Had a seal leak on the motor after 2 years,we only use the tub during the winter and drain in the summer,seemed like a premature failure but they say we neglected the chemicals in the tub? I guess anything is possible but we check the chemicals religiously! Wasn't worth arguing and wasn't an expensive fix ,Carl got kinda nasty when we pushed the issue,just ended up fixing it myself. All in all we love the tub just don't love the attitude. If you live outside their service area just plan on having to fix it yourself.

Sunny's is selling subpar pool cartridges; then they want to argue with you and try to blame the water chemistry. I bought a cartridge filter from them, and it worked great for about a month before my pool turned cloudy again. I get my water tested weekly, and the filter gets cleaned weekly. I decided to call up there to check the warranty on it. The worker I was talking to said it should last a season. I was mid-sentence with the worker before this angry loser appeared on the phone. He obviously snatched the phone from the person I was taking to because he suddenly appeared on the phone, and this man was also ready to argue. He kept saying it was the water chemistry, and I kept telling him it was not. I've had this pool for a long time, so I've encountered this problem in the past, and every time, it's been the filter. He then began getting angry and argumentative with me and continued to blame the water chemistry. I told him that Custom Backyard Vacations had just tested my water, and the levels were where they needed to be. That triggered him because he replied, "I'm not Custom Backyard Vacations," in a very angry and condescending voice. After that, I had a few choice words. Apparently, he must've thought that I should've continued to take his abuse and incorrect assumptions because he then said goodbye and hung up like the coward he is. I'm absolutely sure that he did all that so he didn't have to warranty the subpar filter that they sell. So I'm out the $140, but I do have a full understanding that when you deal with lowlife cockroaches, that's exactly what you get. Also,it must suck to be angry, miserable, and easily triggered such as he is.

    Bought a dimension one for over $14,000 about 3 years ago. Carl seemed decent until I had issues…read more Carl is poor at communicating and does not care about the customer service. I have had issues with my hot tub since I bought it. Carl claims I have never registered our water test at his store yet I have all my chemicals with his handwriting on each bottle with instructions on how much and when to put in based on the water test he did. So he must have forgot to register it or something. He was very quick to blame me for it and also not buying his chemicals at his store. Very poor tact and customer service. My hot tub had an FLC code since I bought it. Changed the filter multiple times , followed his instructions on every bottle to the letter. Every time I called him he would give me the run around. Paid $200 finally to get it serviced from his store or third party service tech while it was under warranty. Had to reschedule multiple times because of their poor communication and told me it was going to take time for the panel to come in. They finally came out. The service tech had a whole circuit panel specifically for my hot tub ready to install but only put in a flow valve and kept the panel. Told me if the FLC code came up again it would need a new panel. Well FLC code came on not even a week later. I called Carl and he gave me the run around asked what chemicals I used and insisted it was not his problem since I do not buy chemicals from his store and I would have to have a service tech come out. And pay another $200? What a joke. Give me my panel that was ordered specifically for the issue in the first place. If you buy chemicals from his store it will cost you 2 times more what Amazon charges for the same exact brand. Carl was rude and no help what so ever. I serve in the military full time and am coming up on 30 years, I have never been flagged or in any kind of trouble and am a pretty good judge of character. I'm not the kind of person to write a negative review. This guy has issues for sure. I will never do business with him or recommend anyone do business with him. Seems like a scam. I will be calling dimension one and work through them directly from now on. Just unfortunate my warranty has run out. Carl I recommend you get some help.

Price gouging during a pandemic is illegal and this is exactly what he is doing. I have been buying the same filter from them for 20 years at $99 and today it was priced at $140. When asked he said....well, last year a 2x4 cost me a 1.50 and today is cost me 4.00. Like his lumber issues have anything to do with pool supplies. They tried to tell me it was because of the national shortage of pool supplies. The shortage is only on chlorine tabs, NOT FILTERS. Their reduced hours and closed days are insane!! Even when they say they close at 4, they actually close earlier than that. I arrived at 3:45 to see a bunch of staff sitting around but the door locked. Ever since this changed from Viscount Pools, the service has tanked and their prices keep going up. Now all sales are final and no returns/exchanges. I hope this place goes under soon! If you want good customer service and supplies go to the new Poolmart & Spa, just up the road from them on Dixie Hwy.

He seems to claim several names, Jeffery Anderson at times. Probably both fake. He said that we needed a new heater. So I paid him in advance for the heater as well as for that days service call. He subsequently blew off TWO following appointments without calling to let me know why or when he would actually be back to install the heater I paid for. So on top of everything else this cost me, I lost two days pay waiting at home for him for no good reason. He surely could have picked up the phone to release me from this unnecessary waiting game but chose to leave me hanging interminably instead. All this time I had space heaters on my tub, hoping it did not freeze up which would destroy it. When he finally did show up to install the heater, I had told him in advance not to wake me up until he had the job done. When he woke me up he told me that I owed $355.00 for that days labor. I trusted it was true and paid him as I had not idea how long he had been working. Later, I checked my security cams and discovered that it took him under 30 minutes. Since when do hot tub techs make $700 per hour? Knowing that this is an unreasonable amount to pay for hot tub service I contacted the store. Charlie the owner of the store, who had previously told me that he had personally trained the technician to work for him, told me that he was not responsible for what I was charged and it was none of his business! Really? So, even though the tech was trained at the store, and sent to me by the store, they claim to be...not responsible? That about sums it up. Avoid!
