Dominos and their famous any toppings up to 7 on hand tossed and 5 on pan for 9.99. I opted for a pan pizza with cheese, extra cheese, provolone cheese and cheddar cheese with mushroom and pepperoni!! Hubby opted for an original hand tossed with 5 toppings of Italian sausage, 1 of pepperoni and 1 of jalapeno. Both were with extra sauce yummm. I can honestly say this was 1 of the best pizzas I have had in a long long time. I was craving extra cheesy and this did not disappoint. Hubby was craving all that sausage and then some. We both thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas. Now this store has the sweetest family that have always gone above to make sure you are happy with your order. We did order in store and waited in their little dining room. It is always nice and clean. I never saw a Dominos with a dining area till this one! read more

I picked up my large pizza and tell me why I get the feeling they thought it was funny to cut my pizza so freaking ridiculous. Seriously if they did this out of spite then this place needs a whole new crew and management. Who eats pieces of pizza this big? Lady who was cutting the pizzas seemed nice and genuine but clearly she needs training. read more

Mandan un mensage que ya estaba con lista tu orden y te hacen esperar 30 minutos mas y les preguntar a los emperors y dicen no saber nada

That was the worst pizza I ever had. It was cold when it was delivered. I payed for extra cheese and there was barely any cheese at all. I will never order from there again! read more

Does not pick up their phone some times because no one speaks English, other than that it's fair.

Very friendly and professional staff! Ambiance was clean and well taken care of. I will continue to come back.

Dominos is always my go to for pizza. It's consistent. It's on time and for me it's a five minute drive. Winner!!

Because I ordered for delivery, I am not sure which Carson City Domino's made my pizza. The only good thing about this order was the delivery man, Joshua. I ordered a medium thin crust with mushrooms, onions and spinach. It was AWFUL.....I ate it (I was hangry!) but it was NOT good. The thin crust was probably thinner than a tortilla and the edges were black ash. It was cold and the toppings were withered and pathetic.....and burnt around the edges. I asked for extra sauce.......didn''t happen. Also ordered feta cheese. I found one chunk lying beside the pizza. This major disappointment and a 2 liter bottle of coke set me back $31.06 before the tip. Sorry, I didn't take a picture. I used to really like Domino's pizza but I won't be ordering it again! read more

This Domino's is like all the other Domino's. Decent quality, fast service, lots of choices for toppings. I've tried using the app for ordering but after 15 minutes of revisiting my selection I still wasn't certain if my order was received. So I called, took 2 minutes, or less, to place my order. Bonus! I was allowed to pay cash! read more

Order a medium pepperoni pizza got nothing but crust on the left. When I called the girl said they have to take it back or they couldn't exchange me for a new one. Once I told her I ate the only good slice that was there she told me they couldn't do anything 30$ down the drain read more

I told him we just wanted to request Kenny he's are main delivery driver and we where willing to wait for him. I think my service tonight was horribly handled. 4/10/2021 @12:00am read more

The first time we ordered a pizza from here, it was so good that we couldn't wait to order another one. Today, Valentine's Day, we ordered our second pizza from here. We were very disappointed. There were hardly any toppings at all. You'd have thought we ordered a cheese pizza and a few pieces of sausage and mushrooms accidentally dropped onto the pizza. I understand that they're probably pretty busy, seeing how it's Valentine's Day, but that's really no excuse for a lack of quality. We will order once more from here. If it doesn't meet our expectations, we won't patronize this business again. read more

I ordered a pasta and bread bites to take to work . I ordered it for 430pm online for pickup . I arrived at 428 pm and it wasn't ready . I patiently waited while this older lady who works there kept asking me my name . She says are u Adrianne ? I say no and I tell her my name two minutes later she asked are u Brittany? I said no and told her my name again . It was almost comical . After waiting 15 minutes I asked to cancel my order refund my money I had to get to work . Finally they got my order the pasta was the wrong kind so I asked for the one I ordered after 5 more minutes I finally got my order then I had to ask twice for the ranch that I had paid for omg ! Never going there again . It's too bad cuz the bread bites are amazing and the pasta wasn't too bad ! read more

I did not feel welcome here. I am white and I speak Spanish. Is there something wrong with that?

Had a crazy experience tonight. I ordered some dinner about 8:15 online. Saw it said driver on the way. So my friend went to wait outside. A driver pulled up paid him/her 30 bucks. Thought it was our order, we live in an apartment building. Well was our neighbors so we told him. After us both calling they remade our order While waiting for it I realized they never delivered the original order. Makes me wonder if they ever made it. So the food arrives and the girl's looking for money. The manager didn't let her know we already paid. SOOOO we had to wait for her to check w/ the manager. I was upset to say the least. Think I'll find a new place. read more

Guess we should have read the reviews first. Not all Domino's are the same. This one sucks. No garlic?!?!?! Huh, serving pizza but no garlic as a topping. Super slow service even if you order ahead. The worst...when you pay by credit in the store they do the tip thing on the machine and it is not clear how not to leave a tip. Who the huck gives tips for take out pizza. So silly and trying to make customers feel bad. Seriously, avoid this place. Order from another Dominos or just go to Costco. read more

I love dominos pizza I absolutely hate the dominos here in Carson it is absolute shit service. It's worth getting the pizza if you pick it up yourself unless they forget like usual and you end up waiting extra for it to be done. Although let me tell you to STAY AWAY from their delivery service because it's trash. I thought it would be better since they don't use DoorDash but I was wrong. 2 HOURS. 2 HOURS. I waited for my pizza to be delivered. I called the store 3 different times and each time they said "it's on the way" and always sounded like they had no clue what they were talking about nor did they care. After we finally canceled our order after 2 HOURS. I had already made my own dinner and ate it that they finally delivered the pizza. ICE COLD. Absolutely not. Handed it right back to the driver. No excuse is good enough to save yourself from this sad excuse of a business. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO ELSE WHERE. Pizzava is really good and has good variety! read more

This place is a dumpster fire. Pay the little extra for better pizza and overall experience.

I was having some friends for a gathering and didn't want to hassle with cooking. I went into Domino's in the morning to pick up a menu so I could order by phone later. To my surprise, I was able to place my order, pay for it in advance and arrange for it to be delivered at 5:30 that evening. My guests started to arrive and my order was right on time-hot, delicious, and correct. I'm very pleased with the service and pizza's Domino's delivered. Yes, there is a small delivery charge, but it is well worth it! Please, realize that the delivery fee is not the same as a tip for the driver soooooo if you get awesome service, remember to tip your delivery person. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE extremely rude my pizza was ice cold and they told me to quote on quote "chill the fuck out"

What a poor example of theft. Went online to order pizza and chose the deal on their website. I picked pizzas from the list provided and went to check out. There was a problem processing my order so I had to call it in. When I called to place the order out of nowhere the price goes from $27 to $44!? I asked the less than interested minimum wage worker on the other end of the phone and he said " that doesn't apply to specialty pizza" so I responded with " man, I picked them from your list after clicking on the coupon" Then he says " well that's for carry out only". So I asked him to change it to carry out and, wouldn't you know it, right back to not for specialty pizzas. Hey dominos! Stop trying to rip people off. Bunch of thieves. read more

Their food is consistently quite good, generally fast and hot delivery, but our last 3 orders have been wrong. Twice they've forgot an item and once they gave us a completely wrong order. We catch the errors when the order arrives but by that time it's too late. Either the driver comes back with the correct items that are now old and cold or the manager offers to replace the items on our next order but when we've called for our replacement items none of the crew have any idea what is due us (and probably assume we're scamming them) so we don't get the missing items although we've paid for them. Very frustrating. Tonight they assured me they would absolutely get the missing items to me on my next order. If they mess this up then we're never ordering again. It's their last chance. read more

Ordered a family special with 2 medium pizzas, Parmesan bread bites, cinnamon bites and a 2 liter of coke for delivery. When we finally received our food it was all cold, no napkins, Parmesan or peppers even offered during ordering or delivery. You could tell the delivery girl "Maria" was in a hurry. Needless to say when I opened the pizza box and saw that our pizza was cut lopsided and very uneven, we were not surprised. We knew from the start it would be disappointed when she dropped our dinner off. Truly disappointed, we just moved from California in a small town where our Dominos was always awesome. Will not recommend or ever order again. read more

ummm... no. We called them twice to get ranch, still never got it even though it said on the box we wanted ranch. Also, the pizza tasted really weird... like sweet but old? I can't explain it but all I can say is it tasted really bad. Spent $30 on a pizza that tasted odd, and still got no ranch. The cheese bread was the only good thing from the whole order, but whatever. read more

Great pan pizza. Fast delivery. COVID contactless friendly. Easy to order online and keep track during the whole thing from start to finish.

The staff was rude and did not even say anything to us. I order it online and went to the store when it said pizza was ready for pick up. They made us wait 15 minutes before coming to us. You have a bunch of Mexicans working there that ignore white people and help Mexicans right away. While we were waiting they told another white customer they did not have any change and made him leave to get change but right after the white customer leaves a Mexican woman came in and asked if they had change for her big money and they said yes very fast and pulled out a box with money to help her. My order became cold sitting there while 2 workers told us it wasn't ready yet. I will NEVER EVER order your food again and I will record your store to put online to show your staffs racist behavior. Sick and tired of this joke of a staff. read more

Terrible service, bad pizza, awkward staff. Staff charged card 10 times without consulting customer.

Eh, it's Dominos. For me it is either hit or miss, my order is either messed up and slightly undercooked or it is absolutely perfect (usually during non-peak hours). For a chain, it is nice that they will make up for any errors free of charge and you can't beat their online coupons and prices in general. Be sure to check the dates if you get any sauces though- the last three times mine were out of date so I won't be ordering them anymore. read more

Worst carryout "carside delivery" experience. I order 5 pizzas & get confirmation the order's ready. Come for carside delivery. They put 2 in my trunk. I say wait, I ordered 5. She goes back in comes out with 2 more & wings. I say, 5 pizzas. She goes back in with the wings & after *several* minutes I follow her in. Apparently, they didn't scroll through the order & *now* they're cooking the 5th. While the 4 other pizzas grow cold in my trunk, it will take them another 10 minutes to make the pizza. And they didn't bother coming back out to tell me they screwed up, I had to come in asking about it! This is just stupid. Next time, anywhere else, I guess. read more
