delicious choice!

He recommended a cocktail for my boyfriend who loved it and he also made recommendations regarding the menu options. We opted for gator bites which were great, along with a generous portion of wings which were amazing. Stewie is such a valuable asset to this establishment, I hope they realize they have a true gem in him. Stewie we love you and hope to come back to visit you again! Highly recommend!
