I was referred to owner Tony at Brosio Pools, from Dolphin Pool Store where I purchased a New Liner, Flood Pad and Wall Cove Kit for My 15 x 30 oval above ground swimming pool in April. I left a message with Tony on April 22nd and he promptly returned my call the next day to talk installation and with a good price to complete the job before the Memorial Day weekend. On Wednesday May 8th Tony and his 4 man crew were on time at 12 PM as he confirmed the day before, he already had a customer in the morning. The project was to remove the faded 12 year old liner, smooth the sand from tree roots already removed and install a Floor Pad and Wall Cove Kit then the liner which is the SAME color and liner pattern as years before but more true blue in color ! :-) The Service Requested, Quality & Value from this pool installer company is 5 stars ***** Brosio Pools, Inc. was very professional, with organization, and no issues or problems throughout the home project and completed in 2 1/2 Hours including clean up! The guys all had jobs to perform whether inside the pool or outside with the railings and ledges to remove and install back like medical surgeons! :-) I was impressed with the three guys that cleaned up when the installation job was completed to raked the lawn, then cut up the old liner to dispose of by placing it in the liner box for garbage. He seems to claim several names, Jeffery Anderson at times. Probably both fake. He said that we needed a new heater. So I paid him in advance for the heater as well as for that days service call. He subsequently blew off TWO following appointments without calling to let me know why or when he would actually be back to install the heater I paid for. So on top of everything else this cost me, I lost two days pay waiting at home for him for no good reason. He surely could have picked up the phone to release me from this unnecessary waiting game but chose to leave me hanging interminably instead. All this time I had space heaters on my tub, hoping it did not freeze up which would destroy it. When he finally did show up to install the heater, I had told him in advance not to wake me up until he had the job done. When he woke me up he told me that I owed $355.00 for that days labor. I trusted it was true and paid him as I had not idea how long he had been working. Later, I checked my security cams and discovered that it took him under 30 minutes. Since when do hot tub techs make $700 per hour? Knowing that this is an unreasonable amount to pay for hot tub service I contacted the store. Charlie the owner of the store, who had previously told me that he had personally trained the technician to work for him, told me that he was not responsible for what I was charged and it was none of his business! Really? So, even though the tech was trained at the store, and sent to me by the store, they claim to be...not responsible? That about sums it up. Avoid!

I stopped in to get a few berry…read morebushes and ended up with Kiwi, Aronia, Yellow Raspberry, purple Raspberry, Nanking Cherry, and a few others. There were also great deals on apple trees so I picked up a few of those. My son loves to see the baby ducks and chicks in the spring so we try to stop in to see them in the spring. Service is great and the cashier was very friendly. I highly recommend TSC and I have never been disappointed at this location.
