A nice place to grab lunch be it pizza or strombolis or pasta. Friendly service and reasonable prices.

We go here often at my job and have never had a bad experience. It is located in a busy shopping center next to a Walmart so there is plenty of parking. The place is pretty big with a seating area towards the back. The service is always great. My favorite thing is that they always have plenty of different kinds of pizzas out. All of the styles I have tried have been great with my favorite being the Buffalo Chicken. They even have large Garlic Knot Sliders. We have even ordered the catering a few times, and the food is always great at a very fair price. Strongly recommend Franks! read more

Great pizza and appetizers. I wish they still used Slice app but it's still worth it for delicious food.

This place deserves far better rating. Great chill atmosphere, quick attentive service and fair pricing. 5/5. Soft yet flaky thick crust pie, dough is flavorful, and the chicken parm on the garlic knot was phenomenal. read more

Underwhelming white pie with little flavor and skimpy ricotta. The plain cheese pie was oily and just meh. They had a nice crunchy crust but there's way too many good pizza places in the area to order again based on this experience. read more

I've been a customer at Frank's for years. I've always had good meals here. The pizza is outstanding. It is crispy and thin crust. I've had chicken piccata, chicken Parmesan, some of their pasta dishes, and all has been really delicious. Their service is really good as well. I find the wait staff to be very attentive. The places is always clean, bathrooms, always clean. It's nothing fancy the interior is your typical Pizzeria but it is a nice place to go. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will be going here for years to come. read more

Great cauliflower flower pizza! I usually get this delivered, but I decided to stop by since I was in the area. It took 15 minutes to make using a frozen crust. They use the right amount of cheese and tomato sauce. Overall, I was satisfied. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. I found out which crust they use and will purchase from the local grocery store. I'll try to make it at home to see how it will taste. read more

I'm unsure if this place changed ownership but I've visited there multiple times the past four years but for the past year and a half there food has been sub par to say the least. Today i went to buy food and it was just completely inedible and nasty, the food quality is terrible. I'm unsure when the next time I'll be returning if i even return. I'm very disappointed read more

Summary: Decent pizza and pastas at fair prices. Catering order process is easy, catering menu is online and you just call it in! Even got a confirmation call the day of. We put in our order on a Monday for a party on Saturday. As mentioned above, Frank's pizza is decent. I ordered from them for my daughter's birthday party for about 20 people. We ordered 2 trays of food (penne vodka and chicken franchaise) and 3 large pizzas (Buffalo chicken, pepperoni, and margarita). We had a good amount leftover. I loved the trays of food, both chicken and pasta were very tasty. A little too much oil though. The pizzas were good. I wasn't a fan of the margarita pizza but the other 2 were great. We picked up our order but Frank's did offer delivery, not sure if there would have been extra charge. Our food was ready right on time. Friendly staff and great service. read more

IF YOU HAVE WORKING TASTE BUDS, AVOID THIS PLACE! Disgusting, inedible garlic knots and pizza. I tried this place with my grandson when we finished shopping at Walmart and we will NEVER be back ! I am an old woman and this is in my top 5 worst pizza places , in my life. And , that ain't good! Disgusting food. Garlic knots soaked in a mystery oil sauce and squishy / chewy to the point where we both spit it out. Chicken pizza squishy, oil dripping, slimy, and inedible. Awful, awful food. It should NEVRR taste this bad. read more

Order delivery at Frank's Pizza on Yelp Eat 24 and get 25 percent off your first order (minimum $20). Because of this promotion, I decided to check it out, and I am sure glad I did! Including a 20 percent tip, 25 percent discount, and delivery, I paid $23.80 for mozzarella sticks (count 6), a tomato and mozzarella salad, bread, and mac and cheese (yes, it's one of those dreary days in Jersey that make you want comfort food). Food was supposed to be delivered between 1:40 and 1:50. It arrived at 1:41! Best part was that they included utensils. My entire order was hot and fresh and tasty. I couldn't ask for anything more! Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely make a pit stop and try some other entrees! read more

Good pizza, and great chicken Parm sub. They will also work with you on the price if you have an event and need to feed multiple people.

Service was rude under his breath while making a delivery order. I hung up immediately and will not trust the food.

I was in the area shopping at Walmart and decided to stop here for a quick bite. Clean place , nice staff and good pizza. Listen I'm a retired New Yorker , and fellow new jersian self titled pizza reviewer I would like to think I have some decent taste buds. I got the grandma margarita slice and it was pretty solid. I also got the Jamaican beef patty and I would deff avoid that was not too tasty. For a quick slice this is a solid choice! read more

Very good pizza!!! Very quite little place. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend it! They also do pizza by the slice.

This past week I've been here twice and two out of the three employees that were working behind the counter had their masks pulled down below their chin. There's a sign outside the door that say customers must wear a mask, so your employees should as well. I work in healthcare and this pandemic is far from over. I will not return here until someone responds that all employees are actually wearing the mask properly, thank you. read more

I went in on a weeknight. I was pleasantly surprised due to its location in a run down shopping center. Good service and great pizza! I got the grandpa slice and a plain cheese pie to go. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area. Stay safe all. read more

Incorrect and incomplete order. We order from Frank's fairly often and usually are happy with the quality of their food. Today for appetizer I ordered the Calamari with Marinara from their menu. It is described as "lightly breaded and toasted golden brown with marinara sauce". They delivered plain Calamari in red sauce that was not breaded. We called them to complain and they said that they would not give us a credit. We also did not receive the Caesar salad with our order which they placed the blame delivery person. Poor customer service for us. read more

I stopped in to order a pizza and when I arrived back to pick it up, they forgot to make the pizza. It is unacceptable when there are only a handful of customers to completely forget an order. I will not be stopping here again. read more

This is the way the story goes. We ordered online at exactly 707 PM for delivery. The website said about 45 MIn figuring that half of the places within the area were closed we thought that it was SOP. We had waited for about 75 min before i had decided to call and ask where the food was. The guy on the phone WHICH WAS RECORDED said oh "i don't see an order was it online?" I said yes After his demeanor had changed he called the driver WITH ME STILL ON THE PHONE. He tells the driver " you should have gone to them first that was 20 min ago you took it" He then gets back on tells me the driver will be there in 10 min. 20 more min and the food arrives TOTAL TIME 95 min for 1 meatball parm, 1 baked zitti, and one 2 person appetizer. all the food was cold. My sandwich was a soggy mess the bread was not toasted, the sauce was both salty and it was missing the cheese. the ziti again was stone cold over salted and also the cheese had congealed into an oily mess. The 2 person appetizer was over oiled, over fried, and again Stone cold. Also there was only ONE dipping sauce. how do you only have one when it comes with Fried zucchini sticks, mushrooms, chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks???? We will not be going back here and if you do order online do yourself a favor CALL THEM TO CONFIRM THEY GOT IT AND WILL DELIVER ON TIME. read more

We've been ordering from this place about twice a week for a while now and have been satisfied with the pizza. Today we decided to add fried calamari to our order and the portion was ridiculously small. We got 13 pieces for $10. The toppings on the pizza were a little light today but what really got me was the tiny portion. I don't think we'll be ordering from this place again. read more

The pizza here is hit or miss. I ordered 2 plain slices today and I couldn't even finish them after only 2 bites because they were so inedible. I had a hard time believing they had the audacity to serve me pizza this bad, I had to walk away from my slices because I felt so disgusted and disrespected. The slices tasted so old and bland. This place loves to sell you reheated old pizza . If you want to enjoy pizza here , order a whole fresh pie and split it with others, otherwise don't even bother coming here. I've been visiting this place for over 2 years, and today's lunch was the straw that broke the camel's back...I will never come back to this place again. read more

I ordered fettuccine Alfredo with GRILLED shrimp. The fettuccine was over cooked and it looks like mashed potatoes, and the shrimp was not grilled.. tasted like it was just boiled..plus they came with the tails on them, even though I specifically asked if the tails were on or off and I was told off.. I will never order this meal again.. I could not even eat it.. for $22 it was not worth it... Very disappointed... read more

Ordered here for the 1 st time this week! I would not recommend! Fries where cold and soggy! Wrap was ok! Portion where a bit small! Delivery took 1hr 40 minutes on a Tuesday evening! Soup was below mediocre and cold! Maybe if u eat there may be not as bad! But my experience was not positive! read more

Been coming here for years with my family. A fairly quiet place, but they have good food for a good price. Whether you're dining in or taking out, you'll be able to find something you enjoy. Food was alright, nothing special but passable and the waitress was nice. They have a large sign on the outside advertising their gluten free and whole wheat pizza, being that my wife is allergic to gluten we figured we would stop in to try their food. I asked about the gluten free pizza & the waitress explained that they have gluten free dough but they don't take steps to make the "gluten-free" pizza without cross contamination. The last time my wife had pizza that was gluten free without the place taking the necessary precautions to avoid cross contamination she got sick. I don't understand the point of offering anything gluten free if you won't take any steps to keep that pizza actually gluten free. Overall aside from the advertised gluten free pizza not actually being gluten free it was an ok experience. read more

They gave me sliced onion with mold on it, in my salad...Moldy onion just hanging out on top of the salad for all to see. GROSS! I ordered the Brooklyn Panini and it came with no cheese. I can't believe that a Panini came with no cheese, so weird. But then again, I was never helped after walking in to this establishment, I just kinda looked around at people until 15 minutes in, I just kind of shouted my order at anyone who listened. I watched as the only waitress yelled repeat orders at 3 men who gave blank eyed stares.... I wish I would have asked for my money back.................................... read more

Best pizza so far I have tasted in this area. Staff is so friendly. Definitely will cone back

My wife and I love this place. While it's not fancy, upper crust Italian food, it's not trying to be. It's a casual, family-oriented restaurant that serves much better food than you would expect, with tons of variety to boot. And with every sit down or take out meal you get a loaf of tasty garlic bread. The decor on the inside is pleasant and all of our wait staff have been friendly and timely. One waitress even rushed out to give us our baby bottle that we had forgotten when we came in for a family lunch. Highly recommended for families looking for a casually priced, relaxing Italian meal. read more
