Two hours still waiting for pizza. What happened to 30 minutes or free? Tried to call the store -- got the call center someplace somewhere. They patched me through to the actual store (3 minutes away), and nobody picked up. Tried three times. Total horrowshow. You are better off going to the grocery store and getting frozen pizza. I called the number they transferred me to the store, and I am mediately got told no English and she could not understand what I wanted to order to go. I tried the website is did not work I asked again, and I heard somebody in the background that was speaking English I said I need to speak to somebody that speaks English. She said no no English, and was very rude. I will not recommend Hailey Domino's Pizza if I could give it a zero. read more

Every time we order here the food is piping hot and extremely delicious. We have had Adam prepare our order each time and he is usually the only one working in the store and he does an excellent job! I always pick this location over the other pizza places in town. The food is always amazing and hits the spot every time. We order on the app and always get one of the deals. Our favorites are the pepperoni pizza on the pan crust and the parmesan bread bites. We pick up our order and drive 30 minutes home and eat most of it on the way. read more

Here is the deal.. order taker 5 star. Very nice and friendly. However some random dominoes semi truck driver comes in and demands that we move our truck out of his way so he can take 5-7 parking spots and not have to carry food products as far. If he asked nice.. no problem. But he kind of demanded it as a bit of a jerk, as if we weren't parked in a legit spot. read more

I ordered some cheesy bread just now from here and before I had even opened it up I received a voicemail saying they realized they gave me the wrong kind and were on their way back with my cheesy bread. Erica was super sweet and even brought me a couple drinks to compensate. People make mistakes all the time but it's how you handle it that counts. Excellent customer service. read more

Worst domino's. Placed an order for delivery on a Monday night. Going on an hour and a half and still no delivery. Called the store and no answer, so I went down there and picked up my pizza myself. Workers ignored people waiting at register for 10 minutes. Even though I picked up my pizza they did not waive delivery fees. Do yourself a favor and not order from here. read more

There's better and there is worse. Just so you are aware. Pizza is okay apps not bad.

They pay the new hires way more then the employees who have been working there for months and even years. There is obvious favoritism towards certain employees and the general manager. Slow delivery and slow carry out. I came in once and there was only a few workers in the store and some weren't doing anything at all. read more

Meets my expectations. I don't understand the other negative reviews, you get what you pay for. Delivery is always fast and so is take out. They were undercooking our pizza dough but we brought it to their attention and offered to bake it some more. I've always experienced friendly customer service and their specials are great read more

I seriously get sick every time I eat dominoes pizza. It's a bummer seeing as they're the only delivery Option in the valley. It worries me that my stomach gets messed up every single time I eat from there. Quite a bummer. read more

I rate this business 0/10z I know that the workers are stressed and very busy, but at the end Of the day this is still a business and they have to do their job. I called to place an order and they wouldn't answer. They answered on the 4th call and said "hello" then hung up when I started talking. Every time I order from this business, they say it will take 30-45 minutes delivery. It ends up being about 2 hours even more at times. Being one of the only places that delivers in the valley I order often. That is going to change. I hope the worker that hung up on me gets the punishment necessary from the boss as she does should not be working there if she can't simply answer the phone and take my order as should. If that st**** bih sees this, I hope that you get treated as you treated me. I don't recommend this business to anyone. I wish I could rate it a -10 stars. read more

Usually I am satisfied with this location. Tonight I was not. Used app (whIch I have used often). On 12/6/2016 Finished order process at 6:56pm. Order complete and ready to deliver at 7:13pm. Order sat in store until 7:56pm. Delivered to my home at 8:06pm. Pizza was cold due to sitting too long in store. Once again usually good, not tonight though. Realized after I wrote review that I also received the wrong receipt. Called the store after above post, they did try to make it right by adding a free pizza to a future order. They did acknowledge their poor execution tonight on this order. read more

Hey I've gone to this establishment once so clearly I know everything that's going behind the scenes and let me tell you, what are they DOING?? I mean it's not rocket science?? Even my wife's expectations of me are lower than my expectations of this, and she left with the kids about five years ago. Good riddance i say, i mean she wouldn't even look me in the eyes when I ate Dominoes' amazing pizza. Oh...yeah I forgot to say that I was reviewing the reviewers not dominoes. Dominoes pizza is good and everything but that's besides the point. My point is that sometimes people give "one miserable star" and that's okay. Maybe THEY'RE the wrong ones. Unfortunately THIS, happened today. An online order was placed for delivery. A telephone number was given. Then, a phone call that "your pizza is at the front office." which is 1/8 mile away and weather was rain at the time. ...front office...there was no Dominos delivery person there or anywhere. But, a few minutes into the wait, outside, a 2nd Dominos delivery person comes to the apartment building closest to the front office, not the same person who left the message, he is asked, he says "thats Rhonda who left." It is now 20 minutes AFTER the "your pizza is at front office" voice mail...delivery person shows up, refuses to give change or receipt, while scolding the customer who has stood in the rain ...driver walks away and into another building with customers money while complaining that customer is making THEM feel bad...because customer tells Dominos driver that they do not want to stand in the rain and look at the Dominos driver's phone after the driver does not give change, but goes to their car and holds up their phone and re-dials the customers number causing the customer's phone to ring in their pocket, while holding their pizza, in the middle of a street, in the middle of an apartment complex, IN THE RAIN! ok...no! the customer did not make THEM feel bad, the customer did not make them drive away, or leave their message, or cause them NOT to come to the customer's door...but for them to WALK away and into another building before giving change...its not okay..by any stretch. if domino's causes a person to wait outside, or excludes an entire apartment for delivery for reasons unbeknownst to a customer, they should disclose that when they receive the order. ...after Domino's corporate office was contacted and Domino's corporate confirmed that this is NOT part of any of their agreed-to policies for their franchisee locations...this Hailey store was contacted and a woman named Destiny answered the phone, she declined to allow the customer to speak to the man who (on a prior call had) identified himself as the delivery person's supervisor. Destiny stated that, the delivery person "FELT" entitled to do and say what the delivery person did and said, and that Destiny had nothing further to add. There is no way that any further business should be given to this franchisee after this, and this makes NO sense at all in any way. So there you have it, Destiny can only say to the customer, "the driver felt entitled to do that." read more

Service is terrible. Ordered extra pineapple on a Hawaiian pizza. They barely put any on. They remade a pizza and delivered it back at no cost, which was great. But again, Same thing. Didn't seem that there was extra pineapple. Since then I have ordered only pepperoni. Today you couldn't understand the person on the phone. The pizza was burnt. And don't forget to order marinara with your cheesy bread because it doesn't come with it anymore! Rip off! read more

One star is even too much! We never got our order! When we placed our order 20 minutes before the store closed the website promised we would still get it. We got a confirmation email, however, we never got our pizza/pasta. When we called the store they picked up the phone but hung right back up. This is unacceptable! read more
