We go here often at my job and have never had a bad experience. It is located in a busy shopping center next to a Walmart so there is plenty of parking. The place is pretty big with a seating area towards the back. The service is always great. My favorite thing is that they always have plenty of different kinds of pizzas out. All of the styles I have tried have been great with my favorite being the Buffalo Chicken. They even have large Garlic Knot Sliders. We have even ordered the catering a few times, and the food is always great at a very fair price. Strongly recommend Franks! read more

I've been a customer at Frank's for years. I've always had good meals here. The pizza is outstanding. It is crispy and thin crust. I've had chicken piccata, chicken Parmesan, some of their pasta dishes, and all has been really delicious. Their service is really good as well. I find the wait staff to be very attentive. The places is always clean, bathrooms, always clean. It's nothing fancy the interior is your typical Pizzeria but it is a nice place to go. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will be going here for years to come. read more

Great cauliflower flower pizza! I usually get this delivered, but I decided to stop by since I was in the area. It took 15 minutes to make using a frozen crust. They use the right amount of cheese and tomato sauce. Overall, I was satisfied. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. Summary: Decent pizza and pastas at fair prices. Catering order process is easy, catering menu is online and you just call it in! Even got a confirmation call the day of. We put in our order on a Monday for a party on Saturday. As mentioned above, Frank's pizza is decent. I ordered from them for my daughter's birthday party for about 20 people. We ordered 2 trays of food (penne vodka and chicken franchaise) and 3 large pizzas (Buffalo chicken, pepperoni, and margarita). We had a good amount leftover. I loved the trays of food, both chicken and pasta were very tasty. A little too much oil though. The pizzas were good. I wasn't a fan of the margarita pizza but the other 2 were great. Order delivery at Frank's Pizza on Yelp Eat 24 and get 25 percent off your first order (minimum $20). Because of this promotion, I decided to check it out, and I am sure glad I did! Including a 20 percent tip, 25 percent discount, and delivery, I paid $23.80 for mozzarella sticks (count 6), a tomato and mozzarella salad, bread, and mac and cheese (yes, it's one of those dreary days in Jersey that make you want comfort food). Food was supposed to be delivered between 1:40 and 1:50. It arrived at 1:41! Best part was that they included utensils. My entire order was hot and fresh and tasty. I couldn't ask for anything more! This past week I've been here twice and two out of the three employees that were working behind the counter had their masks pulled down below their chin. There's a sign outside the door that say customers must wear a mask, so your employees should as well. I work in healthcare and this pandemic is far from over. Incorrect and incomplete order. We order from Frank's fairly often and usually are happy with the quality of their food. Today for appetizer I ordered the Calamari with Marinara from their menu. It is described as "lightly breaded and toasted golden brown with marinara sauce". They delivered plain Calamari in red sauce that was not breaded. We called them to complain and they said that they would not give us a credit. We also did not receive the Caesar salad with our order which they placed the blame delivery person. This is the way the story goes. We ordered online at exactly 707 PM for delivery. The website said about 45 MIn figuring that half of the places within the area were closed we thought that it was SOP. We had waited for about 75 min before i had decided to call and ask where the food was. The guy on the phone WHICH WAS RECORDED said oh "i don't see an order was it online?" I said yes After his demeanor had changed he called the driver WITH ME STILL ON THE PHONE. He tells the driver " you should have gone to them first that was 20 min ago you took it" He then gets back on tells me the driver will be there in 10 min. 20 more min and the food arrives TOTAL TIME 95 min for 1 meatball parm, 1 baked zitti, and one 2 person appetizer. all the food was cold. My sandwich was a soggy mess the bread was not toasted, the sauce was both salty and it was missing the cheese. the ziti again was stone cold over salted and also the cheese had congealed into an oily mess. The 2 person appetizer was over oiled, over fried, and again Stone cold. Also there was only ONE dipping sauce. how do you only have one when it comes with Fried zucchini sticks, mushrooms, chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks???? We will not be going back here and if you do order online do yourself a favor CALL THEM TO CONFIRM THEY GOT IT AND WILL DELIVER ON TIME. read more

My wife and I love this place. While it's not fancy, upper crust Italian food, it's not trying to be. It's a casual, family-oriented restaurant that serves much better food than you would expect, with tons of variety to boot. They have a large sign on the outside advertising their gluten free and whole wheat pizza, being that my wife is allergic to gluten we figured we would stop in to try their food. I asked about the gluten free pizza & the waitress explained that they have gluten free dough but they don't take steps to make the "gluten-free" pizza without cross contamination. The last time my wife had pizza that was gluten free without the place taking the necessary precautions to avoid cross contamination she got sick. I don't understand the point of offering anything gluten free if you won't take any steps to keep that pizza actually gluten free.
