Tasty Meat Lover's Slice!!
Bill M.

Whoever said you can't Buy happiness never had a Good Slice of Jerzey Pizza, and at Jefry's they Definitely got the happiness thing down to a tee. You're gonna find really delicious thin style crust Pizza being happily served out of the kitchen of this place which is currently still enjoying it's first year being in business.   So far I've tried slices of their Meat Lover's and Buffalo Chicken which were both very tasty and filling. I found plenty of delicious toppings on both slices and thoroughly enjoyed their flavorful sauce and cheese which in combination with that crunchy thin crust made for some seriously delicious YUMMMMMMERS!!    Great lunch and dinner spot with plenty of indoor seating and some TVs on the wall. A decent sized parking lot and for those of you who are too "happy" to get of the couch they do their own deliveries, within the area of course. Come And Get Your Happy Munch On!!

Stopped by around 5pm on a Friday. We were on our way to dinner, but we were both so hungry that we decided to stop when we saw this pizza spot. Upon entering the place appeared clean. We were greeted by friendly staff who were patient with my bf being indecisive (like always). We ended up just getting a regular slice and a square with ham. Unfortunately, I didnt really enjoy the pizza. We ate it cause we were hungry, but it definitely did not hit the spot. It's missing a lot of flavor

Amazing looking pizza!

Getting a take out order of meatball Parm. I hear it's good .. full review will follow. Right now, this is a check in.

Two Sicilian pizza slices

Polite and attentive service from the counterpersons, it's clean inside and well lit, the pizza is very good and well priced

One plain, one Sicilian, both great! (Sicilian was crispy on bottom, airy inside - just as it should be)

Food was good. Meatballs spaghetti, penne vodka and garlic knots. If you plan on eating there beware there is little to no air conditioning.

Generous portions, but I waited 10 minutes past the internet estimated time and all I got was an undercooked pizza.

I drove 8 miles to pick it up and on the way back I ate all 8 slices of my 12" pizza - while driving! Lovely woman at the counter steered me to their best pie - Grandma's. "What makes it best?", I asked. "The sauce." Yes, I agree sauce does, indeed, make the pie. What set this sauce apart? Kitchen sauce on Grandma's, pizza sauce on the others. After having had both I can confidently tell you that both sauces make these pies - delicious. Personally, I like a bit of a soft crust with some center flop. Neither of these are that pizza - which makes it more amazing that I loved both the pies. Crisp, thin crust with good flavor. Big hit at the friend's house, too. Next time we want a pizza, Johnny's it is. They had an extensive menu of salads and Italian dishes as well and I would be willing to bet those dishes are also excellent if the pizza sauces are any clue. Parking tip, the lot is on Mt Pleasant Ave. there were a few dine in tables inside but most orders were to go. Another clue the place would (at least) live up to its star rating was the volume of pick ups on a random Tuesday around 4:30.

The fresh grandma's was a bit too soggy (fresh moz, tomatoes - all lead to a runny topping set), the regular grandma's was ok, and the favorite was the broccoli rabe w/ sausage in the group. Crust was tougher than Nonna's and overall - had better. Shop is simple, they have some seating and specials, and lots of people from nearby Double Tap which has no food order from here.

I sat at the bar because the wait for a table was long, and the service was excellent. Each of the bartenders was friendly and attentive. Although I sat at the bar, I had a peach iced tea and one of their seasonal mocktails. Both tasted fantastic, and I didn't even miss the alcohol. For dinner, I had the Bader Sting pizza, which featured soppressata, mozzarella, tomato sauce, and hot honey. It was fantastic. My mate had the grandma pizza (mozzarella, pecorino romano, pesto, garlic, tomato sauce, oregano), and it was equally delicious. Since we were served bread before the meal, we could've shared one pizza since it had 6 slices, but I was glad I had leftovers. All in all, I had a great experience at Woodstack and look forward to trying their wings since I saw so many orders coming out. Plus, there is a happy hour during the week from 3-6 pm with great food and drink specials.

We couldn't get a table as walk-ins, but the bar high-tops were totally fine. The staff was attentive, and for a busy Sunday we were able to place our order pretty quickly. We tried the eggplant pizza, citrus olives, and the beet salad. The pizza was super fresh and came straight out of the wood oven, but honestly the standout parts of the meal were the house-made marinated citrus olives and the warm bread they slice and serve as soon as you sit down. Those olives are a must-order. The rest of the meal was solid, though the beet salad was just okay--it could have used more volume and toppings to make it feel more balanced. Service was friendly, but they did linger a bit and stopped by our table more than I would've preferred, I'm talking the server, busser, and food runner? and some other random employees? Love how willing they are to make sure you're having a good dining experience but it was quite disruptive to the actual meal.

I'm honestly shocked this place isn't packed wall-to-wall every night -- this is the kind of pizza you expect to find in Naples . From the second you walk in, you know they take their craft seriously. Stacks of real wood, the authentic Pavesi Italian oven, and trays of perfectly risen dough balls -- it's the real deal. No shortcuts, no gimmicks. Just craftsmanship. I ordered two pies: White Pie with Mushrooms & Olives Incredible. The crust has that perfect leopard-spotted char, blistered just right, crispy on the outside but still soft and airy inside. The ricotta and mozzarella are super fresh, the mushrooms taste like they were sliced minutes before hitting the oven, and the olives add the perfect salty punch. Every bite tasted like it was straight out of a wood-fired pizza boutique. Classic Margherita One word: unreal. The sauce is bright and fresh, the cheese melts into little pools of heaven, and the basil actually survives the oven without turning bitter. Balanced, clean, and addictive. The crust is truly the star -- you can tell they use high-quality "00" flour and slow fermentation. Light, airy, not heavy at all. The kind of crust you want to eat all of, even the charred ends. The owner Mike clearly cares about every detail -- from the dough to the toppings to the oven temperature. This isn't "pizza shop pizza," this is artisanal, handcrafted, authentic wood-fired pizza done right. Prices are super fair for this quality. Cash-only but totally worth it. If you love real Neapolitan wood-fired pizza, put this place on your list immediately. Easily one of the best pies I've had in NJ -- maybe the best. I'll definitely be back .
