Amazing sandwich.

Ordered chicken cutlet sandwich, very fresh and tasty! All the sandwiches come with fries for like $10. Grabbed a pizza slice, had to be one of the best pizzas I've had before. Amazing!

This restaurant does catering and they have the best stuffed chicken (has ham, cheese and spinach), and is perfect for any event.

Good service for pickup/takeout AND good pizza too! It's definitely easier to just call and order than to order online!

Review based on breakfast sandwiches & vibes…read more You ever see an instagram foodie reel and you're immediately like "holy sh** I need that" ??? Happened to my sister and I so we took the 40 minute ride for a breakfast sandwich at Coniglio's. All of the breakfast sandwiches sounded so good. Difficult decision for sure. We each went with a mortadella, hashbrown and egg sandwich & spinach, artichoke, fonduta & egg sandwich on sourdough. Incredible. Too bad the semolina bread was out by the time we had our breakfast but the sourdough was still fantastic. Awesome looking place with old school vibes. Plenty of bread & pastries to choose from too. We ate outside on a beautiful October day and a gentleman next to us was enjoying a tomato pie to himself. It looked glorious & im still jealous. Guess I'll be back for the peeesaaa.

THE FOOD ----------------…read more+ MEATBALLS - Order of 3 beef meatballs were fantastic. Soft and delicious. Tomato sauce was to die for - tangy and tasty. + PARMIGIANA WITH SPAGHETTI - A hugeeee piece of parm that was PERFECTLY baked with the same delicious marinara as the meatballs. Side of spaghetti (+$6) was EXCELLENNNT, cooked al dente and texture was great. All of it was so good. + BROOKLYN ROUND (WITH ADDED PEPPERONI) - Great, great, great, greaaaat pizza. Pretty much a Margherita pizza. It came out nice and toasty. Surprisingly, it wasn't super crispy and the dough was very thin, BUT it held together very well still. A little bit of flop on end of the pizza with it being so cheesy, however, it was delicious and flavor was really on point. Our only knock was that we could have used a lot more roni cups as it was only sparsely spread on it, while every photo of pepperoni on a pie that we saw online had the entire pie covered. Not sure if it was because we initially asked for half pepperoni, but then changed it to full pepperoni? + BOMBOLONES - Sooooooooo gooood. These airy and light Italian doughnuts were delicious. Loved that it didn't taste like your typical doughnut (a la Krispy Kreme or Dunkin) and it had a croissant-ish texture to it. Although it looked like a doughnut, once I bit into it, it sort of reminded me of the famed Dominique Ansel cronut. Only knock was that it could have used more filling inside. At $4.50 a pop, it's tempting to buy a dozen. + MENU - Had so many delicious-sounding pizzas (regular pies, grandma, specialty, Detroit-style), pastas, salads, shareable appetizers, entrees and sandwiches to choose from. In addition, their pastry section looked ridiculously good too. And, don't worry about them running out of any of the pastries or Bombolones because they still had plenty in the evening on a Saturday. THE SERVICE ------------------- + No actual waiter service, just busboy service where they bring you your food and clean your table. Everything is pretty much self-service - get your own plates, utensils, which made it easier for us in a way where we didn't have to ask for things. + Request for a table at the counter, sit down and then go back up to order at the counter. + Order pick ups are in the back. + Order anything (pizzas, pastas, pastries) online for pickup at no additional upcharge. THE SURROUNDINGS ------------------------------- + Decent-size restaurant with tables scattered at the front and toward the side closer to the back. - No private parking lot, just street parking, like most businesses in the business district. + Street parking is relatively inexpensive at about $1 per hour only. + LOTS of restaurants in the surrounding Morristown business district. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = Was very bussssssssy on an October Saturday evening, but turnover was pretty high since it was mostly self-service. = Arrived at 5:30 PM and waited about 20 minutes for a table for 4. = Lots and lots of customers came in to pick up multiple pies. = Ordering at the counter seemed a bit inefficient as there is only 1 cashier, so she was handling takeout and dine-in orders, which seemed overwhelming. Every time the cashier left her post to tend to a matter, the line built up to 4-6 deep again, which doesn't seem like a lot of people, but it moved a tad slow. CONCLUSION -------------------- = Definitely one of the best pizzas that we've had in Northern NJ! As hyped up as it was (due to Nino Coniglio's accolades), the pizza was every bit as good as I expected it to be, BUT it'd be an injustice to just call them a pizza restaurant. DO NOT overlook the pastries for a second because they looked and tasted, especially the Bombolones, as good as anything we ate for dinner. We will definitely be back to try some of the other pies because every table seemed to have ordered a different pie and every single one looked soooooo good. Oh, and, of course, we'll be back to grab some of their other pastries too!

On a Friday night, Morristown and this restaurant is crowded. We made a reservation on Open Table ahead of time though, so no problem getting our table. We dined inside and it was nicely decorated. While the ceilings are high, be prepared for noise, especially when there's a large crowd like last night. With "meatballs" in the restaurant name, we definitely needed to try them. We ordered the meatballs in a marinara sauce with ricotta cheese...outstanding! They serve bread with it which was great to dip in the sauce. With the meatballs, we split Millie's House Salad, which is made with homemade mozzarella in a balsamic and delicious! To top off the meal, we ordered the Millie's White Pie pizza which is wood fired and made with mascarpone and mozzarella...this was amazing! Morristown is such a fun town filled with so many food options. If you're headed here, check out Millie's, you won't be disappointed! Just remember to make a reservation and bring a bottle of wine since it's BYOB.

Paid street parking/lot…read more We were greeted and seated Wednesday night dinner. We did not have reservations but we managed to be seated right away. I came here with two other adults and a child. The ambiance is nice and a little dark so you can see the fires from the ovens which is pretty cool. We did family style and ordered the Acadian salad, vodka wood fired pizza and the pasta and meatballs with vodka family of four. It was plenty of food and the Arcadian salad was a good addition to add some greens to the mix. I did enjoy the meatballs in the vodka sauce more than I would've in marinara, I prefer creamy. I did wish we ordered another pie though. There was only one option opposed to the coal fired vodka pie that small or large option.

While I liked the lounge vibe, the only downside for me was that I booked this place as a family dinner. If youre coming with friends or on a date this is great spot. If you're bringing family then the low lighting and loud music might not be ideal. In terms of food, I was really satisfied with everything I ordered, but I especially enjoyed the penne vodka and the eggplant parm. The vodka sauce was creamy without being overtly heavy making it easy to eat without getting bored of the flavor. The eggplant parm was also crispy but well layered with cheese and sauce that made each bite tasty. We also ordered chicken parm which was much larger than expected and chicken masala that was also seasoned well. For apps we did a house salad which felt fresh and ended with the chocolate layer cake for dessert. The cake was rich and indulgent with multiple layers ensuring each bite was layered with flavor. Our server was also very friendly and came by enough that we didn't have to flag him down but also had privacy to enjoy our meal as a family. I will definitely be coming back here with friends or as a date night. While I enjoyed the food, as a family meal I'd probably stick to takeout from here instead.
