Great day at the Waterpark. I give this place a three and a half. It has seen better days. The…read morebathrooms were disgusting and the toilets didn't work. Most of them had no toilet paper. They also tore down the family slide over the winter. That was our favorite ride! Loved it! It was getting too old and too expensive to maintain. On the bright side. I like the tropical palm tree theming of the wave pool. They had plenty of tubes and we had a blast splashing around. The dump bucket area is still there, and the kids get a thrill counting down to the next dump of water. Today they had a zip line, and it was not extra. It was included in the price of entry. During the week it is $8 for all which is a great deal. During the weekend they offer a discount to Oakland county residents. The zip line was amazing fun, perfect for small kids through adults. The food looks and smells enticing like an amusement park. The pricing is very good. You can also bring in your own food, but no glass or alcohol. People often bring in fast food, or food to bbq. They have grills. I come here at least once a summer. I hope they will be able to build a new attraction. The slide was a great loss. They also seem to be having staffing issues. During the month of June they were only opened until 3:00. They seemed to have resolved that issue. We look forward to coming back.

Typically Everybody gets an hour session on the "island" which is $20 for the hour. An hour was perfect nothing more nothing less. The obstacle course is actually fun and pretty big. I was happy that it is as shown in pictures in ads. The surrounding beach area was nice as well. There were grills there, bathrooms, a small beach area, they also have kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. you are wearing life jackets the whole time and there are about 3/4 lifeguards out there while your on the island. 10/10 would come again P.S Need a Michigan recreation passport for your car $17 for the whole year cash only

He said it was because it was more work than he thought it would be, but never discussed any of these extra charges with us. He also said that we knew it would be more than $450 because it was such a large job, but again that was not true he never discussed it with us that it would be more the $450. He was rude when we called to talk to him about it and got upset with us because we never came out to talk to him while they were there cleaning the pool. We were at work each time he came so how could we? To top it all off the pool was open but not completely cleaned. There was still tons of vacuuming that needed to be done and it was disgusting the way he left it. However, he told us he was done cleaning it and it was our turn now. Yes that's right he said it was our turn to take it over when it wasn't even fully cleaned. Not only did he not finish the job and demand we pay him more but I had to continue to clean my yard every night when I got home. I hired Pool Geek to come out once a week for their regular maintenance program. I noticed my pool…read morewas still dirty after service so, I decided to set up a camera. I found out that they were in and out in less than 10 min and never vacuumed or brushed the walls of my pool. Their website says: Service Includes: Testing of pool water chemistry Addition of chemicals needed for water balance Skimming of pool surface Vacuuming of pool floor Alternating weeks of waterline cleaning and wall brushing Cleaning of pump and skimmer baskets Backwashing of filter as needed I let them know what happened and sent a video attachment. They offered to give me a credit for one service. They had been out over 20 times. Remember to Inspect what you expect, if you choose to hire them in the future.
