On 11/26/25, I ordered 2 specialty pizzas for carside delivery at the store...a Spicy Chicken Bacon Ranch and an Ultimate Pepperoni. When I got the 2 pizzas home, I discovered there was no Spicy Chicken Bacon Ranch. Instead, it was a basic pepperoni pizza (in addition to the Ultimate Pepperoni pizza that I ordered). I immediately called the store. The young lady at the store apologized and gave me two options...remake the Chicken Bacon Ranch or give me credit for the incorrect pizza. I chose to receive a credit. But I never received any form of credit. No refund to my credit card, no credit to my dominos account for a replacement pizza. NOTHING. Needless to say, I'm not going back. The Ultimate Pepperoni was decent, but nothing to brag about. The basic pepperoni was below basic...it was cardboard with a little sauce, cheese and a few pieces of pepperoni. There are MUCH better pizza options throughout Michiana. Don't waste your money at this Domino's location. read more

What ever you do,don't order at the counter. I go to the counter,to order a pizza. I asked them how long it will take to have 2 medium pizzas. The guy said 15 minutes. I'm still waiting, 40 minutes and counting..... I should have left.long time ago. Bad decision. 53 minutes and counting.. Finally got my 2 pizzas. 56 min. Must be a world record. I hadn't ordered from Domino's for a while, so I thought I would try it out tonight. I placed an online order a bit after 6:30 pm and was told it would be 44 -54 minutes. I saw from the tracker that the pizza came out of the oven at 7:28 I didn't receive my order until 8:11 pm, twice as long as expected. That's 1-1/2 hours to wait for my stone cold pizza, and I'm only two stop signs from the store. In the same amount of time, I could have placed an order at UNO's in Chicago and driven there to eat it. I attempted to fill out a store survey which would not "submit", so I'm writing here. The survey asked if the pizza maker and delivery guy did their jobs. I believe they did, but there was no place to assign poor marks for management, who apparently doesn't know that you need more help at your pizza joint at dinner time. read more

By far one of the best Dominos in the area. The manager is excellent at correcting mistakes and making sure you're happy with your order. We mostly get pasta bowls here, and the crew does an excellent job at making those exactly how we want! read more

I ordered a hand-tossed cheese pizza. It was the worst pizza I ever had. The crust was really greasy and the "mozzarella" cheese had a bad garlic taste. If I wanted a greasy, "cheese" pizza loaded with garlic I would have ordered it! I will never by domino's pizza again. read more

When a manager hangs up on you when concerning a order and not being fresh and ask to fix it before I even get it tells me when it gets delivered and your not happy Ill go ahead and make the food again for you mind you I didn't get my pizza for 50 mins after it was out of the oven when I go to speak to again mr Edward he just hangs up on me delivery time when I ordered said 17 mins it was over a hour from when I ordered the pizza it was cold it was gross I spent $45 dollars for dog food we didn't eat even half our plates we made wings were slimy and I asked to cook twice because they are never cooked or crispy and wasn't done clearly so if you like slimy your gross LOL and pizza was so cold and tasted old as it been sitting for almost a hour as it was before I even got my food haha this isn't the only time my food has sucked from here and only time I call and complain about it they hang up when I'm speaking so yeah now I'm pissed your looking at a 2 star place it's a hit or miss if your food is gonna be hot and fresh when Patrick is working my food is always out the door hot and fresh and as much as I have ordered I have never got a "win a free" item when you place online so I think that's a scam it's a 1:14 and I've ordered plenty of times to not even win free breadsticks or a dessert and I more then likely will not order from here again I've wrote customer service and still no word 2 days later so here it is for the whole world to see your terrible customer service and how rude you are I didn't even get to that point Mr Edward!!!!! read more

Always a trusted favorite for a quick pizza at a great price. We order usually 2-3 times a month.

I get Domino's from this location at least once a week. The pizza is more good than great, but they're always quick with carry-out orders and you can't beat the price. The staff has always been very friendly with me, and has even gone as far as giving me extra food when there was an error with my order and they couldn't reach me and it was my fault (old phone number on my online account). Recommend the thin crust pizza and the Parmesan bread bites are amazing. read more

Service is slow, and whoever owns this location must be so poor they can't fix/put A/C in the place. Done giving business to a entity that cannot run it professionally. If it's 90 degrees outside its 105 inside, which is completely unacceptable. You should be ashamed of your business practices, let alone making your workers work in that environment. I love the phone app! Makes it so easy to order and pay on my phone then just stop in real quick for pickup on my way home or on the go. The app even features a tracker allowing you to check on the progress of your order. I've never had an order take longer than 15 minutes. read more

Last time ordering from Domino's. After my fiasco in Feb., I tried again ( I had a free pizza )What a mistake. The order was cold but the driver told us he thought it was ok and that we should pay no attention to the tracker because it was never right.
