Hubby opted for an original hand tossed with 5 toppings of Italian sausage, 1 of pepperoni and 1 of jalapeno. Both were with extra sauce yummm. I can honestly say this was 1 of the best pizzas I have had in a long long time. I was craving extra cheesy and this did not disappoint. Hubby was craving all that sausage and then some. We both thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas. Now this store has the sweetest family that have always gone above to make sure you are happy with your order. Because I ordered for delivery, I am not sure which Carson City Domino's made my pizza. The only good thing about this order was the delivery man, Joshua. I ordered a medium thin crust with mushrooms, onions and spinach. It was AWFUL.....I ate it (I was hangry!) but it was NOT good. The thin crust was probably thinner than a tortilla and the edges were black ash. It was cold and the toppings were withered and pathetic.....and burnt around the edges. I asked for extra sauce.......didn''t happen. Also ordered feta cheese. I found one chunk lying beside the pizza. Had a crazy experience tonight. I ordered some dinner about 8:15 online. Saw it said driver on the way. So my friend went to wait outside. A driver pulled up paid him/her 30 bucks. It's worth getting the pizza if you pick it up yourself unless they forget like usual and you end up waiting extra for it to be done. I was having some friends for a gathering and didn't want to hassle with cooking. I went into Domino's in the morning to pick up a menu so I could order by phone later. To my surprise, I was able to place my order, pay for it in advance and arrange for it to be delivered at 5:30 that evening. My guests started to arrive and my order was right on time-hot, delicious, and correct. I'm very pleased with the service and pizza's Domino's delivered. Yes, there is a small delivery charge, but it is well worth it! There was a problem processing my order so I had to call it in. When I called to place the order out of nowhere the price goes from $27 to $44!? I asked the less than interested minimum wage worker on the other end of the phone and he said " that doesn't apply to specialty pizza" so I responded with " man, I picked them from your list after clicking on the coupon" Then he says " well that's for carry out only". Their food is consistently quite good, generally fast and hot delivery, but our last 3 orders have been wrong. Twice they've forgot an item and once they gave us a completely wrong order. We catch the errors when the order arrives but by that time it's too late. Either the driver comes back with the correct items that are now old and cold or the manager offers to replace the items on our next order but when we've called for our replacement items none of the crew have any idea what is due us (and probably assume we're scamming them) so we don't get the missing items although we've paid for them. Very frustrating. Tonight they assured me they would absolutely get the missing items to me on my next order. If they mess this up then we're never ordering again. It's their last chance. read more

When we finally received our food it was all cold, no napkins, Parmesan or peppers even offered during ordering or delivery. You could tell the delivery girl "Maria" was in a hurry. Eh, it's Dominos. For me it is either hit or miss, my order is either messed up and slightly undercooked or it is absolutely perfect (usually during non-peak hours). For a chain, it is nice that they will make up for any errors free of charge and you can't beat their online coupons and prices in general. Worst carryout "carside delivery" experience. I order 5 pizzas & get confirmation the order's ready. Come for carside delivery. They put 2 in my trunk. I say wait, I ordered 5. She goes back in comes out with 2 more & wings. I say, 5 pizzas. She goes back in with the wings & after *several* minutes I follow her in. Apparently, they didn't scroll through the order & *now* they're cooking the 5th. While the 4 other pizzas grow cold in my trunk, it will take them another 10 minutes to make the pizza.
