Domino's has immensely improved their pizza over the last decade. Even though I live in Jersey (aka one of the pizza capitals of the US), I often crave chain pizza (cuz it's cheap and easy!). Domino's thin crust cheese is always fabulous from the Dover location (it's hit or miss at other locations). Their Parmesan bread bites are also delicious! The 2 for 5.99 menu is pretty much the only coupon we ever use. For 12 bucks, you can get enough food for 2 people for 2 meals. I have had Domino's take out from surrounding locations before, and I find Dover to be the most consistent in terms of freshness and quality. Their tracker is amazing. You know exactly what is going on with your pizza at all times. It's so helpful to know exactly when your driver is coming, especially when you live in an apartment complex and need to go all the way to the lobby to pick your order up. Only negative is that they have missed our tomato and garlic dipping sauces a few times, and it sucks eating their breadsticks dry! Overall, I will always love Domino's even if there is authentic Italian right down the street. It's cheap, tasty, and consistently fresh (at the Dover location). read more

I love pizza. After seeing the new tv advertisements about the improvements that Dominoes made in their pizzas, we decided to try it the other day. We made use of the (2) Medium Pizzas for $5 deals and ordered our pizzas online. The whole ordering system was pretty good. The estimated time of delivery was 25-30 minutes and we got our pizzas within that time frame - another plus point. The delivery guy was nice and friendly - another plus point. Overall, we liked the service and the pizzas were nice and warm just like the commercial promises. My favorite toppings were pineapple and black olive. So yum!! I think we will order from them again. Glad to know there's one right by our house and which upholds all the good stuff we heard in the commercial. read more

This review is from my kids ! They love dominoes ! The crust cam be ordered thin or thick.. this is perfect because of course my 2 children are opposites! One likes thin crust and the other soft and thick. So we always order from the 5.99 menu.. deal! We also,always order the cheese bread!! This is the best stuff!! Omg I could eat all of them! The service is always quick and they always get our order right. We have not had a bad experience yet and we've been ordering here since my kids were little . I placed my order on-line using Dominos.com. The site itself is pretty cool allowing you to view the pizza that you are building and adjust your preferences for toppings. Once you complete the on line ordering process there is a time line that appears to tell you what the status is at that exact moment. Most dominios are the same and I have to say I never had a problem ordering from them. I never call because they have that option to order online, but your basically putting in your order. How you want it. On top of delivery, they are very professional and quick. I never had anything missing or the bill incomplete. Also I thought I should mention, their Pizza have always been fulfill. I read in some other comments they were not what they expected. If it helps they have improved and listened. I am giving a five, good job guys! read more

Placed an order online at 5:02 p.m., food was taken out of oven 5:14 p.m., driver didn't leave the store until 5:29, tracker at 5:39 said delivered, but I didn't have my pizza. Called the store to inquire and was told, the tracker is sometimes wrong and the food will show up soon, when I told the person that it's been more than 30 minutes, since the driver left the store, he hanged up on me. Incredible turnaround over the past few years. Excellent web and mobile interface makes it easy and kind of fun to order a pizza. The quality and taste have really improved and chains like Pizza Hut can't touch them. Delivery is very reliable always arriving within the estimated time range. We ordered a half plain / half pepperoni from the Dominos in Dover NJ last evening. We ordered online. After two hours our food arrived, cold. But beyond cold, the pepperoni was spoiled. The entire order went in the trash. I then tried to call from 815pm until 11pm, and the line was busy the entire time. Don't eat here. read more

Every time we get delivery, the drivers are overly friendly (but not in a creepy way). I called and asked about delivery at 1am (they close at two) and the guy said it would be over an hour, so I didn't wind up ordering but I'm glad they were honest with me! I place a online order at 10 once I got back from work but the pizza didn't arrive will 12 pm. I tired to call and cancel but they didn't answer their phone. Their Suck a customer service and this is the second time this happened. I am never ordering from them again. I wont recommend dominos again. I absolutely HATE "chain-store" pizza! Having said that, this Dominoes has completely blown me away! My daughter had seen a Dominoes commercial, & begged me to order one night. Though I was less than thrilled, I decided to give in & ordered. Normally, I hate everything about chain- pizza...grainy fake cheese, sauce that suspiciously resembles ketchup, crust you could use as a pillow, so much grease John Travolta & Olivia Newton John show up, etc. Not expecting much, I ordered a "works" pizza for my hub, chicken tenders & cheesy bread for my daughter, & a "build your own" pasta bowl for me (penne pasta, alfredo sauce, diced tomatoes, black olives, grilled chicken, & grated provalone). 30 minutes later, our order arrived - hot, delicious, & 100% correct. My pasta was fresh & so very yummy....perfect portion size - not huge, not too small to hide from sharing w/ everyone. It was made to my exact specifications (not too much sauce, tons of tomato & olives & provalone, a little bit of chicken). My daughter's chicken was tasty, juicy, not the least bit greasy (w/ a nice sized tub of dipping sauce). The cheesy-bread was cheesy & garlicky...& NOT GRAINY! Hub's pizza was fresh, the sauce was neither ketchuppy, or spicy - just perfect. I was so pleasantly surprised, that we ordered again the next day...only to have another perfect experience.
