I will never place another order with this company EVER. Their pizza box permanently ruined my floors. I have used chemicals and steamed my floors and nothing has helped. How cheap this place has to be to have a pizza box ruin flooring after just one night . read more

Horrible, workers are rude, food is extremely greasy. I ordered a sub one time and the younger lady put red onions on it after i specified multiple times that I WAS ALLERGIC. She then wanted to get an attitude with me after I came back in and told her. 0/10 Would never recommend nor eat here again. read more

It's good pizza at a good price- i enjoy the special pizza options especially the BLT pizza.

This place is disgusting! And definitely one of the most unsanitary restaurants in Niles! I've seen cleaner kitchens in a crack house! And those repurposed Applebees chairs and booths crack me up so lame! This place is Garbage, not gourmet! Dont waste your time. read more

Unsanitary, Unprofessional. This place is pathetic. Poorly maintained and cleaned. Poorly owned and managed. Poorly trained employees. Complete waste of time and money. Nothing "gourmet" except for the prices! read more

Pizza way over done. Thin crust. Small Cesar salad came without dressing. Delivery guy nice he received a tip. Can't recommend unless you sit in. read more

Great staff. Hot fresh pizza. Don't let being in a gas station turn you off. Super friendly

First off, I will say the pizza is great, but their service is the worst I have ever seen in my whole life. I have ordered two different times once online and once calling by phone. Neither time was it a good experience. The online order was over an hour late and I was double charged the second time I called, and I didn't get what I ordered at all. One item was missing and the other was the wrong toppings. I had to bring back the delivery to them and get the right order. They had a large staff all behind the counter when I walked in, like a ton of Indians and no chief. No one knows what to do or how to put in a order. They didn't try to make up for it either time by the way! I cannot see how this place can stay in business if you can't ever get a order right. Maybe you have to order in person and stand there while they make it so you get what you order and in a timely manner! read more

Excellent pizza but a bit pricy. Well with it though.I ordered deluxe pizza because Martins across the street would not serve me. The XL $ELUXE WITH EXTRA SAUCE BEST VALUE... read more

Good flavor, only 4 because some times it could take a long time to do your order. But overall good quality product serve!

The pizza is extremely good for chain fast food pizza. The workers there try really hard, but they often drop the ball. One time i ordered a pizza and it was supposed to be ready in 45 minutes, i got there 15 minutes later than I was supposed to and they hadn't even started making them. I have learned to just order about an hour and a half before I'm ready to eat, it's worth it just to wait. The garlic cream cheese is amazing, and so is the garlic butter. Corporate sucks as well because they never return emails. read more

Nice quick old school style pizza. We will go back. It's near our house and the staff is friendly.

Staff is awesome, pizza is always good! We usually get medium pepperoni w pineapple and another with sausage.

Just came into town and was tired. We ordered an XL Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza and it was stellar!! So much better than chain store pizzas! It was delivered piping hot and not smashed. Just a really good pizza! read more

Charged higher prices by telephone despite advertised specials. Not a huge price difference but a dishonest practice and left a bad taste in my mouth. First and last time here. read more

Cottage Inn Pizza - Dishonest business. Charges customers more if they don't reference a special first. Only $4 but still a dishonest business practice. - Pizza Near Me - Niles, Michigan

Very delicious pizza! Full of flavor and just done well. It was a little off putting being next to a gas station but WOW-- so glad we tried it. We especially enjoy the chicken artichoke pizza, and are looking forward to trying the chicken Alfredo pizza and much more! Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed. read more

Ordered a gourmet pizza for delivery. Our first time ordering from them. The delivery was on time. Wow! This is artisan quality. No computerized large chain vibe here. The butter garlic Parmesan crust was very delicious. We got "The Favorite" and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. There are so many ways to option your pizza. Looking forward to ordering from them again!! read more

Zero stars would be appropriate for this company about a week maybe three days after I left a review I got a threatening voicemail from them anonymous of course I posted it to the company and told them never ever contact me again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody read more

Zero stars would be more fitting. One of their delivery drivers was driving in the wrong lane, trying to pass me. Then once I finally pulled over to let him pass, he tried to back into my car while I was driving past. I never really order from here but experiencing that did it for me. read more

If I could give this establishment a ZERO I would. The customer service is horrible. I bought 2 Greek salads that come with onions, tomatoes, calamari olives, feta cheese, beets, and peppers. I took my first bite into my salad and almost broken my tooth because the olives where not pitted. Mind you I got extra toppings so there was almost 20+ olives with pits in side. I called cottage Inn and told them my concern thinking they were going to say "no problem we can make you another one" because like I said I only took "1" bit the rest of the salad was intact. Instead Allie did not know how to handle the situation so she transferred me to Jordan who states non of there olives are pitted, even after I told him I have gotten this same salad before and never had olives with pits in them. He then says let me talk to the GM Tina and see how she can accommodate you... a minute later he comes back and says she "Tina" said there's nothing we can do because all our olives have pits. No need for me to go further with the conversation I politely hung up. And realized that a place who doesn't put pride in what they do, or a place that doesn't care about there customers and want there customers happy is one that will not stand long, not is one I want to give my money to. I will never give them a red cent nor will I recommend them. read more

So I absolutely love their pizza. Always tastes fantastic and the options online for adding flavor brushing to the crust is a great treat.

Once again a rude experience with all of the little children running the store and the girl who drives the black Ford focus is so rude I will never ever be back.... she sits in her car out front talking crap about the people she works 2ith and the customers she has to DEAL with... I hope this place moves to a different town... way to over priced and people in there could careless how the guests are treated.. read more

In the whole area of Niles Michigan this is the best more professional spot I recommend everyone to go there and they deliver everywhere. All these other food place don't deliver anywhere so this is for the new people in town or visiting cottage inn pizza the best in Niles read more

Eating at a gas station has no appeal. And the pizza box might be better tasting than the fare, here. Drive on by. Or, eat here, and get gas. there are much better places for pizza in Niles. Milano's (take out) or Pete's (dine in) come to mind. read more

The online ordering system is extremely flawed. I placed my order and was missing items. So I called and told the girl answering the phone. She pulled the order and put me on hold. 8 minutes later she came back and said I wasn't charged for the item. I referenced my receipt I was emailed which shows I was. She said it wasn't the same on their end and that the item I was missing they don't even have. I asked why it was on the menu then. She said they didn't have any control over the online menu and that is was corporate and they have had alot of complaints. I don't know why they wouldn't fix this. How hard could it really be? The wait for delivery was about an hour and a half. The food was really good. read more

Got free regular breadsticks from joining the text club from a sign on the table. Pretty decent. My gluten-free son also had some options, rather unexpectedly. He went with the Gluten Free Garlic Cheesebread. We walked in after getting gas and were rather pleasantly surprised. Best pizza I have had since moving to Indiana! I drive from South Bend to the Cottage Inn because they always make the pizza just right !!!

The best pizza and sandwiches HANDS DOWN. The philly steak sandwich is so fresh, from the bread to the toppings, it can't be beat!! The best part is fresh veggies and fresh/soft bread!! Fast delivery and great prices! Love our local Cottage Inn Pizza!!! read more

Very good take out pizza. Breadsticks are delicious. Thick crust with butter cheese flavoring is a yummy add on.

Best in town. So happy they finally made town here. It was a staple for us in college.

i responded a week ago and have heard nothing back. very poor customer service which should not surprise me.

I really like the pizza, but the fact my order has been incorrect 4 of the 7 times I went there is why I don't bother coming back.

If you want the best tasting pizza in the area, this is the place! Very moderately priced and so delicious!

Overall the pizza tasted good. But I didn't receive my full order. And the portion for the price just isn't worth it. An extra large pizza of theirs is the same. Size as a large pizza elsewhere. The online site itself doesn't tell you the size of the pizzas when you order. The bread sticks "inn sticks" were about 2 inches long. So overall over rated and over priced would be my review. read more

was disappointed ordered online chose a round pizza because i dont like squares ordered extra sauce on pizza we had to peel back topping just to see if it had sauce at all pizza was cut in squares breadsticks were good but for the price i paid size of pizza and the fact that if i hadnt ordered extra sauce i dont think there would have been any on my pizza. overpriced read more

At last a great pizza in Niles!.thin crisp crust fresh veggies and it's in a gas station. This will be our go to pizza place. Neat clean and fast. read more

Great pizza. Too bad we won't be going there anymore. Attempted three times to order online. Each time was told system error and the order wouldn't process. No email confirmation, no phone call (which we usually get), so we ordered from another pizza restaurant. An hour and a half later the pizzas show up from Cottage Inn. I explained the issue to the delivery boys, they said we always have trouble with our website. I paid them $80, and phoned the location when they left. The girl who answered the phone put me on hold, as they were busy ( no big). When she came on the phone I explained to her the situation. She said she would get the manager. On hold again. The girl came back and said her manager said she could give us a discount and that's it. I stated I would like to speak with her, she said she is busy; I still asked to speak to her. On hold again. The manager then came on the phone, with a less than friendly attitude. She said it wasn't her fault. I said it's not mine either, your website failed and told me I couldn't place the order, so I assumed no big and ordered from another place. She said well I'm not going to eat $80, I said neither am I. Needless to say things happen, however the ways in which it was handled were uncalled for , and lacked customer service. Point is, their pizza is very good, but not the only pizza by a long shot. Given how I was treated, we will be taking our business elsewhere. A manager should have the skills to be excellent in the area of customer service. read more
